[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a fishing rod guide ring, and includes:
In particular, the present invention relates to a configuration of a highly versatile mounting foot that can securely attach a thread guide ring to a rod and can accommodate differences in rod diameter.

As a configuration of the mounting legs of this type of line guide ring, there is one in which a pair of left and right mounting legs are fixed so as to hold the sides of the fishing rod. However, such a fixing method is limited in the diameter of the rod to which it can be applied due to the following reasons, and has poor versatility. That is, in the case of a thread guide ring 1' which is generally fixed so as to hold both sides of a fishing rod A with two or four pairs of mounting legs 4', the diameter of the rod is adjusted as shown schematically in FIG. The height h of the threading ring 2' changes significantly in response to changes in the threading ring 2', and when the diameter of the rod is large, the upper surface of the rod and the threading ring become close to each other. As is well known, if the guiding height of the threading ring becomes too low, the thread may come into contact with the hand holding the rod, and the hand may be cut by swinging out the thread, so it is important to keep the height below a certain level. As a result, the applicable rod diameter is limited.

Furthermore, in the case of a three-leg boat guide with such mounting feet, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, the height h1 of the working surface of the front leg 5' and the rear leg 3' and the rod radius r However, since the height h1 is a predetermined element, the range of rod diameters that can be applied to each guide is ultimately limited. If this was applied to a rod with a different diameter, the front supporting leg would maintain its original height, so this rod is attached with the entire rod hanging backwards as shown by the imaginary line in Figure 11, and the threading ring is 2' is tilted backwards. Moreover, since each mounting leg 4' does not extend along the length of the rod, the contact is only at a point, and the fixation cannot be achieved sufficiently. In addition, to avoid this situation, there is a countermeasure to further bend the front support leg 5' to prevent it from falling backwards, but if you do this, the threading ring will be installed at a lower position, and as mentioned earlier, This results in severe drawbacks.

The present invention was developed in an attempt to overcome these drawbacks of the conventional type, and includes a pair of left and right mounting legs provided at the base end of the supporting leg, each of which is formed to have a V-shaped cross section and protrude outward from the supporting leg. However, as a result of this, the threading ring can be attached to the upper surface of the rod without lowering the height of the threading ring in response to changes in the diameter of the rod.

The present invention will be explained in detail below based on the illustrated embodiments. First, the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 is the most basic embodiment, and this thread guiding ring 1 has a pair of left and right supporting legs 3 formed below a circular threading ring 2, and further has a base of the supporting legs 3. A mounting foot 4 is formed as an extension at the end. Incidentally, this item is made by punching out a blank in which these parts are integrally formed from a single metal material, and then press-forming them. Further, the threading ring 2 may be made of only a metal material, or
Alternatively, as in the illustrated embodiment, the guide ring 2a is made of a hard material such as alumina or porcelain.
A buffer ring 2b made of a relatively flexible material such as polypropylene may be interposed and attached. Now, the supporting legs 3 and the mounting legs 4, which are the main parts of the present invention, will be described. First, the support leg 3 is pulled out from the peripheral side of the threading ring and extends rearward and downward, and the support leg 3 is formed by twisting approximately 90 degrees, for example. Of course, such a measure is due to the fact that a veneer is used as the starting material, but such a structure does not need to be adopted when the structure is simply made of a wire having a circular cross section. From this support leg base, attach the mounting leg 4.
The two corresponding mounting feet 4 are each cut in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and are curved in a V-shape. . This bending direction is determined by the pair of supporting legs 3,
3, it is required to project further outward.

Furthermore, the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is another embodiment of the present invention, and is a so-called three-leg structure in which a front support leg 5 is further added to the embodiment shown in FIG. Of course, a front attachment leg 6 is formed at the base end of the front support leg 5, and the thread guide ring of this embodiment is designed and used for heavy use. In this case as well, the rear support legs 3, 3, which are a pair of left and right, are configured so that the mounting feet 4, 4 attached to the base ends thereof are projected outward from each other in a V-shaped cross section.

The embodiments shown in FIGS. 4 to 8 are still other embodiments of the present invention, and the basic structure thereof has already been developed by the applicant and is called a boat guide. The supporting legs 3, 3 are pulled out in a pair on the left and right from the tops of both sides of the threading ring 2, and then gently curved downward, and the mounting legs 4 are extended from the lower ends thereof. The pair of rear mounting legs 4 each have a cross section that opens outward in a V-shape. Incidentally, as an example, as shown in Fig. 5, this product has a structure in which a flat plate-like blank is punched and formed into a curved shape.
A guide ring 2a made of alumina, porcelain, or the like is attached to the threading ring 2 via a buffer ring 2b made of polypropylene or the like, as in the previous embodiment. In this embodiment, since the supporting leg 3 slightly protrudes upward to protect the threading ring 2, it has excellent impact resistance and has the effect of effectively protecting the guide ring 2a, which is particularly susceptible to breakage.

Although not shown in the drawings, the present invention can be configured in the same way even when a pair of left and right support legs are arranged in the front and back, and the mounting feet are arranged outwardly from each other at the lower ends of the left and right support legs. It is configured to open in a V-shaped cross section.

To attach the thread guide ring 1 of the present invention to the fishing rod A, set the thread guide ring 1 on the top surface of the fishing rod A, and attach the mounting leg 4 or 6 with a fixed thread according to the conventional method, for example, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6. It is something to be tied up and attached to.

When installing the thread guide ring 1 of the present invention, the supporting legs 3 are appropriately expanded and adjusted to suit the difference in diameter of the rod to which it is applied.
That is, as shown in FIG. 8, when the diameter of the rod A is relatively small, the opening of the supporting legs 3 is slightly narrowed, and when the diameter of the rod is large, the supporting legs 3 are opened slightly. However, in the case of the present invention, even if the diameters of the rods are different, the mounting feet 4, 4 have almost the same bottom surface as the rod A.
It keeps it in close contact with the surface. Moreover, since the mounting foot 4 is placed on the top surface of the rod A, the distance (height) between the top surface of the rod A and the threading ring 2 does not change. Therefore, even if the thread guide ring is of the type that has a front supporting leg, it will hardly tilt backwards even when applied to a large diameter rod.
It is installed in a favorable condition.

このように本考案によれば、竿の径の相違にも

As described above, according to the present invention, a good mounting condition can always be obtained regardless of the difference in the diameter of the rod, and its versatility can be significantly increased.

Furthermore, since the thread guiding ring of the present invention is configured such that the mounting legs extend outward from the supporting legs,
It can be installed in a so-called fluffy state, and exhibits sufficient installation strength.
