Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and particularly relates to a connecting structure of a cladding armor with a bulletproof function and an automobile body frame. The device comprises an armor module, a connecting flange and a nut body; one end of the connecting flange is fixedly connected with the armor module; the other end of the connecting flange is fixedly connected with the nut body. The invention relates to a connecting structure of a suspension armor and a vehicle body frame with a bulletproof function, the protective performance of the structure can be adjusted according to requirements, the connecting process and the thread specification are the same as those of a conventional welding nut, the bulletproof requirement and the thread fastening requirement are met, the structure is simple, the performance is reliable, the cost is low, standardization and modularization can be realized, and the problem that the conventional connecting structure adopts a common welding nut is solved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and particularly relates to a connecting structure of a cladding armor with a bulletproof function and an automobile body frame.
Background
The special protective vehicle refers to a special purpose vehicle with the aspects of overall dimension, weight and the like exceeding the design vehicle limit, and is provided with fixed equipment after being specially manufactured or specially modified.
The special protection vehicle is generally based on a common vehicle, and achieves a special protection function by additionally arranging a hanging armor on a vehicle body. The vehicle body frame and the hanging armor are fixedly connected with each other through bolts and welding nuts, so that the hanging armor and the vehicle body frame are fixedly installed. a connecting structure of a suspension armor with a bulletproof function and a vehicle body frame comprises an armor module 1, a connecting flange 2 and a nut body 3; one end of the connecting flange 2 is fixedly connected with the armor module 1; the other end of the connecting flange 2 is fixedly connected with the nut body 3.
The connecting flange 2 and the vehicle body metal plate 8 are welded and fixed with a vehicle body metal plate welding seam 9 through the connecting flange; the hexagon head bolt 11 penetrates through the washer 12, penetrates through the cladding armor through hole 14 and the vehicle body sheet metal through hole 15 of the vehicle body sheet metal 8 from the cladding armor 10 side, is matched with the nut body 3 positioned on the vehicle body sheet metal 8 side, and fixes the cladding armor 10 on the vehicle body frame.
The nut body 3 penetrates through a through hole 14 of the cladding armor 10 until the connecting flange 2 is attached to the outer surface of the cladding armor 10, and is welded and fixed with a cladding armor welding seam 13 through the connecting flange; the hexagon head bolt 11 passes through the gasket 12, passes through the vehicle body sheet metal through hole 15 and the cladding armor through hole 14 from the side of the vehicle body sheet metal 8, is matched with the nut body 3 positioned at the side of the cladding armor 10, and fixes the cladding armor 10 on the vehicle body frame; the outer diameter of the nut body 3 is the same as the diameter of the armored through hole 14.
The side length of the armor module 1 is larger than the outer diameter of the nut body 3.
The connecting flange 2 is provided with a through hole 7 extending along the axial direction; the nut body 3 is provided with a threaded through hole 6 extending along the axial direction; the diameter of the through hole 7 is larger than that of the threaded through hole 6; the diameter of the threaded through hole 6 is the same as that of the vehicle body metal plate through hole 15 in the vehicle body metal plate 8.
The armor module 1 is provided with rounded corners 5.
The armor module 1 is made of armor materials and is made of bulletproof steel plates or bulletproof composite materials or bulletproof ceramics.
The armor module 1 and the connecting flange 2 are welded, bonded or riveted.
The shape of the armor module 1 is round, square or polygonal.
The connecting flange 2 is circular, square or polygonal in shape.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a structure for connecting a cladding armor with a bulletproof function to a vehicle body frame includes an armor module 1, a connecting flange 2, and a nut body 3.
One end of the connecting flange 2 is fixedly connected with the armor module 1 at the joint 4 of the armor module and the connecting flange.
The connection of the armor module 1 and the connecting flange 2 can be realized by various process means such as welding, bonding, riveting and the like.
The other end of the connecting flange 2 is fixedly connected with the nut body 3.
The shape of the armor module 1 can be round, square, polygonal and other shapes, and the armor module 1 shown in the invention is square.
The armor module 1 is made of armor materials such as armor plates, ballistic composites, ballistic ceramics, and the like.
The shape of the connecting flange 2 can be round, square, polygonal and other shapes, and the connecting flange 2 shown by the invention is round.

Referring to fig. 3, the threaded through hole 6 on the nut body 3 is overlapped with the vehicle body metal plate through hole 15 on the vehicle body metal plate 8, and the connecting flange 2 and the vehicle body metal plate 8 are welded and fixed with the vehicle body metal plate welding seam 9 through the connecting flange; the diameter of the vehicle body metal plate through hole 15 is the same as that of the hanging armor through hole 14; the hexagon head bolt 11 penetrates through the washer 12, penetrates through the cladding armor through hole 14 and the vehicle body sheet metal through hole 15 of the vehicle body sheet metal 8 from the cladding armor 10 side, is matched with the nut body 3 positioned on the vehicle body sheet metal 8 side, and fixes the cladding armor 10 on the vehicle body frame.

Referring to fig. 4, the outer diameter of the nut body 3 is the same as the diameter of the through hole 14 of the cladding armor 10, and the nut body 3 penetrates through the through hole 14 of the cladding armor 10 until the connecting flange 2 is attached to the outer surface of the cladding armor 10 and is welded and fixed with the welding seam 13 of the cladding armor through the connecting flange; the hexagon head bolt 11 passes through the gasket 12, passes through the vehicle body sheet metal through hole 15 and the cladding armor through hole 14 from the side of the vehicle body sheet metal 8, is matched with the nut body 3 positioned at the side of the cladding armor 10, and fixes the cladding armor 10 on the vehicle body frame; the outer diameter of the nut body 3 is the same as the diameter of the armored through hole 14.
The side length of the armor module 1 is larger than the outer diameter of the nut body 3.
The armor module 1 is provided with rounded corners 5.
The connecting structure of the armored clothing and the body frame with the bulletproof function, provided by the invention, can be manufactured into combined nuts, riveting nuts and the like by similar structures, and is matched with bolts to be used for fixing other parts on a protective vehicle, so that the protective performance of the armor opening position is improved.
The connecting structure of the hung armor and the vehicle body frame can also omit the connecting flange 2, directly connect the armor module 1 with the nut body 3, and then fix the armor module 1 with the vehicle body metal plate 8, thereby also realizing the purpose of the invention.
The invention has the bulletproof function, the protective performance can be adjusted according to the requirements, the connection process is the same as that of a common welding nut, and simultaneously, the bulletproof requirement and the thread fastening requirement are met.

A connecting structure of a suspension armor with a bulletproof function and a vehicle body frame is characterized by comprising an armor module (1), a connecting flange (2) and a nut body (3); one end of the connecting flange (2) is fixedly connected with the armor module (1); the other end of the connecting flange (2) is fixedly connected with the nut body (3).

The connecting structure of the cladding armor with the bulletproof function and the vehicle body frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting flange (2) and the vehicle body sheet metal (8) are welded and fixed with the vehicle body sheet metal welding seam (9) through the connecting flange; the hexagon head bolt (11) penetrates through the gasket (12), penetrates through the cladding armor through hole (14) and the automobile body sheet metal through hole (15) of the automobile body sheet metal (8) from the cladding armor (10) side, is matched with the nut body (3) located on the automobile body sheet metal (8) side, and fixes the cladding armor (10) on the automobile body frame.

The connecting structure of the armored clothing and the vehicle body frame with the bulletproof function of claim 1, wherein the nut body (3) penetrates through the armored clothing through hole (14) of the armored clothing (10) until the connecting flange (2) is attached to the outer surface of the armored clothing (10) and is welded and fixed with the armored clothing welding line (13) through the connecting flange; the hexagon head bolt (11) penetrates through the gasket (12), penetrates through the vehicle body sheet metal through hole (15) and the cladding armor through hole (14) from the side of the vehicle body sheet metal (8), is matched with the nut body (3) positioned on the side of the cladding armor (10), and fixes the cladding armor (10) on the vehicle body frame; the outer diameter of the nut body (3) is the same as the diameter of the through hole (14) for the cladding armor.
