Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of finishing after dyeing and finishing of ready-made clothes, and particularly relates to a complex enzyme preparation for low-temperature treatment of ready-made clothes and a finishing method for cotton fabric ready-made clothes.
Background
At present, in order to improve the quality of most cotton fabrics, the prior treatment stage can carry out hair removal treatment, such as singeing, enzyme biological polishing treatment and the like, so as to reduce hairiness and reduce pilling. However, after some fabrics are made into ready-made clothes, the hairiness is still more, or some enterprises do not carry out polishing treatment in order to reduce the cost, so that the fluffing and pilling phenomena of the fabrics are serious, and the quality of the ready-made clothes is not high. The problems can be partially solved by using a common complex enzyme preparation for polishing treatment, but sometimes the phenomena of fading, staining and the like of the colored woven cloth can be caused by higher treatment temperature or pH bias.
