Detailed Description
The objects, specific advantages and novel features of the invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of the preferred embodiment when considered in conjunction with the drawings. In the present specification, when reference numerals are given to constituent elements of respective drawings, the same constituent elements are denoted by the same reference numerals even when they are shown in different drawings. In describing the present invention, when it is determined that the gist of the present invention may be confused by a detailed description of a related known art, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing one side of a cosmetic container according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a perspective view showing the other side of the cosmetic container according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the cosmetic container according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a cosmetic container 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a container body 20, an outer lid 10, an inner container 30, a middle container 40, and a drawer part 50. The container body 20 is formed in a quadrangular shape, but is not limited thereto, and may be designed in other forms.
The container body 20 is a part of the outer shape of the cosmetic container 100, and may be formed to penetrate vertically, and may form a space inside a quadrangle. Thus, when the drawer 50 described below is coupled to the lower end of the container body 20, the bottom surface of the drawer 50 may be exposed to the outside, and the side surface of the container body 20 may be exposed to the outside by opening an area corresponding to the front surface of the drawer 50 and at least an area corresponding to a portion of the back surface of the drawer 50.
The outer lid 10 is rotatably coupled to the container body 20 by the first hinge member 14, and can open and close the upper surface of the container body 20. At this time, the first hinge part 14 may be coupled to the first coupling part 26 of the container body 20. The first coupling portion 26 may be a groove shape from which a part of the container body 20 is removed so as to house the first hinge member 14, and may be provided with a hole, a pin, and the like for coupling with the first hinge member 14. The first mirror 11 may be attached to the inner surface of the outer lid 10, i.e., the surface facing the container body 20.
In addition, the label 12 may be attached to the outer surface of the outer cap 10, and a brand mark may be printed or designed by intaglio or relief on the upper surface of the label 12 exposed to the outside, thereby improving the aesthetic sense of the cosmetic container 100. The label 12 may be formed to be transparent, and a mirror-like coating (mirror) may be applied to the lower surface of the label 12. In this way, the outer surface of the outer cap 10 is variously shaped using the label 12, so that the product competitiveness can be improved.
Such an outer cap 10 may be formed to be hinged to one side of the container body 20 as a shaft and to be openable and closable to the other side. At this time, the other side of the outer cover 10 may be an area opposite to the first hinge part 14, and such other side may be provided with the upper magnet 13. In addition, a first fixed magnet 21 may be provided in a region of the container body 20 corresponding to the upper magnet 13.
Accordingly, the state in which the upper portion of the container body 20 is closed by the outer lid 10 can be maintained by the magnetic force generated between the upper magnet 13 and the first fixed magnet 21. Further, when the outer lid 10 is opened, the opening and closing sensitivity can be maintained at a constant level as compared with the conventional hook-type lock structure. In this way, the outer cap 10 and the container body 20 adopt the opening and closing method using the magnet, and thus a button is not separately provided on the outer surface of the cosmetic container 100, so that the appearance is simple and a soft and high-grade opening and closing feeling can be provided.
The drawer 50 is provided at the lower end of the container body 20 and may be provided to be extractable in one direction. The drawer 50 is opened at its upper surface, and an inner portion surrounded by the bottom surface and the side surfaces can form a storage space 52. The receiving space 52 can receive therein an applying member 60 such as a puff, and in this case, a band portion 61 into which a finger can be inserted may be provided on the other surface of the applying member 60 opposite to the surface of the applying member 60 which is in contact with the content.
In general, since the applicator 60 is stored on the upper portion of the inner cap 31, the first mirror 11 is easily contaminated and messy, the content adheres to the inner cap 31, and the applicator 60 is stored in a state of being in contact with the inner cap 31, so that the applicator 60 is stored in a wet state. Also, when the first mirror 11 is used in addition to the makeup use using the contents of the cosmetic container 100, there is an inconvenience that the applying part 60 falls off when the outer cap 10 is opened.
However, according to the cosmetic container 100 of the first embodiment of the present invention, the storage spaces 52 of the first mirror 11 and the applying member 60 may be respectively provided at upper and lower portions with reference to an area where contents are stored. Thus, the applicator 60 does not fall off when the first mirror 11 is used, and there is no applicator 60 in which contents are adhered and messy, so that a simple appearance can be realized even in a state where the outer cover 10 is opened. Further, since the applicator 60 is stored separately, the upper surfaces of the first mirror 11 and the inner lid 31 can be prevented from being contaminated.
In this case, a placement portion 37 having a predetermined depth may be provided on the upper surface of the inner cover 31 facing the first mirror 11, and the second mirror 36 may be attached to the placement portion 37. The magnification of the second mirror 36 may be different from that of the first mirror 11, and the first mirror 11 may be a general mirror and the second mirror 36 may be a magnifying glass, thereby improving the makeup convenience of the user.
Further, by providing the storage space 52 for storing the smearing member 60 separately, the first mirror 11 and the second mirror 36 can be prevented from being contaminated by the content of the used smearing member 60.
Further, at least one vent hole 57 may be provided in the bottom surface of the drawer 50, so that moisture of the applying member 60 stored in the storage space 52 is reduced, and the applying member 60 can be always maintained in a soft state. In this case, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of vent holes 57 are provided in a region adjacent to the outer periphery of the bottom surface of the drawer portion 50 in a straight line parallel to the outer peripheral shape, but the formation and number of the vent holes 57 are not limited thereto. That is, the vent holes 57 may be formed in various ways and in various numbers in which air can move inside and outside the receiving space 52 so as to remove moisture of the plastering member 60.
The drawer 50 is slidable and extractable obliquely from the lower end of the container body 20. The longer the applicator 60 is used, the more the applicator absorbs the contents and swells, and the band portion 61 becomes uneven and floats in accordance with the curvature of the applicator 60. In this case, if the drawer 50 is operated only by sliding, the applicator 60 or the band 61 is caught by the container body 20 at the time of opening and closing, and thus it is difficult to smoothly operate.
Thereby, the drawer 50 of the cosmetic container 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is slid and operated obliquely at the lower end of the container body 20, so that the drawing out of the applying member 60 can be facilitated.
For this, both inner side surfaces of the container body 20 in the direction in which the drawer 50 is drawn out may be provided with rails 23. At this time, the rail 23 may include a straight section 24 and a curved section 25, wherein the straight section 24 is formed from the rear surface toward the front surface of the container body 20 by a predetermined length, and the curved section 25 is formed from an end of the straight section 24 to a region adjacent to the front surface of the container body 20.
The curved section 25 may be bent to guide the drawer 50 to be inclined in a lower direction of the container body 20 when the drawer 50 is drawn out. Accordingly, when the drawer 50 is drawn out in a state of being coupled to the lower end of the container body 20, it is moved in one direction along the linear section 24 and the curved section 25, and is tilted so that the interval with the container body 20 is gradually increased. This will be described in detail later with reference to fig. 4a to 5 d.
In this case, the drawer 50 has at least one projection 53 on both outer side surfaces facing the rail 23, and such projection is movable along the rail 23. The projection 53 may include a first projection 53a and a second projection 53b, the first projection 53a being provided at a position adjacent to the rear surface of the container body 20 before the drawer 50 is drawn out of the container body 20, and the second projection 53b being provided at a position spaced apart from the first projection 53a by a predetermined interval. The first projection 53a and the second projection 53b may be formed to project by the same length as the depth of the rail 23 or project by a length slightly shorter than the depth of the rail 23 for smooth movement.
By providing the two projections 53 including the first projection 53a and the second projection 53b in the drawer 50 in this manner, the first projection 53a and the second projection 53b can be prevented from coming off the rail 23 to the maximum extent, and the drawer 50 can be moved along the rail 23 more stably. The number of the projections 53 is not limited, and may be set to a number that is easily movable along the rail 23.
Further, the drawer 50 is drawn out obliquely while sliding, so that the applicator 60 and the band 61 are prevented from being caught by the lower end of the container body 20 when the applicator 60 is drawn out, and the applicator 60 can be smoothly stored.
Such a drawer 50 may be provided with a front surface magnet 51 in a region corresponding to the first fixed magnet 21 of the container body 20. Accordingly, in a state where drawer 50 is coupled to container body 20, attractive force is generated between first fixed magnet 21 and front surface magnet 51, and drawer 50 can be fixed to container body 20 in a closed state. Further, as described above, since the attractive force is generated between the first fixed magnet 21 of the container body 20 and the upper magnet 13 of the cover 10, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the cover 10 and the drawer 50 can be opened and closed from the container body 20 using the magnets, thereby providing a high-class appearance without a separate button.
Further, a middle container 40 may be provided along the periphery of the inner side of the upper end of the container body 20. The middle container 40 is vertically penetrated except for the outer periphery thereof, so that a placing space 41 for placing the inner container 30 can be formed inside. In this case, the placement space 41 is formed in a circular shape so as to correspond to the shape of the circular inner container 30, but is not limited thereto. Also, although not shown in the drawings, the inner container 30 is placed in the placing space 41 of the middle container 40, a plurality of protrusions, grooves, and the like for fixing the inner container 30 may be further provided.
The upper side of both inner sides of the container body 20 spaced apart from the rail 23 by a predetermined interval may be provided with a stepped portion 22 so that the middle container 40 may be fixed to the upper end inner side of the container body 20. Thereby, the lower end of the middle container 40 can be fixed in a state of being mounted on the step portion 22, and the extension portion 42 can be further provided from the lower end of the middle container 40.
The extension 42 extends toward the rail 23 in a shape corresponding to the linear section 24 and the curved section 25 of the rail 23, and extends to the end of the extension 42 to be spaced apart from the rail 23 by a predetermined interval. In this case, the rail 23 may be formed in a step shape protruding inward from the inner surface of the container body 20 by a predetermined thickness, and may protrude inward from the step portion 22 placed at the lower end of the middle container 40. The extension 42 may be formed to have a thickness that protrudes to the same extent as the surface of the rail 23 in a state of being coupled to the inner surface of the container body 20.
Accordingly, in a state where the middle container 40 is coupled to the container body 20, the projection 53 of the drawer 50 can move between the rail 23 and the end of the extension 42, and the outer side surface of the drawer 50 is drawn out while being in contact with the extension 42 of the middle container 40 and the lower side of the rail 23 of the container body 20.
Also, the middle container 40 may be formed in a manner that an area is removed so as to place the second hinge part 34 of the inner container 30 and the second coupling part 33 and the handle part 35 of the inner lid 31, which will be described later.
The inner container 30 may be placed in a penetrating region inside the intermediate container 40, and in this case, may be coupled so that the lower surface thereof is exposed from the inside of the intermediate container 40 to the open bottom surface of the container body 20. A region of the outer peripheral surface of the inner container 30 may be provided with a second hinge member 34 for hinge-coupling with an inner lid 31 described later.
In addition, the inner container 30 is coupled to the middle container 40 by interference fit or the like, and may be detachably coupled to the middle container 40. That is, the inner container 30 may be coupled in such a manner that the inner container and the middle container 40 are separable from each other by an external force, and may be coupled in a state of preventing random falling without applying an external force.
The content stored in the inner container 30 may be an impregnation member containing a cosmetic material. In addition, a fixing ring 32 whose upper end is bent inward may be provided along the circumference of the inner container 30 to prevent the dipping members from being separated to the outside of the inner container 30. The content stored in the inner container 30 is not limited to the dipping member, and the content of various formulations can be stored in the inner container 30.
An inner lid 31 for evaporating oil and water from the contents and protecting the contents may be provided on the upper portion of the inner container 30. The inner lid 31 may further include an extension rib (not denoted by a reference numeral) extending from a lower surface thereof, the extension rib being inserted into a space between the inner surface of the inner container 30 and the fixing ring 32, and closing an upper portion of the inner container 30.
Further, although the applicator 60 is normally stored on the upper surface of the inner lid 31, in the present invention, the applicator 60 may be stored in the drawer 50 provided at the lower end of the container body 20. The placement portion 37 and the second mirror 26 may be provided on the upper surface of the inner lid 31. In this way, the smearing member 60 is stored separately in the drawer 50, so that the first mirror 11 and the second mirror 36 can be prevented from being contaminated by the smearing member 60 to which the contents are adhered. Also, when the first mirror 11 or the second mirror 36 is used in addition to the makeup use, the applying member 60 can be prevented from falling.
Such an inner lid 31 is provided with a second coupling portion 33 at a region of an outer peripheral surface corresponding to the second hinge member 34, and the second hinge member 34 is coupled to the second coupling portion 33, so that the inner lid 31 can be rotatably coupled from the inner container 30. In addition, the inner lid 31 may be provided with a grip portion 35 at another region of the outer circumferential surface opposite to the second coupling portion 33. This allows the inner lid 31 to be more easily opened and closed from the upper surface of the inner container 30.
At this time, the direction in which the inner cap 31 is opened and closed may be set to be orthogonal to the direction in which the inner cap 10 is opened and closed after being hinge-coupled to the container body 20. This prevents interference with the outer cover 10 when the inner lid 31 is opened and closed.
As described above, the outer surface of the inner lid 31 facing the inner surface of the outer lid 10 may be provided with the placement portion 37 having a groove of a predetermined depth, and the second mirror 36 may be attached to the placement portion 37. Such a second mirror 36 may have magnifications different from each other of the first mirror 11 adhered to the inner side surface of the outer cover 10, the first mirror 11 being a general mirror, and the second mirror 36 being a magnifying lens.
The first mirror 11 and the second mirror 36 are not limited to this, but the first mirror 11 may be a magnifying glass and the second mirror 36 may be a general mirror. Further, the first mirror 11 and the second mirror 36 may include a mirror having a reduction magnification as necessary, in addition to a combination of mirrors having a general magnification or a magnification.
As in the first embodiment of the present invention, when the first mirror 11 is a general mirror and the second mirror 36 is a magnifying glass, the general mirror is used for basic makeup and the magnifying glass is used for detailed makeup such as canthus, so that makeup convenience for the user can be significantly improved.
When detailed makeup is performed using a mirror of a general cosmetic container, makeup must be performed in a state where the cosmetic container 100 is brought close to the face, and therefore, a uncomfortable posture is taken during makeup. However, according to the present invention, detailed makeup can be performed using the second mirror 36 having a magnification provided at the outer side surface of the inner cap 31, so that makeup can be performed more conveniently.
In general, a cosmetic container having a double mirror provided on the outer cover side is in a state where two mirrors are overlapped, and when it is necessary to use a magnifying glass, a separate operation of exposing the magnifying glass to the outside is required. However, according to the present invention, since the first mirror 11 and the second mirror 36 are simultaneously exposed to the outside while the outer lid 10 is opened from the container body 20, it is not necessary to perform a separate operation for using the second mirror 36, and thus it is convenient to use.
Next, the operation of the drawer 50 of the cosmetic container 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention configured as above will be described with reference to fig. 4a to 5 d.
Fig. 4a to 4d are perspective views illustrating a process in which the drawer of the cosmetic container according to the first embodiment of the present invention is opened, and fig. 5a to 5d are sectional views illustrating a process in which the drawer of the cosmetic container according to the first embodiment of the present invention is opened.
Referring to fig. 4a to 5d, the cosmetic container 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a container body 20, an outer lid 10, an inner container 30, a middle container 40, and a drawer 50. The details of each constituent element are already described in fig. 1 to 3, and the description is omitted below.
The container body 20 is formed to penetrate vertically, the penetrating inner side is combined with the middle container 40, and the inner container 30 can be placed on the inner side of the middle container 40. The upper surface of the inner container 30 may be closed by the inner lid 31, and the upper surface of the container body 20 may be opened and closed by the outer lid 10. In addition, the lower end of the container body 20 may be provided with a drawer 50 for holding the plastering member 60. In the present embodiment, the case where the applicator 60 is provided in the drawer 50 has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and various structures necessary for makeup may be stored in the drawer 50.
In a state where the container body 20 is in contact with the outer lid 10, the upper magnet 13 of the outer lid 10 and the first fixed magnet 21 of the container body 20 are provided at corresponding positions, so that the outer lid 10 is fixed to the container body 20 by an attractive force generated between the upper magnet 13 and the first fixed magnet 21 to maintain a closed state.
In addition, since the drawer 50 is provided with the front surface magnet 51 at a position corresponding to the first fixed magnet 21 of the container body 20 in a state before being drawn out from the container body 20, the drawer 50 is fixed to the container body 20 by an attractive force generated between the first fixed magnet 21 and the front surface magnet 51 to maintain a closed state.
In this way, the outer lid 10 and the drawer 50 can be fixed to the container body 20 by the magnet coupling structure to maintain the closed state, thereby improving the appearance of the cosmetic container 100.
Next, a process of drawing out the drawer 50 from the container body 20 of the cosmetic container 100 will be described, in which the drawer 50 is drawn out obliquely while sliding with respect to the container body 20. More specifically, the protrusion 53 of the drawer 50 provided on the outer side surface may move along the rail 23 of the container body 20, and in this case, the rail 23 may be provided on both inner side surfaces in the direction of drawing out the drawer 50. Such a rail 23 may include a straight section 24 formed from the rear surface of the container body 20 toward the front surface by a predetermined length and a curved section 25 formed from an end of the straight section 24 to a region adjacent to the front surface of the container body 20. The curved section 25 may be formed in a direction to guide the drawer 50 to be inclined toward the lower side of the container body 20 when the drawer 50 is drawn out.
Accordingly, as compared with the case where the drawer 50 is operated only in the linear section 24, the application member 60 or the band part 61 is caught by the lower end of the container body 20 due to the placement position and the state of the application member 60 stored in the drawer 50 can be significantly reduced. That is, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first protrusion 53a and the second protrusion 53b provided on the outer surfaces of the drawer 50 move along the rails 23 of the linear section 24 and the curved section 25 on the inner surfaces of the container body 20, so that the drawer 50 can be slidably and slantingly drawn out with respect to the container body 20.
In this case, when the drawer 50 needs to be drawn out, the protrusion 53 of the drawer 50 first passes through the linear section 24 of the rail 23 and then enters the curved section 25, and the drawer 50 can be drawn out while being inclined at about 36 degrees from the lower direction. On the contrary, when the drawer 50 needs to be coupled to the lower end of the container body 20, the protrusion 53 of the drawer 50 passes through the curved section 25 of the rail 23 in a tilted state of the drawer 50, then enters the linear section 24, and moves linearly in a direction parallel to the container body 20, thereby being coupled to the container body 20.
In this case, the drawer 50 may be formed with two projections 53, and the first projection 53a and the second projection 53b may be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance, so that the first projection 53a and the second projection 53b may be prevented from being separated from the rail 23 to the maximum, and the drawer 50 may slide or tilt along the shape of the rail 23 forming the linear section 24 and the curved section 25. That is, the first projection 53a and the second projection 53b can move along the rail 23 by supporting the load of the drawer 50 in a state of being sandwiched between the rails 23.
In this way, even if the smearing member 60 is swollen by the content impregnated therein when the smearing member 60 is stored in the storage space 52 of the drawer 50, the smearing member 60 is prevented from being caught by the lower end of the container body 20 because the drawer 50 is inclined and then coupled to the container body 20. Further, the drawer 50 can be smoothly drawn out without the band 61 of the applicator 60 being caught by the lower end of the container body 20.
In this case, the drawing distance of the drawer 50 may be varied according to the length of the linear section 24 in the rail 23. In the rail 23, the angle of the curved section 25 is bent toward the lower portion by about 36 degrees, so that the length of the curved section 25 may not be changed. That is, when the length of the linear section 24 is long, the drawing distance of the drawer 50 can be long, and when the length of the linear section 24 is short, the drawing distance of the drawer 50 can be short. Thus, the length of the linear section 24 is adjusted according to the size or shape of the applicator 60 stored in the drawer 50, and the withdrawal distance of the drawer 50 can be controlled.
Further, the container body 20 penetrates vertically so that the bottom surface of the drawer 50 can be exposed to the outside, and at least a region corresponding to the rear surface of the drawer 50 may be opened in addition to a region corresponding to the front surface of the drawer 50. Therefore, when the drawer 50 needs to be pulled out from the container body 20, the back or bottom of the drawer 50 can be pushed by hand to be easily actuated. This is explained later in fig. 10a to 10 c.
According to the cosmetic container 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the drawer 50 is provided at the lower end of the container body 20 to be drawn out in a sliding and tilting manner, so that the applying member 60 can easily enter and exit the drawer 50. Further, the smearing tool 60 is stored in a space different from the first mirror 11 and the second mirror 36, so that the first mirror 11 and the second mirror 36 can be prevented from being contaminated.
Fig. 6 and 7 are perspective views illustrating a state where the inner container and the inner lid of the cosmetic container according to the first embodiment of the present invention are hinge-connected and then placed inside the middle container.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in the cosmetic container 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the exterior cap 10 is coupled to the first coupling part 26 of the container body 20 by the first hinge part 14 (refer to fig. 3) provided at a region around the outside, so that the exterior cap 10 can be provided to be rotatable with respect to the container body 20.
In addition, the inner side of the container body 20 may be provided with the middle container 40, and the inner side of the middle container 40 may be formed in a shape corresponding to the outer side of the inner container 30.
A second hinge member 34 may be provided in an area around the outer side of the inner container 30 perpendicular to the first hinge member 14, and a second coupling portion 33 may be provided in an area around the inner lid 31 on the upper surface of the inner container 30 at a position corresponding to the second hinge member 34. At this time, the second hinge part 34 is rotatably coupled to the second coupling part 33 by another hinge pin (not shown), so that the inner lid 31 is rotatably coupled to the inner container 30.
In this way, the second hinge part 34 is coupled to the second coupling part 33 so that the inner container 30 can be formed integrally with the inner lid 31. In addition, a second mirror 36 may be attached to a placing portion 37 provided on the upper surface of the inner lid 31.
The inner container 30 is integrated with the inner lid 31 and the second mirror 36, and can be inserted into the space 41 of the middle container 40. In this case, a groove (not denoted by a reference numeral) having a predetermined depth is formed in the middle container 40 in a shape corresponding to the second hinge member 34 and the second coupling portion 33, so that the second hinge member 34 and the second coupling portion 33 can be placed in the middle container 40 without being caught. Wherein the middle container 40 and the inner container 30 may be coupled by an interference fit method or a protrusion-and-groove structure, etc.
In this way, in the cosmetic container 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, when the contents of the inner container 30 are used up and need to be replaced, since the inner container 30, the inner lid 31, and the second mirror 36 are integrated, it is necessary to replace them all together.
The content stored in the inner container 30 may be impregnated with an impregnation member (not shown), and a fixing ring 32 may be further provided inside the inner container 30 to prevent the impregnation member from being separated to the outside of the inner container 30. The content may be in various forms other than the impregnated member.
That is, the inner container 30 is pushed from the lower portion of the through-hole of the inner container 40 to the upper side in order to replace the contents, and the inner container 30, the inner lid 31 to which the second mirror 36 is attached, and the fixing ring 32 can be separated from the placement space 41 of the inner container 40 in a combined state. Thus, the inner container 30, the inner lid 31 to which the second mirror 36 is attached, and the fixing ring 32 can be replaced together.
Fig. 8 is a perspective view illustrating a cosmetic container according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 9 and 10 are perspective views illustrating a state in which an inner lid of the cosmetic container according to the second embodiment of the present invention is hinge-coupled to an intermediate container, and an inner container is placed inside the intermediate container.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, a region around the outer side of the inner lid 30 in a direction perpendicular to the first hinge part 14 may be provided with a third hinge part 38, and a position of the middle container 40 corresponding to the third hinge part 38 may be provided with a third coupling part 44. By such a third hinge member 38 being coupled to the third coupling portion 44 so that the inner lid 31 is hinge-coupled to the middle container 40, it is possible to form an integrated body in which the inner lid 31 is rotatable with respect to the middle container 40.
At this time, the third coupling portion 44 may be formed in a hinge pin shape to be fixed to the middle container 40, and the third hinge part 38 may be formed in a ring shape to surround the third coupling portion 44. Thus, the third hinge part 38 is interference-fitted with the third coupling part 44, so that the middle container 40 and the inner lid 31 can be coupled.
A placement portion 37 formed to a predetermined depth may be provided on the upper surface of the inner cover 31, and the second mirror 36 may be attached to such a placement portion 37.
Thus, the replaceable capsule type inner container 70 is detachably placed in the placement space 41 inside the middle container 40 in a state where the inner lid 31 is hinged to the middle container 40. In this case, the inner capsule container 70 may have a sealing paper (not shown) on the upper surface thereof in a state before use, and may be placed in the middle container 40 after removing the sealing paper.
According to the cosmetic container 200 of the second embodiment of the present invention, when the contents are used up, only the inner capsule container 70 can be replaced and used. Unlike the above-described embodiment, the inner lid 31 is combined with the middle container 40, so the second mirror 36 adhered to the outer side surface of the inner lid 31 can be continuously used together with the middle container 40 and the inner lid 31 regardless of whether the capsule type inner container 70 is replaced. In this way, only the inner capsule container 70 needs to be replaced when the contents are used up, and therefore, replacement cost can be reduced.
Fig. 11a and 11b are sectional views illustrating a process in which a drawer portion of a cosmetic container according to a third embodiment of the present invention is opened.
Referring to fig. 11a and 11b, a cosmetic container 300 according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes a container body 20, an outer lid 10, an inner container 30, a middle container 40, and a drawer part 50. Hereinafter, the differences of the present embodiment from the above-described embodiments will be mainly described, and the description thereof will be referred to for the parts for which the description is omitted.
Rails 23 may be provided on both inner side surfaces of the container body 20 in the direction in which the drawer 50 is drawn out. At this time, the rail 23 may be formed in a straight line from the rear surface to the front surface of the container body 20.
Two projections 53 each including a first projection 53a and a second projection 53b are provided on both outer surfaces of the drawer 50 facing the rail 23, and the first projection 53a and the second projection 53b are movable along the rail 23. As in the first embodiment, the first projection 53a and the second projection 53b are spaced apart by a predetermined interval, and when the drawer 50 is drawn out from the container body 20, the drawer 50 slides linearly along the shape of the rail 23 and is drawn out without being bent.
A stopper (not shown) may be further provided on the rail 23 corresponding to the front end of the container body 20 to prevent the drawer 50 from being completely separated from the container body 20.
The drawer 50 can accommodate the applicator 60. In order to prevent the band portion 61 of the applying member 60 from being caught when the drawer portion 50 slides, the height of the drawer portion 50 may be formed to be higher than that of the first embodiment. In addition, when the height of the drawer 50 is the same as that of the first embodiment, the band part 61 may not be provided on the applying member 60 stored in the drawer 50 or the applying member 60 of the first embodiment may be stored to have a smaller thickness.
Although not shown, a stepped portion 22 for placing the lower end of the middle container 40 may be provided on both inner side surfaces of the upper portion of the rail 23 of the container body 20, and the rail 23 may have a stepped shape protruding inward of the stepped portion 22.
The intermediate container 40 is provided with an extension 42 extending from the lower end toward the rail 23 and contacting the inner surface of the container body 20, and the tip of the extension 42 extends linearly corresponding to the rail 23 and may be spaced apart from the rail 23 by a predetermined distance.
In this way, the drawer 50 for storing the painting member 60 is separately provided at the lower portion of the container body 20, and the drawer 50 is drawn out in a sliding manner, so that the first mirror 11 and the inner lid 31 provided at the inner side of the outer lid 10 can be prevented from being contaminated by the painting member 60. Also, by adjusting the height of the drawer part 50, the drawer part 50 can be operated in such a manner that the band part 61 of the applying member 60 is not caught, thereby making it easy for the applying member 60 to get in and out.
Fig. 12 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a cosmetic container according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 13a to 13d are perspective views illustrating a process in which a drawer portion of the cosmetic container according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is opened. In addition, fig. 14a to 14c are sectional views illustrating a process in which a drawer portion of a cosmetic container according to a third embodiment of the present invention is opened, and fig. 15a and 15b are perspective views illustrating a state in which the drawer portion of the cosmetic container according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is closed and a state in which the drawer portion is opened from a lower container.
Referring to fig. 12 to 15b, a cosmetic container 400 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention includes a container body 20, an outer lid 10, an inner container 30, a middle container 40, and a drawer part 50. Note that, the following mainly explains the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment, and the parts for which explanations are omitted can be referred to as above.
The upper end of the container body 20 may be opened and closed by the outer cap 10, and the lower end of the container body 20 may be provided with a drawer 50 formed to be withdrawable in one direction. In this case, at least one back magnet may be provided on the back surface of the drawer 50 in the drawing direction, and at least one fixed magnet may be provided corresponding to the upper side of the back magnet in the state where the drawer 50 is opened.
Thus, when the drawer 50 is drawn out from the container body 20, the drawer 50 can be fixed in an open state by a magnetic force generated between the back magnet and the fixed magnet.
The fixed magnet may be a first fixed magnet 21 located at the center of the front surface of the container body 20. The back magnet may be a first back magnet 55 located at the center of the back of the drawer 50. Accordingly, when the drawer 50 is pulled out, the first fixed magnet 21 and the first back magnet 55 can be disposed at corresponding positions, and the drawer 50 can be fixed in a state of being kept open by the attractive force generated between the first fixed magnet 21 and the first back magnet 55.
In the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the container body 20 is formed in a quadrangular shape, the first fixed magnet 21 is located at the center of the front surface of the container body 20, and the first back magnet 55 of the drawer 50 is provided at the center of the back surface of the drawer 50 corresponding to the first fixed magnet 21, but the positions of the first fixed magnet 21 and the first back magnet 55 are not limited thereto. The first fixed magnet 21 and the first back magnet 55 may be formed at various positions, and may be easily fixed to the lower end of the container body 20 in a state where the drawer 50 is drawn out.
In the drawer 50, a front surface magnet 51 may be provided on a front surface corresponding to the first fixed magnet 21. Accordingly, in a state where the drawer 50 is coupled to the lower end of the container body 20, the drawer 50 can be fixed in a state where it is kept closed by an attractive force generated between the first fixing magnet 21 and the front surface magnet 51.
In this way, the drawer 50 can be maintained in a state of being fixed to the lower end of the container body 20 by the coupling structure of the magnet when opened and closed with respect to the container body 20.
Further, in a state where the outer cap 10 is in contact with the container body 20, the upper magnet 13 is provided on the front surface of the outer cap 10 corresponding to the first fixed magnet 21 of the container body 20, so that the outer cap 10 can be fixed in a closed state by an attractive force generated between the first fixed magnet 21 and the upper magnet 13.
Further, since the upper magnet 13 of the outer lid 10 is provided in the region facing the first hinge member 14, when the outer lid 10 needs to be opened from the container body 20, the container body 20 can be opened by rotating the outer lid 10 about the first hinge member 14. At this time, since the outer lid 10 and the container body 20 are coupled to each other by the magnet, the outer lid 10 is pushed upward with a force capable of releasing the attractive force acting between the outer lid 10 and the container body 20, and the outer lid 10 can be opened from the container body 20.
In this way, according to the cosmetic container 400 of the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the container body 20 and the drawer part 50 can fix the opened and closed states by a magnetic force, and the container body 20 and the outer lid 10 can fix the closed state by a magnetic force. The first fixed magnet 21 of the container body 20, the front surface magnet 51 and the first back surface magnet 55 of the drawer 50, and the upper magnet 13 of the cover 10 may be attached in a state of being inserted into magnet attaching grooves (not shown) provided in the container body 20, the drawer 50, and the cover 10, respectively.
Since a general cosmetic container mainly uses a button type or a hook type as a locking means, its sensitivity varies depending on the discharge variation of the cosmetic container, and its usability may not be excellent. However, in the present invention, the closed state of the outer lid 10 and the opened and closed states of the drawer 50 can be maintained by using the magnet instead of the general button or hook, so that not only the manufacturing cost can be saved, but also excellent usability can be provided.
The middle container 40 can be placed on the inner side of the upper end of the container body 20 and the inner container 30 can be placed in the placing space 41 of the middle container 40. Further, both inner side surfaces of the container body 20 in the direction in which the drawer 50 is drawn out may be provided with rails 23.
The drawer 50 is provided with two projections 53 including a first projection 53a and a second projection 53b on both outer surfaces facing the rail 23, so that the first projection 53a and the second projection 53b can move along the rail 23. At this time, the first protrusion 53a and the second protrusion 53b are spaced apart by a predetermined interval, and when the drawer 50 is drawn out from the container body 20, the drawer 50 can be drawn out without being bent along the shape of the rail 23.
In the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the rail 23 may be formed in a linear manner, whereby the first protrusion 53a and the second protrusion 53b of the drawer part 50 are linearly slidably operated and withdrawn.
Both inner side surfaces of the upper portion of the rail 23 of the container body 20 may be provided with a stepped portion 22 for seating the lower end of the middle container 40, and the rail 23 may be in a stepped shape further protruding to the inside of the stepped portion 22. The middle container 40 is provided with an extension 42 extending from the lower end toward the rail 23 so as to abut against the inner surface of the container body 20, and the tip of the extension 42 extends in a shape corresponding to the rail 23 and can be spaced apart from the rail 23 by a predetermined interval.
Further, since the container body 20 is formed to penetrate vertically, the bottom surface of the drawer 50 can be exposed to the outside, a region corresponding to the front surface of the drawer 50 can be opened, and at least a region corresponding to the rear surface of the drawer 50 can be opened. Accordingly, when the drawer 50 is drawn out from the container body 20, the bottom surface and the back surface can be pushed in one direction, and the drawer 50 can be easily opened and closed.
In this case, the housing space 52 of the drawer 50 may be provided with the applying member 60, and the bottom surface may have at least one vent hole 57, so that moisture of the applying member 60 may be reduced.
Describing a process in which the cosmetic container 400 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is opened, the outer cap 10 is provided with the upper magnet 13 at the front surface corresponding to the first fixed magnet 21 of the container body 20, and the outer cap 10 can be fixed in a closed state by a magnetic force generated between the first fixed magnet 21 and the upper magnet 13.
Thereafter, once the attractive force between the upper magnet 13 of the outer lid 10 and the first fixed magnet 21 of the container body 20 is removed, it can be opened by the rotation of the first hinge member 14. In addition, in a state where the drawer 50 is coupled to the container body 20, the drawer 50 may be fixed to the lower end of the container body 20 by an attractive force generated between the front surface magnet 51 of the drawer 50 and the first fixing magnet 21 of the container body 20. That is, the drawer 50 is provided with the front surface magnet 51 at the center of the front surface corresponding to the first fixed magnet 21, so that the drawer 50 can be fixed in a closed state by an attractive force generated between the first fixed magnet 21 and the front surface magnet 51.
When the drawer 50 is pulled out in one direction in this state, the attractive force generated between the front surface magnet 51 and the first fixed magnet 21 is released, and the first projection 53a and the second projection 53b of the drawer 50 can linearly slide along the rail 23.
Thereafter, when the drawer 50 is drawn out until the second protrusion 53b of the drawer 50 is positioned at the end of the rail 23, the first back magnet 55 provided at the center of the back of the drawer 50 is positioned at a position corresponding to the first fixing magnet 21 of the container body 20, thereby generating a mutual attractive force, and the drawer 50 can be fixed in an opened state.
In this way, by opening and closing the drawer 50 with the magnet and closing the outer lid 10, the difference in the use sensitivity can be minimized, and an excellent use feeling can be provided. Further, the manufacturing cost can be reduced by removing a component such as a button or a hook used as a locking means.
In the present embodiment, the example in which the track 23 is formed in a linear manner is described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a track 23 composed of a linear section 24 and a curved section 25 similar to those in the first embodiment may be used.
Fig. 16a to 16c are perspective views illustrating a container body of a cosmetic container according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 16a to 16c, as described above, the container body 20 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention may be formed in a quadrangular shape penetrating up and down. Since the drawer 50 is slidably coupled to the lower end of the container body 20, the bottom surface of the drawer 50 may be exposed to the outside. At this time, since the first projection 53a and the second projection 53b of the drawer 50 move along the rail 23 provided on the inner surface of the container body 20, both outer surfaces of the drawer 50 can be covered with the container body 20.
In addition, a portion of the front surface of container body 20 corresponding to the front surface of drawer 50 is opened, so that drawer 50 can be drawn out. At least a region of the rear surface of the container body 20 corresponding to the rear surface of the drawer 50 may be opened to expose a portion of the rear surface of the drawer 50. At this time, a first coupling part 26 may be provided in a region of the rear surface of the container body 20 except for a region opened to expose a portion of the rear surface of the drawer part 50, and the outer lid 10 is hinge-coupled to the first coupling part 26 at the rear surface of the container body 20.
Thus, the drawer 50 can be easily drawn out by the opened bottom surface of the container body 20 and the bottom surface and the back surface of the drawer 50 exposed from the back surface. Referring to fig. 10c, the rear surface a of the drawer 50 exposed from the open region of the rear surface of the container body 20 and the bottom surface B of the drawer 50 exposed from the bottom surface of the container body 20 are pushed by hand, so that the drawer 50 can be more easily drawn out.
Although the container body 20 is formed in a quadrangular shape, the container body 20 is not limited thereto, and may be formed in various shapes in which the drawer 50 is slidably coupled to the lower end.
Fig. 17 is a perspective view illustrating a cosmetic container according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 18a to 18c are sectional views illustrating a process in which a drawer portion of the cosmetic container according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention is opened.
Referring to fig. 17 to 18c, a cosmetic container 500 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention includes a container body 20, an outer lid 10, an inner container 30, a middle container 40, and a drawer part 50. In addition, differences from the above-described embodiments will be mainly described below, and the above-described portions may be referred to for those portions where the description is omitted.
The cosmetic container 500 according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention may further include a pair of second fixed magnets 43 at inner sides respectively positioned adjacent to both ends of the front surface of the vertically penetrating middle container 40, the second fixed magnets 43 being placed at the inner sides of the upper end of the container body 20. In addition, a pair of second back magnets 56 may be included inside the drawer 50, which are positioned adjacent to both ends of the back surface thereof, respectively.
When the drawer part 50 is drawn out from the container body 20, such a pair of second fixing magnets 43 provided at the middle container 40 and a pair of second back magnets 56 provided at the drawer part 50 are provided at positions corresponding to each other, so that the drawer part 50 can be fixed in an opened state by an attractive force generated between the second fixing magnets 43 and the second back magnets 56.
