本发明涉及一种改进的空调室外机电控盒,包括盒体,所述盒体为矩形盒状,其后部开敞,并设有可拆卸的盖板;该盖板的下端设有向内突出的底板,能够封闭所述盒体下端的缺口;该底板的截面为横置的U形,其开口朝向所述盖板,其底边与所述盖板相连,其顶边的端部与所述盖板之间设有缝隙;所述底边上设有多个通风口;所述盒体的顶盖与该盒体的前面板之间设有出风口。本发明可以保证盒体内部的通风散热,同时,还可有效防止外部的雨水和灰尘等进入,为提高空调运行的稳定性和可靠性造成有利条件。

一种改进的空调室外机电控盒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调结构件,尤其是一种室外机的电控盒结构,具体的说是一种改进的空调室外机电控盒。
背景技术
随着市场的发展,消费者对空调功能的要求越来越多,而空调的外观结构却是越小越好,因此,受空调整体空间结构的影响,电控盒尺寸也越来越小。同时,随着空调功能的增多,电控器件的发热量也随之增大。目前,常见的电控盒上增开了大量的散热孔,以便满足元器件发热要求。但是,也增大了电控盒进水、进尘的隐患,严重的还会进入壁虎、老鼠等,导致元器件损坏,对空调的正常使用造成很大的影响。、
因此,急需加以改进,以便充分满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种改进的空调室外机电控盒,可以确保散热的同时,防止进水和进尘,提高空调运行的稳定性和可靠性。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种改进的空调室外机电控盒,包括盒体,所述盒体为矩形盒状,其后部开敞,并设有可拆卸的盖板;该盖板的下端设有向内突出的底板,能够封闭所述盒体下端的缺口;该底板的截面为横置的U形,其开口朝向所述盖板,其底边与所述盖板相连,其顶边的端部与所述盖板之间设有缝隙;所述底边上设有多个通风口;所述盒体的顶盖与该盒体的前面板之间设有出风口。
进一步的,所述顶盖为前低后高设置,向所述盒体的前面板方向倾斜。
进一步的,所述顶盖的前端设有防水檐;该防水檐为条板状,其一侧与所述顶盖端部相连,另一侧向外下方悬空。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明设计合理,结构简单,使用方便,不仅可以保证盒体内部的通风散热,而且,还可有效防止外部的雨水和灰尘等进入,为提高空调运行的稳定性和可靠性造成有利条件。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。

一种改进的空调室外机电控盒,包括盒体3和盖板7。
所述盒体3为矩形盒状,其后部开敞。所述盖板7与所述盒体3后部为可拆卸连接,可方便其内部器件的安装和维护。该盖板7的下端设有向内突出的底板5,能够封闭所述盒体3下端的缺口4,使所述盒体3得以封闭。
所述底板5的截面为横置的U形,可以由金属薄板钣金制成。该底板5的开口朝向所述盖板,其底边52与所述盖板7相连,其顶边51的端部与所述盖板7之间设有缝隙。同时,所述底边52上设有多个通风口6,可以使外部空气通过该通风口6和缝隙而进入所述盒体3。所述底板5还具有阻挡功能,可防止外部的灰尘、水汽或小昆虫等进入所述盒体。
所述盒体3的顶盖1与该盒体3的前面板之间设有出风口,可供所述盒体3内的空气流出,带走所述盒体内部元器件产生的热量,实现有效散热。
所述顶盖1为前低后高设置,向所述盒体3的前面板方向倾斜,可以使该顶盖1上积水快速流走。优选的,所述顶盖1与水平面的夹角为7°左右。同时,可将顶盖制成向上凸起的压型,高度约为15mm,有利于形成开放的散热风道。
所述顶盖1的前端设有防水檐2。该防水檐2为条板状,其一侧与所述顶盖1端部相连,另一侧向外下方悬空,可以防止外部雨水沿所述出风口进入所述盒体。
本发明通过底板上的通风口和缝隙形成进风通道,不仅满足了进风需求,而且,可以有效防止灰尘和杂物进入盒体。同时,将顶盖倾斜设置,并在出风口处设置防水檐,可以防止外部雨水进入所述盒体,从而,既保证盒体内部的充分散热,又保证了盒体内元器件的正常工作,为空调稳定和可靠运行创造有利条件。

1.一种改进的空调室外机电控盒,包括盒体,其特征是:所述盒体为矩形盒状,其后部开敞,并设有可拆卸的盖板;该盖板的下端设有向内突出的底板,能够封闭所述盒体下端的缺口;该底板的截面为横置的U形,其开口朝向所述盖板,其底边与所述盖板相连,其顶边的端部与所述盖板之间设有缝隙;所述底边上设有多个通风口;所述盒体的顶盖与该盒体的前面板之间设有出风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的空调室外机电控盒,其特征是:所述顶盖为前低后高设置,向所述盒体的前面板方向倾斜。
