Background
With the increasing demand of users for the convenient and fast functions of vehicles, when an electric vehicle equipped with a bidirectional vehicle-mounted charger is not charged, the charger inverts the electric energy of a battery into 220V alternating current through the inversion function, and the battery is supplied to the users for use inside or outside the vehicle through a vehicle-mounted 220V special socket or an electric vehicle alternating current charging socket, so that a discharge gun gradually becomes a standard product of the vehicle, and various types of discharge gun products gradually appear on the market.
Through research, a common discharge gun in the market at present is shown in fig. 1, and includes a housing 10, a lock rod structure 20 rotatably assembled on the housing, and a buckle cover structure 30 rotatably assembled on the housing, where the front end of the housing 10 is provided with a socket 101, the tail end of the housing is provided with a plug, and the plug is electrically connected with the socket, the plug is used for being plugged into an automobile charging socket, and the socket is used for being plugged into an external plug (for example, a plug of an external socket); when the discharging gun is not used, the opening at the tail end of the shell is covered by the buckling cover structure 30 for sealing, so that substances such as dust and the like are prevented from falling into the tail end from the opening to influence the transmission performance of the plug; the locking bar structure 20 is used to lock the discharge gun housing and the external plug housing when the discharge gun is in use. The lock rod structure and the buckle cover structure of the discharge gun are designed independently, and the following defects exist: (1) the external plug can be plugged and unplugged randomly in the using process of the discharge gun, a user is in a hot-line operation state because the discharge gun is electrified, and if the hot-line plugging is to be prevented, the external plug can be plugged and unplugged only by adding extra parts; (2) after the discharging gun is used, the situation that the buckling of the buckling cover is not in place cannot be avoided, and if the buckling of the buckling cover is not in place, the sealing of the tail end is failed.
