The enterprise identifier can be used for uniquely identifying an enterprise, and can be a certificate type and a certificate number of the enterprise.
In this optional embodiment, the enterprise identifier may be used to perform query in the submitted enterprise, and if the query result indicates that the application enterprise exists in the submitted enterprise or the application enterprise exists in the transacted enterprise, the registered application for the proprietary right is determined to be a repeat application; and if the application enterprises do not exist in the submitted enterprises and the application enterprises do not exist in the transacted enterprises, determining that the proprietary right registration application is not a repeated application.
S13, if the check result is that the business information passes through, through the crawler technology, acquire with the first business information that application enterprise corresponds to and through predetermineeing the interface, acquire with the second business information that application enterprise corresponds to and through local data warehouse, acquire with the third business information that application enterprise corresponds.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first business information corresponding to the application enterprise can be acquired from the website recorded with the business information of the enterprise through a crawler technology, the second business information corresponding to the application enterprise can be acquired from a business information system through a preset interface, and the third business information corresponding to the application enterprise can be acquired through a local data warehouse. The latest industrial and commercial information of the application enterprises is obtained through various means, and the accuracy of the auditing work is ensured.
As an optional implementation, the method further comprises:
if the verification result is that the verification result does not pass, generating prompt words;
and returning the occupation title registration application and outputting the prompt words.
In this alternative embodiment, if the verification result is failed, the registration application for the intellectual property right should be returned and a prompt text is generated, such as "sum of capital right ratio ≠ 100%! "," the sum of investment money of the investor ≠ the total of the occupation status of the national assets of the enterprise! "," the registration date needs to be greater than the approved setup date ", etc. The prompt text may be output to a client page.
And S14, if the first industry and commerce information, the second industry and commerce information and the third industry and commerce information have variation information inconsistent with the industry and commerce information to be checked carried by the proprietary right registration application, generating early warning information according to the variation information.

and if the current business information contains information to be updated which is inconsistent with the registered business information, updating the registered business information of the target enterprise according to the information to be updated and the information to be updated.
In this optional embodiment, the current business information corresponding to the target enterprise may be obtained through the crawler technology, the preset interface, and the local data warehouse; and automatically comparing and finding the registered business information which is not updated by the target enterprise, automatically correcting the deviation and updating the data. A large amount of manual business and entry errors are avoided, the data updating efficiency and accuracy are improved, and timely updating of the business information of the registered enterprises is guaranteed.
Optionally, once the property right change occurs, a change registration program may be started to handle the business of registering the enterprise changed property right. The title may have a need to be revoked. The logout property right registration is used for handling the logout property right registration service of the state investing enterprise. And the additional recording of the industrial and commercial information is used for the process of transacting the property right registration service before industrial and commercial registration, and the additional recording of the industrial and commercial registration information is carried out after the property right registration transaction is finished. After the title registration data of the non-primary unit passes the examination and approval of the state commission, the printing of the title registration certificate can be carried out. After the title registration data of the primary unit is approved, the title registration form can be printed.
Optionally, the data comparison and analysis at different time points can be performed, a chart can be automatically generated, and annual, semiannual and quarterly property right analysis reports can be automatically generated at any time point and different latitudes.
The method can be applied to a smart government scene, so that the construction of a smart city is promoted.
