The controller needs to receive correct authority information before changing the state of the locking mark, and only a manufacturer or a client with authority can start the self-locking function to stop the engine or unlock the engine. The authority information has grade and timeliness, namely, different operations can be carried out on the authorities with different grades, and the authority information is effective only when being input in the effective time.
Only when the engine is in a closed state, the self-locking control instruction received by the controller is effective; otherwise, the self-locking control instruction is invalid, namely the self-locking control instruction can be sent to the controller when the key switch is closed and the ignition is not performed, so that the influence on the normally working engine is prevented.
The invention saves auxiliary equipment, can avoid the problem of failure of self-locking function when the auxiliary equipment is detached or fails in the prior art, has good confidentiality of engine data because the basic operating parameters of the engine cannot be monitored and read by the auxiliary equipment, and simultaneously saves the auxiliary equipment to ensure that the cost for realizing self-locking of the engine is lower. The self-locking function is integrated in the autonomous controller, no auxiliary device is needed to be added, arrangement and configuration are not needed to be changed, the method is simple for clients and host factories, maintenance cost is low, the self-locking function of the invention does not need to write engine data in a flashing mode in the traditional technology, the state of a locking mark is only needed to be stored in a power-off mode or read in a power-on mode, the function is simple, and data writing errors caused by misoperation of operators can be avoided.
