Detailed Description
Directional terms as referred to in the following examples, for example: up, down, left, right, front or rear, etc., are referred to only in the direction of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the directional terminology is used for purposes of illustration and is in no way limiting.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a rotary washing device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic view of an installation of the rotary washing device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a supporting member 12 of the rotary washing device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a partial schematic view of the rotary washing device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the rotary washing machine 1 includes a driving body 11, a carrying member 12, a connecting member 13 and a descaling member 14, the driving body 11 is located in an inner tank 21 of a washing machine 2, the driving body 11 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 111, each protrusion 111 has a blocking surface for blocking water flow or clothes in the inner tank 21; the bearing member 12 is detachably mounted on the inner tank 21 of the washing machine 2, three mounting feet 123 arranged in a ring shape can be convexly arranged on the bearing member 12, that is, two adjacent mounting feet 123 are separated by 120 degrees, three mounting holes 211 corresponding to the three mounting feet 123 are formed on the inner tank 21 of the washing machine 2, the three mounting feet 123 are used for being inserted into the three mounting holes 211 of the inner tank 21 of the washing machine 2, and the bearing member 12 is mounted on the inner tank 21 of the washing machine 2 by virtue of the engagement of the three mounting feet 123 and the three mounting holes 211; the connecting element 13 is rotatably inserted into the supporting element 12, and a first end 131 of the connecting element 13 is connected to the driving body 11; the descaling element 14 is connected to a second end 132 of the connecting element 13 opposite to the first end 131 and is substantially perpendicular to the connecting element 13, the descaling element 14 is located between the inner tank 21 and an outer tank 22 of the washing machine 2, in this embodiment, the descaling element 14 can be a brush or a soft scraper, but the invention is not limited thereto. Therefore, the driving body 11 can drive the connecting member 13 to rotate together with respect to the inner tub 21 of the washing machine 2 when the blocking surface is pushed by water flow or clothes, and the blocking surface can increase water flow disturbance, thereby improving the effect of washing clothes. In addition, when the driving body 11 is impacted by water flow or the clothes are stirred to drive the connecting piece 13 to rotate together relative to the inner tank 21 of the washing machine 2, the connecting piece 13 can drive the descaling part 14 to rotate relative to the inner tank 21 and the outer tank 22 of the washing machine 2, so as to achieve the effect of cleaning the inner tank 21 and the outer tank 22.
When the washing machine 2 is operated, the inner tank 21 is filled with water, and the driving body 11 is immersed in the water, and the water in the inner tank 21 forms a rotating water flow under the driving of the washing machine 2. The blocking surface is formed on the surface of the driving body 11, so that the blocking surface is not flat, and when water flows through the driving body 11, the blocking surface is impacted, so that the driving body 11 rotates. In addition, when the clothes in the inner tub 21 pass through the driving body 11, the driving body 11 may also rotate due to the blocking surface being pushed by the clothes. Then, the rotating driving body 11 further scrapes the water flow by the blocking surface, so that the water flow generates more and more violent swirling and turbulent flow. Therefore, by means of the back-and-forth friction between the swirling turbulent flow and the clothes, a higher washing effect can be achieved. That is, since the driving body 11 of the present invention is directly driven by the water flow in the inner tank 21 to rotate, and can change the flow field in the inner tank 21 by the rotation, which has a coupling effect, the flow field in the inner tank 21 gradually changes over time, and can be regarded as an unsteady flow field. Because the unsteady flow field in the inner tank body 21 is more likely to generate turbulence to a greater extent, and the turbulence is helpful for the propagation of the water momentum, the flow field in the washing machine 2 of the present invention can achieve a better washing effect.
It should be noted that the structure of the rotary washing device of the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, for example, in another embodiment, the rotary washing device may only include the driving body, the bearing member and the connecting member, but not include the descaling member. In addition, the number and the arrangement position of the mounting legs of the present invention are not limited to this embodiment, for example, in another embodiment, the carrier may be only provided with two mounting legs protruding from each other (180 degrees apart).
Specifically, the carrier 12 comprises a first portion 121 adjacent to the driving body 11 and a second portion 122 connected to the first portion 121 and adjacent to the scraper 14, wherein a distance between an outer edge P1 of the first portion 121 and a rotation axis S of the connecting member 13 increases along a first direction R1 parallel to the rotation axis S of the connecting member 13, and a distance between an outer edge P2 of the second portion 122 and the rotation axis S of the connecting member 13 decreases along the first direction R1. The three mounting feet 123 are located at a connection position of the first portion 121 and the second portion 122 of the carrier 12 and extend in a direction away from the rotation axis S of the connecting member 13 to engage with the corresponding three mounting holes 211. Furthermore, the carrier 12 comprises two stop structures 124, the two stop structures 124 respectively extending from the first portion 121 and the second portion 122 towards the drive body 11 and the scraper 14 and respectively abutting against the drive body 11 and the scraper 14 to limit the axial displacement of the connecting element 13 relative to the carrier 12 along the rotational axis S of the parallel connecting element 13, so that even when the connecting element 13 is subjected to an external force in the first direction R1 or in a second direction R2 opposite to the first direction, the axial displacement of the connecting element 13 in the first direction R1 or the second direction R2 can be limited by the stop structures 124 to prevent the connecting element 13 from being detached from the carrier 12 in the first direction R1 or the second direction R2. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the carrier 12 may be a substantially symmetrical top-shaped structure. However, the structure and shape of the supporting member of the present invention are not limited thereto, and it depends on the actual design requirement, for example, in another embodiment, the supporting member may only include a first portion adjacent to the driving body and a limiting structure extending from the first portion toward the driving body.
Furthermore, in the embodiment, the inner trough 21 is formed with a mounting groove 212, and the three mounting holes 211 are annularly formed on a wall 2121 of the mounting groove 212, when the rotary washing device 1 is mounted on the inner trough 21, the rotary washing device 1 can be preferably partially accommodated in the mounting groove 212 (i.e. only a part of the driving body 11 is exposed to the mounting groove 212, as shown in fig. 2), so as to prevent the clothes located in the inner trough 21 from being wound around the driving body 11, the supporting member 12 or the connecting member 13 due to the excessive protrusion of the rotary washing device 1. However, the driving body 11 of the rotary washing device 1 can be designed to be entirely exposed to the mounting recess 212, depending on the actual design requirement.
In addition, for the convenience of assembling and disassembling the rotary washing device 1, the three mounting legs 123 are preferably made of elastic material, and when the user wants to assemble or disassemble the supporting member 12, the user only needs to press the mounting legs 123 to make them elastically deform, so as to easily complete the engagement or disengagement between the mounting legs 123 and the mounting holes 211, and thus complete the assembly or disassembly of the supporting member 12. Referring to fig. 3 to 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a detaching assembly 15 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the rotary washing device 1 further includes a detaching assembly 15, the detaching assembly 15 includes a pressing member 151 and a prying member 152, the pressing member 151 includes a pressing operation portion 1511 and three pressing portions 1512 connected to the pressing operation portion 1511 and configured to press the three mounting pins 123, and the prying member 152 includes a prying operation portion 1521 and a prying portion 1522 connected to the prying operation portion 1521 and configured to abut against the driving body 11. When the user wants to detach the rotary washing device 1 from the inner trough 21, the pressing portion 1511 is first operated to allow the pressing portion 1512 to enter the mounting recess 212 and press the mounting leg 123 to elastically deform, and then the levering portion 1521 is operated to allow the levering portion 1522 to prop against the side of the driving body 11 close to the supporting member 12 and lever the driving body 11 in the second direction R2, so as to easily detach the supporting member 12. In this embodiment, the prying portion 1522 may preferably be a U-shaped structure, and the prying operation portion 1521 may be connected to a middle portion of the U-shaped structure. Furthermore, the pressing operation portion 1511 may be a regular triangle structure. However, the shapes of the prying portion and the pressing operation portion are not limited thereto, and depend on the actual requirement, for example, in another embodiment, the pressing operation portion may be another polygonal structure or a circular structure.
