An air inlet is formed in the side wall of the container, and a shutter is installed in the air inlet.

An air inlet 16 is arranged on the side wall of the container 1, and a shutter is arranged in the air inlet 16. When the generator set is closed, the shutter can be closed, dust is reduced, and the shutter is opened when heat dissipation is needed.
The inner wall of the container 1 is fixedly provided with a radiating fin 17, the other end of the radiating fin 17 is contacted with the generator set, and the S-shaped pipe 7 is positioned in the gap of the radiating fin 17 and is contacted with the radiating fin 17.
In the invention, the turbine 11 is driven to rotate by water in the S-shaped pipe 7 to drive the second gear 10 to rotate, the second gear 10 drives the first gear 9 to rotate, the connecting shaft 12 drives the blades 13 to rotate, and the convection of surrounding air can be accelerated, so that the heat dissipation speed of the generator set is accelerated, and the service life of the generator set is prolonged.
