For example, the upper opening 2221 and the working platform 220 may be integrally formed as an integral structure defined by the same component, for example, the working platform 220 is partially punched to form the upper opening 2221, or a blank of the working platform 220 is circumferentially rolled to form the working platform 220 component, and the working platform 220 is integrally formed to enclose the upper opening 2221. Of course, it should be understood that the above description is only an example of the composite pop-up door device, but does not limit the specific form of the composite pop-up door device of the present disclosure, wherein there are various embodiments of the composite pop-up door device, which are not illustrated here, but all fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure without departing from the design concept.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the washing machine adaptation part 222 includes a washing machine display panel 2223. Through integrating washing machine display panel 2223 on work platform 220, not only promoted integration and the modularization degree between the product spare part, made things convenient for the product to assemble, and design like this, the user overlooks the product work information that can output on direct observation washing machine display panel 2223, and need not the user and bow to observe, and user's sight also can not receive the interference or shelter from to the use experience of product has been promoted.

For example, the display panel 2223 and the working platform 220 may be integrally connected (e.g., cover-assembled, snap-fastened, screwed, or fixed by one-step molding, or fixed by two-step molding) to define an integral structure between two components (i.e., the separate display panel 2223 component and the separate working platform 220 component).

In the present embodiment, further, as shown in fig. 3, the upper surface of the display panel of the washing machine is substantially flush with the table 223 of the work platform 220. Like this, washing machine display panel can upwards not bulge in work platform 220's mesa 223 basically, does benefit to the planarization that guarantees work platform 220, has brief, the big visual effect, and conveniently puts the thing on work platform 220 in daily life, has expanded the usage of product, also does benefit to simultaneously and avoids empty protection to washing machine display panel when putting the thing, avoids washing machine display panel to be crushed.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the washing machine may include a washing machine table, a cabinet, an outer tub, an inner tub, a driving assembly, a washing machine circuit board, and the like, wherein the outer tub is disposed in the cabinet, the inner tub is disposed in the outer tub, the driving assembly is connected to the inner tub and drives the inner tub to rotate, the washing machine table is disposed at a top of the cabinet, a laundry input port is disposed on the washing machine table, the laundry input port corresponds to the inner tub and the outer tub, and the washing machine circuit board is disposed on the washing machine table.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, at least a portion of the furniture item 221 (i.e., the sink 2211) is received within the receptacle 210. The accommodating part 210 has the function of avoiding and accommodating the furniture 221, which is beneficial to the top of the furniture 221 being approximately flush with the working platform 220 and the washing machine adapting part 222 (such as the door cover 2222 and the washing machine display panel), thereby improving the flatness of the whole working platform 220 part and meeting the space volume requirement of the furniture 221.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a first compartment 2111 and a second compartment 2112 are formed in the accommodating portion 210, the first compartment 2111 and the second compartment 2112 are relatively independent, at least a portion of the furniture item 221 is accommodated in the first compartment 2111, and the washing machine 100 is accommodated in the second compartment 2112. In this way, moisture interference between first compartment 2111 and second compartment 2112 is avoided, and protection of washing machine 100 is facilitated.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the receiving portion 210 includes an outer frame 211 and a side door panel 212, the work platform 220 is located on the top of the outer frame 211, a receiving space is formed in the outer frame 211, wherein a side portion of the outer frame 211 is provided with a side opening communicating with the receiving space, and the side door panel 212 is detachably connected (e.g., screwed, snapped, etc.) with the outer frame 211 and blocks the side opening. Thus, when articles (such as the washing machine 100, the pipeline of the washing machine 100 or the pipeline of the water tank 2211) in the accommodating space are overhauled, the side door panel 212 can be directly opened to overhaul the articles in the accommodating space from the side without disassembling the working platform 220 and the outer frame 211, so that the product overhaul is more convenient.

In other embodiments, the side panel may be hinged to the outer frame 211 to form a side door member, and the side panel may be controlled to open or close in a manner of rotating relative to the outer frame 211.

In any of the above embodiments, the washing machine is a pulsator washing machine.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a washing machine assembly includes: washing machine 100, housing assembly 200, faucet 300, detergent box 120, etc.

Preferably, the washing machine 100 is a pulsator washing machine.

As shown in fig. 3, the housing assembly 200 includes a receiving portion 210 and a working platform 220 disposed on the top of the receiving portion 210, a water tank 2211 is integrally formed on the working platform 220, and a washboard 2212 is integrally disposed in the water tank 2211. The lower portion of the water channel 2211 is inserted into the receiving portion 210, and the upper portion of the water channel 2211 is formed with a water channel opening, and the edge portion of the water channel opening is flush with the top 223 of the work platform 220 (i.e. the upper surface of the work platform 220). A faucet 300 is provided on the work platform 220, and the faucet 300 corresponds to a sink opening and is configured to supply water into the sink 2211.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the work platform 220 is provided with an upper opening 2221 located at a side of the water tank 2211, a water tank opening and the upper opening 2221 are formed in parallel on the work platform 220, the washing machine 100 is located in the accommodating portion 210, and the laundry input opening 110 of the washing machine 100 corresponds to and communicates with the upper opening 2221. The working platform 220 is provided with a door 2222, the door 2222 is used for opening or closing the upper opening 2221, wherein the door 2222 is flush with the table top 223 of the working platform 220 (i.e. the upper surface of the working platform 220), so that the door 2222 is embedded more ideally, the integration effect is better, and the product is simple and fashionable.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, the accommodating portion 210 includes an outer frame 211, the work platform 220 is disposed on the top of the outer frame 211, as shown in fig. 3, an accommodating space is formed in the outer frame 211, a partition 213 is disposed in the outer frame 211, the partition 213 divides the accommodating space into a first compartment 2111 and a second compartment 2112, the water tank 2211 is accommodated in the first compartment 2111, and the washing machine 100 is accommodated in the second compartment 2112.

As shown in fig. 3, the space in the lower part of the first compartment 2111 is not filled with the water tank 2211, and thus a storage space can be formed in a portion of the first compartment 2111 not filled with the water tank 2211.

In more detail, as shown in fig. 1, the outer frame 211 includes a plurality of side panels that are disposed outside the washing machine 100 and the water tank 2211 and form side walls of the housing assembly 200, wherein the front sides of the first compartment 2111 and the second compartment 2112 are respectively provided with side openings, and the side panels 212 are respectively provided at the side openings of the first compartment 2111 and the second compartment 2112, so that the side panels 212 of the first compartment 2111 can be opened to inspect components such as pipes of the water tank 2211 in the first compartment 2111 and can be used for taking and placing articles into the storage space, and the side panels 212 of the second compartment 2112 can be opened to inspect components such as pipes of the washing machine 100 and the washing machine 100 in the second compartment 2112, thereby facilitating the inspection.

Wherein, work platform 220 still is equipped with the bullet door opener device, and bullet door opener device adaptation door closure 2222 to the adaptation of bullet door opener device drives door closure 2222 and opens under the condition that detects the operation of opening the door, realizes that a key is automatic to open the door, and the convenience of use promotes.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a washing machine display panel 2223 is further disposed on the work platform 220, and an upper surface of the washing machine display panel 2223 is flush with the table surface 223 of the work platform 220. Preferably, the washing machine display panel 2223 is adjacent to the door cover 2222 and is distributed side by side.

The working principle is as follows:

when the washing machine 100 is needed, the door 2222 is opened, the upper opening 2221 is put into the laundry input opening 110, and the display panel 2223 of the washing machine is operated to control the washing program accordingly. For dirty clothes or clothes (collar, sleeve, etc.) which are not easy to clean, the clothes can be pre-washed by rubbing the washboard 2212 in the water tank 2211, and then put into the right washing machine 100 for machine washing.

In addition, the side door panel 212 and the outer frame 211 in the scheme are detachable, and when the water faucet 300 or a sewer and the washing machine 100 are damaged, the side door panel 212 can be opened for maintenance, so that convenience is brought to maintenance.

Through the washing machine assembly provided by the specific embodiment, the problems that the pulsator washing machine is not coordinated with other furniture and occupies too much use space of a user family can be solved, the space can be saved for the user, the whole furniture is simple and harmonious, and the washing machine assembly is convenient to operate, economical and applicable.

Fig. 4 shows a flow diagram of an assembly method of a washing machine assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 4, the assembling method of the washing machine assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention may be adapted to assemble the washing machine assembly described in any of the above embodiments, the assembling method of the washing machine assembly including the steps of:

step 402, mounting a working platform provided with furniture articles and a washing machine adapting part on an outer frame;

step 404, installing a washing machine into the outer frame;

at step 406, the side door panels are mounted to the outer frame.

The assembling method of the washing machine component provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of high assembling efficiency, convenience and quickness in assembling, and can effectively protect the washing machine, avoid the assembling damage of the washing machine and improve the yield of products.

Fig. 5 shows a flow diagram illustrating an assembly method of a washing machine assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 5, the assembling method of the washing machine assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention may be adapted to assemble the washing machine assembly described in any of the above embodiments, the assembling method of the washing machine assembly including the steps of:

step 502, connecting the door cover and the washing machine display panel to a working platform to enable the door cover, the washing machine display panel and the working platform to form a whole, wherein furniture articles and an upper opening are integrally formed on the working platform;

step 504, mounting the working platform on an outer frame;

step 506, installing the washing machine into the outer frame;

step 508, mounting the side door panels to the outer frame.

In this scheme, work platform and the door closure on it, washing machine display panel, furniture article etc. form a whole and come to assemble with outer frame, assemble simpler, high-efficient like this, can greatly promote the packaging efficiency of product, and in the whole equipment flow, little to washing machine's influence, can reduce the impaired risk of washing machine, promote the product yields.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a method of assembling a washing machine assembly includes:

step 1: assembling an outer frame (the outer frame is mainly formed by assembling side panels);

step 2: assembling a working platform, a door cover and a washing machine display panel, wherein the table top of the working platform is approximately a plane, a water tank is integrally formed on the working platform, an upper opening is formed in the working platform, and the assembled door cover is used for controlling the opening and closing of the upper opening;

and step 3: assembling the working platform on the outer frame;

and 4, step 4: pushing the washing machine into the outer frame from the side opening;

and 5: the side door panel is assembled to the outer frame so that the side door panel blocks the side opening, wherein it can be understood that a detachable connection is formed between the side door panel and the outer frame.

Of course, those skilled in the art can adjust the content of the above embodiments according to the requirement, for example, for an already assembled outer frame, this step 1 can also be omitted.

For example, for step 2, step 3 and step 4, the washing machine may be pushed into the outer frame, and then the door and the display panel of the washing machine are installed on the working platform, that is, step 4 may be adjusted to be before step 2 and step 3.

In summary, the washing machine assembly and the assembling method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the furniture article and the washing machine adapting part integrated with the work platform are arranged on the work platform, the furniture article and the washing machine adapting part are distributed side by side, the washing machine is arranged below the washing machine adapting part, a user uses and operates the washing machine below through the washing machine adapting part, the normal use requirement of the washing machine is met, the structure also realizes more harmonious and reasonable collocation between the washing machine and the furniture article, realizes compact arrangement between the washing machine and the furniture article, is beneficial to saving the use space of a family, and the work platform, the furniture article and the washing machine adapting part form an integrated structural design, realizes more natural transition between the work platform and the furniture article, has better collocation harmony and more simple and elegant appearance, and simultaneously realizes seamless connection between the work platform and the furniture article, dirt and dirt can not be stored, modularization and integration among parts of the product are realized, the product assembly is simplified and efficient, and the product cost is reduced.

1. A washing machine assembly, comprising:

a washing machine (100);

the shell assembly (200) comprises an accommodating part (210) and a working platform (220) formed at the top of the accommodating part (210), the working platform (220) is provided with furniture articles (221) and washing machine adapting parts (222) which are distributed side by side, the furniture articles (221) and the washing machine adapting parts (222) and the working platform (220) are of an integrated structure, and the washing machine (100) is accommodated in the accommodating part (210) and is positioned below the washing machine adapting parts (222).

2. A washing machine assembly as claimed in claim 1,

the washing machine adapting part (222) comprises an upper opening (2221) formed on the working platform (220) and a door cover (2222) connected to the working platform (220) and adapted to control the opening and closing of the upper opening (2221), a laundry input opening (110) is formed at the top of the washing machine (100), and the laundry input opening (110) corresponds to the upper opening (2221).

3. A washing machine assembly as claimed in claim 2,

the door cover (2222) is rotatably or slidably connected with the working platform (220).

4. A washing machine assembly as claimed in claim 2,

the door cover (2222) is embedded into the upper opening (2221), and the upper surface of the door cover (2222) is flush with the table top (223) of the working platform (220).

5. A washing machine assembly according to any of claims 2-4, characterized in that the washing machine adapter (222) further comprises:

a pop-up door device adapted to the door cover (2222), wherein the pop-up door device is configured to detect a door opening operation and drive the door cover (2222) to open if the door opening operation is detected.

6. A washing machine assembly according to any of claims 1 to 4,

the washing machine adaptation part (222) comprises a washing machine display panel (2223).

7. A washing machine assembly as claimed in claim 6,

the upper surface of the washing machine display panel (2223) is flush with the table top (223) of the working platform (220).

8. A washing machine assembly according to any of claims 1 to 4,

at least part of the furniture item (221) is accommodated in the accommodation portion (210).

9. A washing machine assembly as claimed in claim 8,

a first compartment (2111) and a second compartment (2112) are formed in the accommodating portion (210), the first compartment (2111) and the second compartment (2112) are relatively independent, at least a part of the furniture item (221) is accommodated in the first compartment (2111), and the washing machine (100) is accommodated in the second compartment (2112).

10. A washing machine assembly according to any of claims 1 to 4,

the article of furniture (221) comprises a sink (2211).

11. A washing machine assembly as claimed in claim 10,

the water tank (2211) is internally provided with a washboard (2212) which is integrated with or separated from the water tank.

12. A washing machine assembly according to any of claims 1 to 4,

the accommodating part (210) comprises an outer frame (211) and a side door plate (212), the working platform (220) is located at the top of the outer frame (211), an accommodating space is formed in the outer frame (211), wherein the side part of the outer frame (211) is provided with a communication port of the accommodating space, and the side door plate (212) is detachably connected with and seals the side port of the outer frame (211).

13. A method of assembling a washing machine assembly, comprising the steps of:

installing a working platform provided with furniture articles and a washing machine adapting part on an outer frame;

installing a washing machine into the outer frame;

the side door panels are mounted to the outer frame.
