Abstract

本发明涉及集装箱发电机组技术领域,具体涉及一种一种新型可自动降温的集装箱发电机组。包括集装箱,还包括被动散热装置、风冷装置以及水冷装置;被动散热装置包括开设于集装箱侧壁的若干散热口,散热口中转动连接有若干叶片,散热口内侧中部固定有U形加强杆,U形加强杆上固定安装有若干受热伸长杆,受热伸长杆另一端与叶片内侧底部相接触;风冷装置包括相对开设于集装箱侧壁的两个出风口,两个出风口分别通过卡接机构卡接有风扇。本发明通过被动散热装置、风冷装置以及水冷装置的结合,通过温度的变化调整散热方式,提高了散热效果,同时节约了能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及集装箱发电机组技术领域,具体涉及一种新型可自动降温的集装箱发电机组。
背景技术
发电机组是将其他形式的能源转换成电能的成套机械设备,由动力系统、控制系统、消音系统、减震系统、排气系统组成,由水轮机、汽轮机、柴油机或其他动力机械驱驱动,将水流、气流、燃料燃烧或原子核裂变产生的能量转化为机械能传给发电机,再由发电机转换为电能,输出到用电设备上使用。发电机在工农业生产、国防、科技及日常生活中有广泛的用途。
大中型柴油发电机组由于外形尺寸大,热辐射多,有受到运输限制,所以国内大多厂家会采用集装箱形式。现有的集装箱式发电机组均是发电机组内置于集装箱内,其散热性能较差,难以满足使用需要。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新型可自动降温的集装箱发电机组,用以解决现有的集装箱发电机组散热性能不佳的问题。
本发明是采用以下技术方案来实现的:
一种新型可自动降温的集装箱发电机组,包括集装箱,还包括被动散热装置、风冷装置以及水冷装置;
所述被动散热装置包括开设于所述集装箱侧壁的若干散热口,所述散热口中转动连接有若干叶片,所述散热口内侧中部固定有U形加强杆,所述U形加强杆上固定安装有若干受热伸长杆,所述受热伸长杆另一端与所述叶片内侧底部相接触;
所述风冷装置包括相对开设于所述集装箱侧壁的两个出风口,两个所述出风口分别通过卡接机构卡接有风扇;
所述水冷装置包括设置于所述集装箱一侧底部的水箱,所述集装箱的内侧底部从右至左依次安装有水泵、制冷器、储水罐,所述水泵、制冷器、储水罐通过连接管依次连接,所述水箱与水泵通过出水管连接,所述储水罐远离所述制冷器的一端连接有S形管,所述S形管另一端通过进水管与所述水箱相连,所述集装箱内壁背面安装有散热片,所述S形管固定缠绕在所述散热片间隙内,所述散热片远离所述S形管的一侧与发电机组相接触。
两个所述风扇分别为吸风风扇和排风风扇。
所述卡接机构包括框架,所述框架固定于所述出风口外侧边缘处,所述框架上端内侧开设有盲孔,所述盲孔中固定安装有弹簧,所述弹簧另一端连接有限位块,所述限位块位于所述盲孔中,所述限位块另一端固定连接有卡块。
所述集装箱外侧壁上安装有控制面板,所述控制面板上设置有风扇开关和水泵开关,所述风扇通过导线与所述风扇开关相连接,所述水泵与所述水泵开关通过导线连接。
所述控制面板上还设置有温度显示器,所述集装箱内设置有温度传感器,所述控制面板一端安装有警报器,所述温度传感器与所述温度显示器、警报器电连接。
所述受热伸长杆与所述U形加强杆垂直。
所述叶片两侧上端转动连接于所述散热口中。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过被动散热装置、风冷装置以及水冷装置的结合,通过温度的变化自动调整散热方式,提高了散热效果,同时节约了能源。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
如图1-5所示,一种新型可自动降温的集装箱发电机组,包括集装箱1,还包括被动散热装置、风冷装置以及水冷装置;
被动散热装置包括开设于集装箱1侧壁的若干散热口14,散热口14中转动连接有若干叶片17,散热口14内侧中部固定有U形加强杆15,U形加强杆15上固定安装有若干受热伸长杆16,受热伸长杆16另一端与叶片17内侧底部相接触;
风冷装置包括相对开设于集装箱1侧壁的两个出风口2,两个出风口2分别通过卡接机构3卡接有风扇4;
水冷装置包括设置于集装箱1一侧底部的水箱5,集装箱1的内侧底部从右至左依次安装有水泵6、制冷器7、储水罐8,水泵6、制冷器7、储水罐8通过连接管依次连接,水箱5与水泵6通过出水管11连接,储水罐8远离制冷器7的一端连接有S形管9,S形管9另一端通过进水管10与水箱5相连,集装箱1内壁背面安装有散热片12,S形管9固定缠绕在散热片12间隙内,散热片12远离S形管9的一侧与发电机组13相接触。
两个风扇4分别为吸风风扇41和排风风扇42。
卡接机构3包括框架31,框架31固定于出风口2外侧边缘处,框架31上端内侧开设有盲孔32,盲孔32中固定安装有弹簧33,弹簧33另一端连接有限位块34,限位块34位于盲孔32中,限位块34另一端固定连接有卡块35。卡接机构3使风扇4方便拆卸、清洗,提高了散热效果。
集装箱1外侧壁上安装有控制面板18,控制面板18上设置有风扇开关181和水泵开关182,风扇4通过导线与风扇开关181相连接,水泵6与水泵开关182通过导线连接。
控制面板18上还设置有温度显示器183,集装箱1内设置有温度传感器19,控制面板18一端安装有警报器20,温度传感器19与温度显示器183、警报器20电连接。
受热伸长杆16与U形加强杆15垂直。
叶片17两侧上端转动连接于散热口14中,从而在没有外力作用的情况下,叶片17保持垂直状态,使散热口14关闭。
工作原理:使用时,先通过控制面板设定风冷温度、水冷温度以及警戒温度。在温度较低时,不进行散热;在温度逐渐上升时,受热伸长杆逐渐向前伸长,从而推动叶片,使散热口打开,进行被动散热;当温度再次升高,达到控制面板设定的风冷温度时,控制面板控制风扇开关打开,从而使风扇打开,进行风冷散热;当温度再次升高,达到控制面板设定的水冷温度时,控制面板控制水泵开关打开,使水泵启动,进行水冷散热;当温度达到警戒温度时,警报器响,提醒工作人员。
反之,温度降低到警戒温度以下时,警报器关闭;温度下降到控制面板设定的水冷温度以下时,控制面板控制水泵开关断电,使水泵停止工作,不再进行水冷散热;当温度下降到控制面板设定的风冷温度以下时,控制面板控制风扇开关关闭,从而使风扇关闭,不再进行风冷散热;当温度继续下降时,受热伸长杆缩回,不再将叶片推出,叶片在重力作用下恢复到垂直状态,使散热口关闭,从而不再通过散热口进行被动散热。

1.一种新型可自动降温的集装箱发电机组,包括集装箱(1),其特征在于:还包括被动散热装置、风冷装置以及水冷装置;
所述被动散热装置包括开设于所述集装箱(1)侧壁的若干散热口(14),所述散热口(14)中转动连接有若干叶片(17),所述散热口(14)内侧中部固定有U形加强杆(15),所述U形加强杆(15)上固定安装有若干受热伸长杆(16),所述受热伸长杆(16)另一端与所述叶片(17)内侧底部相接触;
所述风冷装置包括相对开设于所述集装箱(1)侧壁的两个出风口(2),两个所述出风口(2)分别通过卡接机构(3)卡接有风扇(4);
所述水冷装置包括设置于所述集装箱(1)一侧底部的水箱(5),所述集装箱(1)的内侧底部从右至左依次安装有水泵(6)、制冷器(7)、储水罐(8),所述水泵(6)、制冷器(7)、储水罐(8)通过连接管依次连接,所述水箱(5)与水泵(6)通过出水管(11)连接,所述储水罐(8)远离所述制冷器(7)的一端连接有S形管(9),所述S形管(9)另一端通过进水管(10)与所述水箱(5)相连,所述集装箱(1)内壁背面安装有散热片(12),所述S形管(9)固定缠绕在所述散热片(12)间隙内,所述散热片(12)远离所述S形管(9)的一侧与发电机组(13)相接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型可自动降温的集装箱发电机组,其特征在于:两个所述风扇(4)分别为吸风风扇(41)和排风风扇(42)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型可自动降温的集装箱发电机组,其特征在于:所述卡接机构(3)包括框架(31),所述框架(31)固定于所述出风口(2)外侧边缘处,所述框架(31)上端内侧开设有盲孔(32),所述盲孔(32)中固定安装有弹簧(33),所述弹簧(33)另一端连接有限位块(34),所述限位块(34)位于所述盲孔(32)中,所述限位块(34)另一端固定连接有卡块(35)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型可自动降温的集装箱发电机组,其特征在于:所述集装箱(1)外侧壁上安装有控制面板(18),所述控制面板(18)上设置有风扇开关(181)和水泵开关(182),所述风扇(4)通过导线与所述风扇开关(181)相连接,所述水泵(6)与所述水泵开关(182)通过导线连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型可自动降温的集装箱发电机组,其特征在于:所述控制面板(18)上还设置有温度显示器(183),所述集装箱(1)内设置有温度传感器(19),所述控制面板(18)一端安装有警报器(20),所述温度传感器(19)与所述温度显示器(183)、警报器(20)电连接。
