The current acquisition module comprises a current sensor, a signal isolator and a current signal conditioning circuit; the current sensor is connected with the signal isolator, and the signal isolator is connected with the microcontroller through the current signal conditioning circuit. The current sensor is a Hall current sensor or a current divider 9; and an input signal of the current acquisition module is set as a standard mV signal. The direct current electric quantity accessory circuit board comprises two circuit boards: PCB panel a4 and PCB panel B5. The electrical schematic block diagram of PCB panel a4 is shown in fig. 3. The device mainly comprises a microcontroller, a voltage and current signal input circuit, a switch state acquisition circuit, a 24V/5V power supply circuit, a charged erasable programmable read-only memory EEPROM circuit, a communication circuit, a peripheral reset circuit and the like. The 24V/5V power supply circuit converts 24V direct current voltage into 5V direct current which can supply power for modules such as a microcontroller, a communication circuit and the like, and normal power supply for each module is ensured. The microcontroller receives the direct current voltage signal and the direct current signal, converts the direct current voltage signal and the direct current signal into digital quantity through analog-to-digital conversion and operation, and uploads related monitoring data to an upper computer through a program control communication circuit. Meanwhile, the electric quantity monitoring accessory is provided with an EEPROM module, and related setting parameters can be configured on line and stored in the EEPROM module. The communication circuit CAN adopt CAN communication, 485 communication, RS232 communication, DeviceNet, Ethernet and other modes.
The electrical schematic of PCB panel B5 is shown in fig. 4. The device comprises a voltage acquisition module and a current acquisition module. The voltage acquisition module is responsible for acquiring external 350-640V busbar direct-current voltage and transmitting a voltage acquisition signal to the microcontroller through the signal conditioning circuit. The current collection module is responsible for collecting millivolt signals on a current sensor (a Hall current sensor or a current divider 9) to be supplied to the microcontroller to calculate the line current.
The input signal provided by the current acquisition module is a standard mV signal, and the signal input of the shunt of 0-100mV can be accepted. The sensor signals may include direct current hall current sensor signals and their converted signals, shunt signals, and the like.
The current of the main circuit of the circuit breaker passes through a Hall current sensor or a current divider 9 and then is converted into a mV signal to enter a circuit board, and the magnitude of the current is calculated through conditioning and operation. For the requirements of different rated currents, different specification current parameters are adopted for matching, and different current specification measurement requirements can be met. For example, a circuit breaker rated for 100A current corresponds to a 100A/50mV sensor transformation ratio, and a circuit breaker rated for 200A current corresponds to a 200A/50mV sensor transformation ratio.
The direct current electric quantity monitoring accessory 8 and the direct current breaker body 10 are embedded. The dc power accessory 8 is mounted on the dc breaker base 7, and the mounting schematic is shown in fig. 5. This is done to do without increasing the overall circuit breaker physical size or switchboard level extra size.
The electric quantity monitoring accessory 8 is installed and fixed between the direct current breaker base 7 and the direct current breaker body 10, and the installation is as shown in a schematic diagram 6. When the direct current breaker is installed, the electric quantity monitoring accessory 8 is placed on an installation position of the direct current breaker base 7, after the direct current breaker base 7 is fixed through screws, the cover plate 11 is covered and then fixed, and finally the breaker body 10 is fixed on the breaker base 7; when the circuit breaker is disassembled, the circuit breaker body 10 is separated from the circuit breaker base 7, and after the cover plate 11 is disassembled, the electric quantity monitoring accessory 8 can be removed after the screws are loosened.
