The number of the pin holes corresponding to the pin 1460 on the rotating handle 1410 is two, and the two pin holes respectively correspond to the open state and the fastening state of the hook 1210.
A pin 1460 compression spring is sleeved on the pin 1460, and the pin 1460 compression spring has a tendency of moving the pin 1460 towards the direction of the rotating handle 1410.
Through setting up pin 1460 compression spring and ejecting pin 1460 out the shrouding 1230 surface, loosen the twist grip 1410 at the position that the round pin axle 1420 does not correspond with the pinhole when adjusting the twist grip 1410, under the effect of handle compression spring 1450, the twist grip 1410 laminating can compress pin 1460 and retreat inside the shrouding 1230 after the shrouding 1230 surface, and it can still control the twist grip 1410 to rotate to release the twist grip 1410 at this moment promptly, and need not to pull the twist grip 1410 outward always and just can rotate for adjust more laborsavingly.
