背景技术

在根据本发明的过滤介质的一个特别有利的并且因此优选的改进方案中,双组分纤维由至少两种聚合物组分组成,所述聚合物组分的熔点相差至少15度并且尤其具有皮/芯纤维结构(cover-core)或双侧并列型纤维结构。芯和皮的(或并列的)纤维结构的优选聚合物是聚丙烯,在纤维的芯中特别是也可以使用聚酯。芯和皮的(或并列的)纤维结构的两种组分的比例可以在9:1和1:1之间变化,优选在8:2和7:3之间。这里,较少的成分是熔点较低的组分。
特别有利的是,双组分纤维的聚合物组分由聚烯烃组成,例如由聚丙烯(PP)组成。已经认识到有利的是,第一和第二结构的双组分纤维的低熔点聚合物组分的聚合物种类是相同的,以确保材料一致性,就是说,第一和第二结构的双组分纤维的低熔点聚合物组分是同类的聚合物。
在根据本发明的过滤介质中,第一结构的双组分纤维可以设计成短纤维、纺粘型无纺织物长丝、这些技术的组合,并且必要是可以与熔喷长丝一起构成。
特别优选的是,第一结构热式、机械式或化学式地固化。
第一结构是指由合成纤维制成的面式纤维结构,这种面式纤维结构可以是热式、机械式或借助于粘合剂固化的。可以按不同的充分已知的方法或不同方法的组合来制造第一结构的无纺织物:纺粘型无纺织物、熔喷无纺织物、纺粘型无纺织物与熔喷无纺织物的复合材料、由短纤维制成的干式铺放的无纺织物、由短纤维制成的湿式无纺织物、载体材料与纳米纤维的组合或者不同技术的相应组合物。这些不同的无纺织物制造方法是本领域技术人员公知,并且因此不再进行说明。这里特别是也可以考虑将包括粗纤维(>1dtex)和较细的纤维(例如<1dtex的微纤维)的多层无纺织物结构用作第一结构。
为了实现过滤介质的渐变结构,第一和第二结构的双组分纤维可以具有不同的纤维直径。
已经认识到有利的是,第一结构的至少按重量30%、尤其是至少按重量50%由双组分纤维组成(按重量%是指重量百分比)。
在过滤介质的改进方案中,第一结构配备有驻极体功能、抗菌配置和/或着色。由聚丙烯制成的纤维例如可以特别好地持续加载静电荷。这可以例如通过电晕充电来进行。也可以设想采用其他引入静电荷的方法。
过滤介质的第一结构可以具有20至150g/m2、尤其是40至80g/m2的面密度。
施加到预先铺放的无纺织物上的连续的纺粘型无纺织物纤维主要由双组分纤维制成。这些纤维由至少两种聚合物组分组成。所述纤维可以是皮/芯纤维结构或并列纤维结构。芯和皮(或并列)纤维结构的优选聚合物由聚烯烃族组成。聚烯烃是指由烯烃制成的聚合物。这些聚合物常见但非限制性的示例包括聚丙烯、聚乙烯或其共聚物。
在一个构成方案中,但也可以在纤维的芯中使用PES。芯和皮(可选地并列地)所使用的两种聚合物在其熔点上至少相差15℃。两个芯组分和皮组分(或并列组分)的比例可以在9:1和1:1之间变化,优选在8:2和7:3之间。较少的成分较是低熔点的组分。连续的纺粘型无纺织物纤维或长丝的面密度为15至150g/m2,优选为40至80g/m2
如果预铺放的无纺织物在其组成上构造成不对称的,则可以根据希望的特性设置将连续的纺粘型纤维施加到预铺放的无纺织物的不同侧面上。
本发明还涉及一种用于制造如上所述过滤介质的方法,所述方法具有以下步骤:
a)制造第一结构;
b)将第一结构供应到纺粘设备中;
c)用第二结构铺放覆盖第一结构,以实现单层纤维复合材料;
d)固化这种纤维复合材料。
在所述方法的改进方案中,可以在步骤d)中对纤维复合材料进行压制和/或热结合和/或热校准和/或后处理。
换句话说:将包含双组分纤维的无纺织物供应给纺粘设备。用同样构造成双组分纤维的连续的纺粘型无纺织物纤维铺放覆盖所供应的无纺织物。接下来,对这种纤维复合材料进行压制、热结合或热校准,并且必要时进行后处理。新纺制施加的连续的纺粘型无纺织物纤维或流动的聚合物在热固化时过程中很容易渗入所供应的无纺织物层中。出人意料的是,得到一种非常紧密的纤维-纤维连接,并且在热处理后实现一种单层纤维复合材料。通过包覆的聚合物很好的渗入,很容易制成具有较为开放的纤维结构的非常紧凑的、高刚度的、薄的单层无纺织物,此外,这种无纺织物可以由不同的纤维种类和纤维直径构成。这里实现了,可以简单地实现纤维复合材料的渐变式无纺织物结构。
在制造过滤介质时,可以在步骤c)中用第二结构铺放覆盖在第一结构的一侧或两侧上。
此外,本发明还涉及一种具有如上所述的过滤介质的过滤元件,所述过滤介质优选是折叠的,所述过滤元件特别是用于过滤盒。根据本发明的过滤介质和由所述过滤介质制造的过滤元件主要可以用在空气过滤领域,仅举几个例子,尤其是用于车辆内部空间、用于空调设备、用于通过固定和/或移动过滤设备对建筑物中的内部空间或所有类型的空间进行空气过滤、用于吸尘器、火车或农用机械中的过滤元件,以及技术过程中例如燃气轮机、涂装设备或食品加工等的空气过滤。
本发明还涉及这种过滤元件作为颗粒过滤器的应用。根据本发明的过滤介质是颗粒过滤介质并且这里可以作为单纯的颗粒过滤器使用或者可以与其他过滤介质、例如吸附式介质相组合作为过滤元件的组件使用。为了扩大过滤面积,可以使过滤介质打褶,即折叠过滤介质。
对于吸附材料,吸附层可以连接在流出侧,或者也可以采用相反的顺序。通过这种构造,不仅可以吸附颗粒,而且也可以吸附令人不适的气味。
在这个背景下,吸附层可以具有活性炭颗粒。过滤介质可以具有由活性炭、沸石或离子交换剂或者其混合物制成的吸附层。因此,可以吸附有害气体,例如碳氢化合物、SO2、NOx、醛、氨、VOC或类似气体。
优选使用相同材料的热熔胶将活性炭颗粒与根据本发明的单层材料粘合。吸附层的面密度可以为50至500g/m2,并且其厚度可以为0.7至3.0mm。具有根据本发明的单层材料和吸附层的过滤介质尤其可以在折叠状态下用作吸附颗粒和有害气体的组合式过滤器。
所说明的发明和本发明的所说明的有利改进方案也可以相互组合地构成本发明有利的改进方案,只要在技术上是合理的。
关于本发明的其他优点和在结构和功能上有利的设计方案,参见从属权利要求和参考附图对实施例的说明。实施例
下面的材料用作根据本发明的单层过滤介质的可能的示例,用以作为单纯的颗粒过滤器或者与一种或多种吸附设备相结合地作为组合式过滤器使用:
实施例A:作为第一结构向纺粘设备供应65g/m2的无纺织物(A1),所述无纺织物由100%的28μm的PP双组分纤维(芯熔点:166℃;皮熔点:145℃)组成,并且所述无纺织物具有1.09mm的厚度(DIN EN ISO 9073-2 10cm2,12.5cN/cm2)、6390l/m2s的透气性(测试设备Textest 3000 20cm2,在200Pa下,DIN ISO 9073-15)、低弯曲刚度(ISO 2493,Fa.Frank,型号58565,20×100mm),纵向为0.15Nmm,横向为0.16Nmm,并且用作为第二结构(B2)的8g/m2的100%的连续的PP双组分纤维对其进行铺放覆盖。所述纤维的芯熔点为166℃,而皮熔点为145℃。所述纤维具有30μm的纤维纤度。
在对由第一结构和第二结构组成的复合材料进行校准之后,借助于热空气对其进行固化,再次将其热校准到目标厚度,并且借助于电晕向其加载静电荷。
类似于上述试验,以138g/m2的100%的PP双组分纤维制成的纺粘型无纺织物用作为参考。对这种纤度为30μm的纤维进行校准,借助于热空气对其进行固化,再次将其校准至目标厚度,并且借助于电晕给其加载静电荷。这种纺粘型无纺织物在设备上的操作方式对应于根据本发明的实施例的操作方式。
如表1所示,在面密度相同的情况下,通过本发明实现了具有明显提高的刚度、强度和透气性的单层纤维复合材料。

将参考无纺织物和实施例A的根据本发明的无纺织物加工成过滤元件并对其进行过滤测量。在这两种情况下,过滤元件的尺寸为182×254mm。
折叠过滤材料具有35mm的折纹高度。过滤元件包括51个双折纹,其折纹间距为5mm。安装了0.51m2的过滤面积。根据DIN 71460在不同的体积流量下测试在过滤元件的流入侧和流出侧之间的压力损失。
根据DIN 71460部分1附加地用试验粉尘AC coarse加载过滤元件,并且在压力损失增加200Pa情况下确定吸收的粉尘量。所储存的粉尘量是衡量过滤器使用寿命的标准,并且较大的量是优选的。根据DIN 71460部分1,借助于AC fine确定分级效率。在根据本发明的过滤器元件中,在流入侧对所供应的无纺织物A进行一次测量,并且对纺制施加的纤维层B进行一次入流。在这两种情况下,在分离特性相近的情况下,以在滤盒的流入侧和流出侧之间类似的压力损失得到明显更高的容尘量(见表2)。

实施例B:作为第一结构向纺粘设备供应45g/m2的无纺织物(D1),所述无纺织物由100%的28μm的PP双组分纤维(芯熔点:166℃;皮熔点:145℃)组成,并且所述无纺织物具有0.67mm的厚度(DIN EN ISO 9073-2 10cm2,12.5cN/cm2)和非常低弯曲刚度(ISO2493,Fa.Frank,型号58565,20×100mm),纵向为0.07Nmm,横向为0.08Nmm,并且用作为第二结构的78g/m2的100%的连续的PP双组分纤维(B2)将所述无纺织物进行铺放覆盖。所述纤维的芯熔点为166℃,而皮熔点为145℃。所述纤维具有30μm的纤度。
在对由所提供的无纺织物和铺放覆盖的纤维所组成的复合材料进行校准之后,借助于热空气对其进行固化,再次将其热校准至目标厚度,并且借助于电晕向其加载静电荷。
在对由第一结构和第二结构组成的复合材料进行校准之后,借助于热空气对其进行固化,再次将其热校准到目标厚度,并且借助于电晕向其加载静电荷。
类似于上述试验,以138g/m2的100%的PP双组分纤维制成的纺粘型无纺织物用作为参考。对这种纤度为30μm的纤维进行校准,借助于热空气对其进行固化,再次将其校准至目标厚度,并且借助于电晕给其加载静电荷。这种纺粘型无纺织物在设备上的操作方式对应于根据本发明的实施例的操作方式。
如表3所示,通过本发明得到一种单层纤维复合材料,这种纤维复合材料具有高透气性,并且与原材料以及与具有较高面密度的参考产品相比,弯曲刚度明显提高。对于这种根据本发明的过滤介质,表4示出,在与参考材料相比压力损失较低的情况下,过滤元件具有高容尘量,所述参考材料具有高的面密度并且因此原本应具有更高的容尘量。

Claims (15)

1.用于过滤气流的过滤介质(1),所述过滤介质具有包括大量双组分纤维的无纺织物,其特点在于,所述无纺织物构造成具有由双组分纤维组成的第一结构(3.1)和由连续的双组分纤维组成的第二结构(3.2)的单层纤维复合材料(2),所述第二结构(3.2)嵌入所述第一结构(3.1)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤介质,其特征在于,所述双组分纤维由至少两种聚合物组分组成,并且所述双组分纤维的所述至少两种聚合物组分在其熔点上相差至少15度并且特别是具有皮/芯纤维结构或并列纤维结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的过滤介质,其特征在于,所述第一结构(3.1)和第二结构(3.2)的双组分纤维的低熔点聚合物组分的聚合物种类相同。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的过滤介质,其特征在于,所述第一结构(3.1)和第二结构(3.2)的双组分纤维具有不同的纤维直径。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的过滤介质,其特征在于,所述聚合物组分由聚烯烃组成。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的过滤介质,其特征在于,第一结构(3.1)的双组分纤维实施成短纤维、纺粘型无纺织物长丝、熔喷长丝。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的过滤介质,其特征在于,第一结构(3.1)是热地、机械地或化学地固化的。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的过滤介质,其特征在于,第一结构(3.1)按重量至少30%、特别是按重量至少50%由双组分纤维组成。
9.根据前述权利要求之一所述的过滤介质,其特征在于,第一结构(3.1)配备有驻极体功能、抗菌配置和/或着色。
10.根据前述权利要求之一所述的过滤介质,其特征在于,第一结构(3.1)具有20至150g/m2、特别是40至80g/m2的面密度。
11.用于制造根据前述权利要求之一所述的过滤介质(1)的方法,所述方法具有以下步骤:
a)制造第一结构(3.1);
b)将第一结构(3.1)供应到纺粘设备中;
c)用第二结构(3.2)铺放覆盖第一结构(3.1);
d)固化这种纤维复合材料(2)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的用于制造过滤介质的方法,其中,在步骤d)中,对纤维复合材料(2)进行压制和/或热结合和/或热校准和/或后处理。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的用于制造过滤介质的方法,其中,在步骤c)中,将第二结构(3.2)铺放覆盖在第一结构(3.1)的一侧或两侧上。
14.具有根据权利要求1至10之一所述的过滤介质的过滤元件(4),所述过滤介质特别是打褶形式的过滤介质,所述过滤元件特别是用于过滤盒。
15.根据权利要求14的过滤元件(4)作为用于过滤空气的颗粒过滤器的应用。
