Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for sharing data resources as required, which relate to the technical field of data management; according to the affair handling items of government affair services of each commission bureau, data requirements are combed out, the data requirements form a data requirement list, the data requirement list is verified, the data requirements are submitted to the corresponding commission bureau to confirm data resource responsibility according to the verified data requirement list, a butt joint relation between the data resources of the commission bureau and the data requirements is formed, and the data resources are shared according to needs according to the butt joint relation.

The invention discloses a method and a system, relates to the technical field of data management, and particularly relates to a method and a system for sharing data resources as required.
Background
Along with deepening of national government affair service business, the requirements of the masses are better met, government service is improved by utilizing big data optimization, the government affair handling process is reproduced, and integration and sharing work of a government affair information system is accelerated. The data requirement module in the system comprises a requirement checking module, and the requirement checking module checks a data requirement list: and checking whether the data demand list has an ambiguous or improper function attribute item, passing the check on the data demand list with the ambiguous function attribute item, and rejecting the data demand list which does not conform to the government affair service category.
The data demand module in the system comprises a demand rethinking module which resets a rejected data demand list and resubmits a data demand for release.
The data responsibility module in the system also comprises a data responsibility retrieval module, all data demand lists and data collection responsibility lists are checked through the data responsibility retrieval module, and the data responsibility retrieval module provides a exporting function for offline use.
The system also comprises a service supervision module which collects a responsibility list for the overdue data and sends a message prompt to the data source responsibility module.
The system also comprises a statistical analysis module which is used for carrying out statistics and analysis on data generated when other modules execute the flow.
An apparatus for on-demand sharing of data resources, comprising: at least one memory and at least one processor;
the at least one memory to store a machine readable program;
the at least one processor is configured to invoke the machine readable program to perform the method for on-demand sharing of data resources.
A computer readable medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the method for on-demand sharing of data resources.
The invention has the advantages that:
the invention provides a method and a system for sharing data resources according to needs, wherein data requirements are combed at a business service layer and a data resource layer, a transaction list is formed and defined as a data sharing requirement list and a data aggregation responsibility list, a data source department is promoted to finish data aggregation, the management of a data responsibility confirmation business process is aimed at, responsibility needs to be fixed, data sharing services are provided by a national data exchange platform, namely each commission office, the data sharing requirements can be determined aiming at various business scenes, the data authority sources are determined, accurate sharing of data is realized, and the accuracy and the uniqueness of the data are ensured.

The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
The invention provides a system for sharing data resources on demand, which comprises a data demand module and a data responsibility module,
the data demand module sorts out each data demand according to the affair handling items of government affair service of each commission office, forms the data demand into a data demand list and verifies the data demand list,
the data responsibility module submits the data requirement to a corresponding commission bureau for data resource responsibility confirmation according to the verified data requirement list to form a butt joint relation between the data resource and the data requirement of the commission bureau,
and sharing the data resources as required according to the butting relation.
Each authority in the present invention may be a variety of government agencies or organizations in a government service, or other agencies or organizations that a user can refer to. The present invention also provides a computer readable medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the method for on-demand sharing of data resources.
Specifically, a system or an apparatus equipped with a storage medium on which software program codes that realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments are stored may be provided, and a computer (or a CPU or MPU) of the system or the apparatus is caused to read out and execute the program codes stored in the storage medium.
In this case, the program code itself read from the storage medium can realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments, and thus the program code and the storage medium storing the program code constitute a part of the present invention.
Examples of the storage medium for supplying the program code include a floppy disk, a hard disk, a magneto-optical disk, an optical disk (e.g., CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM, DVD-RW, DVD + RW), a magnetic tape, a nonvolatile memory card, and a ROM. Further, it should be clear that the functions of any one of the above-described embodiments may be implemented not only by executing the program code read out by the computer, but also by causing an operating system or the like operating on the computer to perform a part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code.
Further, it is to be understood that the program code read out from the storage medium is written to a memory provided in an expansion board inserted into the computer or to a memory provided in an expansion unit connected to the computer, and then causes a CPU or the like mounted on the expansion board or the expansion unit to perform part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code, thereby realizing the functions of any of the above-described embodiments.
It should be noted that not all steps and modules in the above flows and system structure diagrams are necessary, and some steps or modules may be omitted according to actual needs. The execution order of the steps is not fixed and can be adjusted as required. The system structure described in the above embodiments may be a physical structure or a logical structure, that is, some modules may be implemented by the same physical entity, or some modules may be implemented by a plurality of physical entities, or some components in a plurality of independent devices may be implemented together.
In the above embodiments, the hardware unit may be implemented mechanically or electrically. submitting the data requirements to a corresponding committee office for data resource responsibility confirmation according to the verified data requirement list to form a data aggregation responsibility list of the butt joint relation between the data resources of the committee office and the data requirements,
and sharing the data resources as required according to the docking relation in the data aggregation responsibility list.
2. A system for sharing data resource on demand is characterized by comprising a data demand module and a data responsibility module,
the data demand module sorts out each data demand according to the affair handling items of government affair service of each commission office, forms the data demand into a data demand list and verifies the data demand list,
and the data responsibility module submits the data requirements to a corresponding committee office according to the verified data requirement list to confirm the data resource responsibility, forms a data aggregation responsibility list of the butt-joint relation between the data resources of the committee office and the data requirements, and shares the data resources as required according to the butt-joint relation in the data aggregation responsibility list.

The system of claim 2, wherein the data requirements module includes a requirements verification module that verifies a list of data requirements: and checking whether the data demand list has an ambiguous or improper function attribute item, passing the check on the data demand list with the ambiguous function attribute item, and rejecting the data demand list which does not conform to the government affair service category.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the data requirements module comprises a requirements reconnaissance module that resets the rejected data requirements list to resubmit the published data requirements.

A system according to any one of claims 2 to 4 wherein the data responsibility module further comprises a data responsibility retrieval module, whereby the data responsibility retrieval module is arranged to view all of the data requirement lists and the data aggregation responsibility lists, the data responsibility retrieval module providing export functionality for off-line use.
6. The system of claim 5, further comprising a service supervision module for aggregating a list of responsibilities for the expired data and sending a message alert to the source responsibilities module.
7. The system of claim 5 or 6, further comprising a statistical analysis module for performing statistics and analysis on data generated by other modules during the execution of the process.
8. An apparatus for on-demand sharing of data resources, comprising: at least one memory and at least one processor;
the at least one memory to store a machine readable program;
the at least one processor, configured to invoke the machine readable program, to perform a method for on-demand sharing of data resources as recited in claim 1.
9. Computer readable medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform a method for on-demand sharing of data resources as claimed in claim 1.
