Abstract
The invention provides high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant hydraulic oil which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 70-90% of base oil, 1-10% of antioxidant antiwear agent, 1-20% of methacrylate, 0.001-0.05% of anti-emulsifier, 0.2-0.8% of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine, 1-10% of chitin and paraffin-based refined oil as the base oil. The beneficial effects are as follows: the high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant hydraulic oil provided by the invention has excellent high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant properties; the high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant hydraulic oil provided by the invention has small viscosity difference under a high-temperature condition, and has small damage to an oil pump and a hydraulic valve.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field, in particular to high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant hydraulic oil.
Background
The hydraulic oil is a hydraulic medium used by a hydraulic system utilizing hydraulic pressure energy, and plays roles of energy transfer, wear resistance, system lubrication, corrosion prevention, rust prevention, cooling and the like in the hydraulic system. For hydraulic oil, the requirements of a hydraulic device on the viscosity of liquid at the working temperature and the starting temperature are firstly met, and the viscosity change of the hydraulic oil is directly related to hydraulic action, transmission efficiency and transmission precision, and the viscosity-temperature performance and the shear stability of the hydraulic oil are also required to meet various requirements proposed by different purposes. Hydraulic oils are of various types and have different classification methods, and are also conventionally classified according to the use and the type, chemical composition or combustibility of the oil.
At present, hydraulic oil is required to have extremely excellent powerful functions of high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and oxidation resistance.

0.2 to 0.8 percent of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine,
1 to 10 percent of chitin,
the base oil is paraffin-based refined oil.
Furthermore, the preferable component proportion of the hydraulic oil component comprises 70% of base oil, 10% of antioxidant antiwear agent, 15% of methacrylate, 0.01% of anti-emulsifier, 0.2% of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine and 4.79% of chitin by mass ratio.
Furthermore, the preferable component proportion of the hydraulic oil component comprises 80 percent of base oil, 5 percent of antioxidant antiwear agent, 2 percent of methacrylate, 0.05 percent of anti-emulsifier, 0.8 percent of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine and 2.15 percent of chitin by mass ratio.
Furthermore, the preferable component proportion of the hydraulic oil component comprises 75% of base oil, 8% of antioxidant antiwear agent, 10% of methacrylate, 0.03% of anti-emulsifier, 0.5% of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine and 6.47% of chitin by mass ratio.
Further, the components are mixed according to the proportion and stirred for 2 to 3 hours at the temperature of between 45 and 65 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant hydraulic oil provided by the invention has excellent high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant properties;
2. the high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant hydraulic oil provided by the invention has small viscosity difference under a high-temperature condition, and has small damage to an oil pump and a hydraulic valve.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
The high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant hydraulic oil comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
70 to 90 percent of base oil,
1 to 10 percent of antioxidant antiwear agent,
1 to 20 percent of methacrylate ester,
0.001 to 0.05 percent of anti-emulsifier,
0.2 to 0.8 percent of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine,
1 to 10 percent of chitin,
the components are mixed according to the proportion and stirred for 2 to 3 hours at the temperature of between 45 and 65 ℃ to prepare the high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant hydraulic oil.
The base oil is paraffin-based refined oil, and the paraffin-based base oil has the characteristics of good thermal oxidation stability, quick heat dissipation, small dielectric loss, high voltage resistance, good insulating property and the like;
the anti-aging and anti-fatigue performance of the hydraulic oil can be improved by adding the N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine;
the addition of a certain amount of chitin obviously prolongs the service life of the engine oil, enhances the durability, wear resistance and frost resistance of the engine oil, improves the high-temperature resistance effect of the engine oil, and adjusts the viscosity of the engine oil.

the preferable component proportion of the hydraulic oil component comprises 70 percent of base oil, 10 percent of antioxidant and antiwear agent, 15 percent of methacrylate, 0.01 percent of anti-emulsifier, 0.2 percent of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine and 4.79 percent of chitin by mass ratio.
Example two:
the preferable component proportion of the hydraulic oil component comprises 80 percent of base oil, 5 percent of antioxidant and antiwear agent, 2 percent of methacrylate, 0.05 percent of anti-emulsifier, 0.8 percent of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine and 2.15 percent of chitin by mass ratio.
Example three:
the preferable component proportion of the hydraulic oil component comprises 75 percent of base oil, 8 percent of antioxidant antiwear agent, 8 percent of methacrylate, 0.03 percent of anti-emulsifier, 0.5 percent of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine and 8.47 percent of chitin by mass ratio.

70 to 80 percent of base oil,
1 to 10 percent of antioxidant antiwear agent,
1 to 20 percent of methacrylate ester,
0.001 to 0.05 percent of anti-emulsifier,
0.2 to 0.8 percent of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine,
1 to 10 percent of chitin,
the base oil is paraffin-based refined oil.

The high temperature and abrasion resistant hydraulic oil according to claim 1, wherein: the preferable component proportion of the hydraulic oil component comprises 70 percent of base oil, 10 percent of antioxidant and antiwear agent, 15 percent of methacrylate, 0.01 percent of anti-emulsifier, 0.2 percent of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine and 4.79 percent of chitin by mass ratio.

The high temperature and abrasion resistant hydraulic oil according to claim 1, wherein: the preferable component proportion of the hydraulic oil component comprises 80 percent of base oil, 5 percent of antioxidant and antiwear agent, 2 percent of methacrylate, 0.05 percent of anti-emulsifier, 0.8 percent of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine and 2.15 percent of chitin by mass ratio.

The high temperature and abrasion resistant hydraulic oil according to claim 1, wherein: the preferable component proportion of the hydraulic oil component comprises 75 percent of base oil, 8 percent of antioxidant antiwear agent, 10 percent of methacrylate, 0.03 percent of anti-emulsifier, 0.5 percent of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine and 6.47 percent of chitin by mass ratio.
5. The method for preparing the high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant hydraulic oil as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the hydraulic oil is prepared by mixing the components in proportion and stirring at 45-65 ℃ for 2-3 hours.
