Description

Guide frame of fishing line guide device, fishing line guide device and fishing rod
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a guide frame of a fishing line guide device for guiding a fishing line, a fishing line guide device, and a fishing rod.
Background
The guide frame of the fishing line guide device described in patent document 1 is formed by punching a metal plate and integrally includes two mounting legs. The two mounting legs are mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the fishing rod. If a fishing line guide having two mounting legs is attached to a fishing rod, the fishing rod is difficult to bend between the two mounting legs. Further, a pair of left and right support legs are provided between the annular ring holding portion to which the guide ring is attached and one of the mounting legs. In the guide frame, a pair of legs extends gently from an end of one of the mounting legs toward the ring holding portion, and the pair of legs is long and a distance between the mounting legs is long. Therefore, the fishing rod is not easily bent, and the flight distance is not easily extended. On the other hand, it is also conceivable to shorten the length of the pair of legs by sharply bending the pair of legs at the end portions of the mounting legs. However, if the pair of legs are sharply bent at the end portions of the mounting leg, the strength of the connecting portion between the end portions of the mounting leg and the pair of legs tends to be insufficient, and the pair of legs tends to be swung in the right and left, front and rear, and twisting directions. If the pair of support legs are easy to shake, the ring holding part of the guide frame and the guide ring are easy to vibrate left and right during throwing, so that not only is the winding caused, but also the flying distance is difficult to extend.

Therefore, the arm piece 15 is connected to a portion having the largest dimension in the left-right direction in the entire circumference of the ring piece 10. The rear end portions of the pair of arm pieces 15 may be connected to two spaced portions of the outer edge portion of the annular piece 10. As shown in fig. 8 (c), the pair of arm pieces 15 extend from the upright piece 14 to the annular piece 10 while being twisted. The arm piece 15 is twisted so that the upper surface of the front end portion faces the inside in the radial direction of the annular piece 10 at the rear end portion, and the lower surface of the front end portion faces the outside in the radial direction of the annular piece 10 at the rear end portion. The plate surface of the arm piece 15 faces substantially in the vertical direction at the front end portion and substantially in the horizontal direction at the rear end portion. The plate end surfaces of the arm pieces 15 face substantially in the left-right direction at the front end portions and substantially in the up-down direction at the rear end portions.
< second support piece 13 >
The second support piece 13 connects the lower portion of the annular piece 10 and the distal end portion 42 of the second attachment piece 12. The ring-shaped piece 10 and the second support piece 13 form a continuous plane in the figure. That is, the second support piece 13 is not bent in the front-rear direction with respect to the annular piece 10, but is positioned on the same plane as the annular piece 10. Further, the second support piece 13 is not bent in the front-rear direction, but is planar. Therefore, the plane constituting the annular sheet 10 and the plane constituting the second support sheet 13 are the same as each other. The front surface 60 of the second support sheet 13 is the same plane as the front surface 20 of the annular sheet 10 and the rear surface 61 of the second support sheet 13 is the same plane as the rear surface 21 of the annular sheet 10. The front surface 60 and the rear surface 61 of the second supporting sheet 13 are plate surfaces. The second support piece 13 is bent upward at substantially right angles to the second mounting piece 12. The second support piece 13 may stand at a bending angle of 90 degrees with respect to the second mounting piece 12, and preferably stands in a state of falling toward the front side in a range of 1 degree to 20 degrees. The second support piece 13 may be not only the same plane as the annular piece 10 but also curved or bent.
The second support piece 13 may have various front shapes when viewed along the center line direction of the ring mounting hole 22, and preferably includes a pair of left and right support leg pieces 62 as shown in the present embodiment. That is, the second support piece 13 may have a single-leg structure including only one support leg piece 62, but preferably has a double-leg structure including a pair of left and right support leg pieces 62 as shown in fig. 7. The pair of left and right leg pieces 62 are branched and extended left and right from a position spaced apart from the front end portion 42 of the second mounting piece 12 by a predetermined distance upward. The distance between the pair of leg pieces 62 gradually increases toward the upper side. The pair of leg pieces 62 is substantially V-shaped in front view. A through hole 63 penetrating in the front-rear direction is formed in the center of the second support piece 13. The through hole 63 has a substantially inverted triangular shape. The through hole 63 is defined by the left and right leg pieces 62 and the ring piece 10. The upper ends of the pair of leg pieces 62 are connected to the outer edge of the ring piece 10. The upper end portions of the pair of leg pieces 62 are connected to two circumferentially spaced portions of the lower half region of the ring piece 10. Therefore, the upper end portions of the pair of leg pieces 62 are positioned below the rear end portions of the pair of left and right arm pieces 15. The outer side edge 62a (plate end surface) of the leg piece 62 is a shape that is connected to or close to the outer edge of the ring piece 10 in front view.
< guide Ring 2 >
The guide ring 2 is typically circular, but may be oval or oblong. In the present embodiment, the guide ring 2 has a circular shape. As shown in fig. 11, the guide ring 2 includes a ring main body portion 70 and a flange portion 71. The ring main body 70 has a cylindrical shape. The ring body 70 has an inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface. At least a portion of the ring body 70 is inserted into the ring mounting hole 22. The flange portion 71 projects radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the ring body 70. The flange portion 71 is in contact with the annular piece 10. The flange portion 71 is located at one end portion of the outer peripheral surface of the ring main body portion 70. The inner peripheral surface of the ring body 70 is the inner peripheral surface of the guide ring 2. The flange portion 71 is formed over the entire circumference. The guide ring 2 is preferably attached to the guide frame 1 by gluing.
The outer peripheral surface of the ring body 70 is attached to the wall surface of the ring attachment hole 22. In the present embodiment, the flange portion 71 is located on the rear side of the annular sheet 10, and the ring body portion 70 is inserted into the ring mounting hole 22 from the rear side. The front surface of the flange portion 71 is attached to the rear surface 21 of the ring segment 10. The outer diameter of the ring body 70 is substantially the same as the diameter of the ring mounting hole 22. The outer diameter of the flange portion 71 is larger than the diameter of the ring mounting hole 22 and smaller than the outer diameter of the annular piece 10 (the diameter of the outer edge portion of the annular piece 10). Therefore, the outer peripheral surface of the flange portion 71 does not protrude radially outward from the outer edge portion of the annular sheet 10, but is positioned radially inward.
If the dimension of the guide ring 2 in the center line direction is set to be a thickness, the thickness of the guide ring 2 is larger than the thickness of the annular piece 10, that is, the thickness of the metal plate constituting the guide frame 1. The front surfaces of the guide rings 2 protrude slightly forward from the front surface 20 of the annular piece 10, but may be substantially flush with each other. The thickness of the flange portion 71 is larger than the thickness of the annular piece 10. The amount by which the guide ring 2 protrudes forward with respect to the front surface 20 of the annular piece 10 is smaller than the amount by which the guide ring 2 protrudes rearward with respect to the rear surface 21 of the annular piece 10.
The inner peripheral surface of the guide ring 2 has a curved surface that is curved so as to rise toward the center of the guide ring 2. The inner peripheral surface of the guide ring 2 has a first curved surface 72 at the front end portion, which is curved inward in the radial direction along the front-rear direction. The inner peripheral surface of the guide ring 2 has a second curved surface 73 at the rear end portion, which is curved inward in the radial direction along the front-rear direction. The second curved surface 73 has a radius of curvature greater than the radius of curvature of the first curved surface 72. In this manner, the second curved surface 73 having a large radius of curvature is formed at the rear end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the guide ring 2, whereby the inner peripheral surface of the guide ring 2 is expanded in diameter toward the rear side.
< installation State >
The fishing line guide is attached and fixed to the outer peripheral surface of a rod body 3 of a fishing rod. The mounting method uses, for example, application of binding wires and adhesives. In a state where the fishing line guide is attached to the rod body 3 of the fishing rod, the front-rear directions Y1, Y2 of the fishing line guide are the center line direction of the rod body 3. In the attached state, the right-left direction X of the fishing line guide is a direction orthogonal to the front-rear directions Y1 and Y2 when the rod body 3 is viewed from the fishing line guide. In the attached state, the vertical directions Z1 and Z2 of the fishing line guide are radial directions of the rod body 3. The upper side Z1 of the fishing line guide is radially outward of the rod body 3 and is a direction away from the outer peripheral surface of the rod body 3. The lower side Z2 of the fishing line guide is the radially inner side of the rod body 3 and is a direction close to the outer peripheral surface of the rod body 3. The front-rear direction of the fishing line guide is arbitrary, and for example, the first attachment piece 11 is positioned on the tip side with respect to the ring-shaped piece 10, and the second attachment piece 12 is positioned on the tail side with respect to the ring-shaped piece 10. In fig. 12 and 13, the left side is the rod tip side and the right side is the rod tail side. The front side Y1 of the fishing line guide is the rod tip side, and the rear side Y2 of the fishing line guide is the rod tail side. The guide ring 2 is in a posture of slightly inclining toward the tip end side of the rod in a state where the fishing line guide is attached to the rod body 3.
In addition, fig. 12 and 13 show a state where the fishing line guide is positioned above the rod body 3, but in an actual use state, the fishing line guide may be positioned above or below the rod body 3, and the position and direction of the fishing line guide may be arbitrary. For example, in the case of using a spinning reel, the spinning reel is usually located below the rod body 3. In this case, the line guide is located on the underside of the rod body 3. In the case of a dual bearing reel, normally the dual bearing reel is located on the upper side of the rod body 3. In this case, the fishing line guide is located on the upper side of the rod body 3. In this way, the fishing line guide is positioned in the same direction as the reel with respect to the rod body 3.
In the guide frame 1 of the fishing line guide device, the standing piece 14 stands obliquely from the first attachment piece 11 toward the outside in the radial direction of the rod body 3, and the pair of arm pieces 15 are bent in the shape of Gu Shezhuang with respect to the standing piece 14 when viewed from the annular piece 10 side (the outside in the radial direction of the rod body 3), and therefore the length of the pair of arm pieces 15 in the front-rear direction (the length in the center line direction of the rod body 3) is not excessively long. Further, since the bending direction of the standing piece 14 with respect to the first mounting piece 11 and the bending direction of the pair of arm pieces 15 with respect to the standing piece 14 are both valley fold directions when viewed from the annular piece 10 side, the bending angle of the pair of arm pieces 15 is not excessively large. Therefore, the pair of arm pieces 15 smoothly extend from the standing piece 14 toward the annular piece 10. Therefore, the strength of the connecting portion between the pair of arm pieces 15 and the standing piece 14 can be suppressed from being lowered. Further, the swing of the arm piece 15 in the left-right direction during throwing can be suppressed. By suppressing the lateral play of the arm piece 15, the front-back, lateral, or torsional play between the annular piece 10 and the guide ring 2 is suppressed, and the guide ring 2 is stabilized. As a result, the fishing line can be wound less than in the conventional fishing line guide, and the flight distance during casting can be extended.
Further, since the pair of arm pieces 15 are connected to both left and right end portions of the annular piece 10, the play of the guide ring 2 in the left-right direction can be effectively suppressed. Further, the width between the left and right side edge portions 51 of the standing piece 14 gradually becomes narrower toward the annular piece 10 side, and the pair of arm pieces 15 are bent Gu Shezhuang at the left and right side edge portions 51 of the standing piece 14, so that the pair of arm pieces 15 further smoothly extend from the standing piece 14 toward the annular piece 10. The amount of twisting of the arm piece 15 may be small.
Further, when the standing pieces 14 are bent so as to rise upward along the left-right direction, the strength of the standing pieces 14, which are the joining portions of the pair of arm pieces 15, is increased. Therefore, the pair of arm pieces 15 can be further stabilized. Further, when the first mounting piece 11 is bent toward the upper surface 30 side along the left-right direction and the bent shape of the lower surface 53 of the standing piece 14 and the bent shape of the lower surface 31 of the first mounting piece 11 are smoothly continued in the front-rear direction, the strength of the standing piece 14 is further increased and the coupling strength between the first supporting piece 16 and the first mounting piece 11 is further improved.
Further, the annular piece 10 and the second support piece 13 form a continuous plane, and if the second support piece 13 is bent upward with respect to the second attachment piece 12, the second attachment piece 12 is not largely spaced from the annular piece 10 rearward, and the bending of the fishing rod is not easily hindered. Further, when the fishing rod is bent at the time of casting, the annular piece 10 and the second support piece 13 are rotated in the front-rear direction with a bent portion as a boundary portion with the second attachment piece 12 as a fulcrum without excessively protruding in the front-rear direction, thereby following the bending of the fishing rod. On the other hand, the second support piece 13 has a double-leg structure having a pair of left and right support leg pieces 62, and therefore has a greater strength in the left-right direction than a single-leg structure. Therefore, the annular piece 10 and the guide ring 2 can be prevented from rattling in the front-rear, left-right, or twisting direction.
Further, since the guide ring 2 has the flange portion 71, the guide ring 2 can be firmly attached to the annular piece 10. In particular, when the flange portion 71 is positioned on the rod tail side, even if the fishing line fed from the reel collides with the guide ring 2 at the time of casting, the mounted state of the guide ring 2 can be maintained. Further, if the radius of curvature of the second curved surface 73 of the inner peripheral surface of the guide ring 2 is larger than the radius of curvature of the first curved surface 72, the resistance when the fishing line fed from the reel collides with the inner peripheral surface of the guide ring 2 can be suppressed to be small. In particular, in the case of a spinning reel, although the fishing line is discharged from the spinning reel in a ring shape, the resistance of the fishing line in the ring shape when it collides with the inner peripheral surface of the guide ring 2 can be suppressed. Therefore, it is particularly effective in the case of using a spinning reel. Further, if the guide ring 2 has the flange portion 71, the radius of curvature of the second curved surface 73 can be easily increased by effectively utilizing the outer diameter of the flange portion 71.
