Detailed Description

A pen-changing device for stone plate engraving is disclosed, as shown in fig. 1-5, comprising a front plate 11, a rear plate 12, a rotary disc 13, a connecting bracket 14, a pen cap 15, a line-drawing pen 16 and an actuator 17, wherein the front plate 11, the rotary disc 13 and the rear plate 12 are arranged in parallel in sequence, the front plate 11 and the rear plate 12 are fixedly connected by the connecting bracket 14, the surface of the front plate 11 is provided with an annular bulge 111, the annular bulge 111 is provided with an opening 112 for radial arrangement of the pen cap 15, and the side wall of the opening 112 is provided with a first inclined surface 113 for guiding the rotation of the pen cap; the first inclined plane 113 may be disposed on one side, or may be disposed on both sides of the opening 112; a plurality of mounting parts 131 are circumferentially arranged on the rotary disc 13, and the pen cap 15 is rotationally arranged on the mounting parts 131, so that the pen cap 15 is switched between the axial direction and the radial direction of the rotary disc 13; the rotary disk 13 is arranged between the front plate 11 and the rear plate 12, and the rear plate 12 is radially provided with a limiting block 121 in a protruding manner, so that when the pen cap 15 rotates to a position between the opening 112 and the limiting block 121, the pen cap 15 is limited to rotate along the axial direction of the rotary disk 13. An actuator 17 is arranged on the front plate 11 or the rear plate 12, the actuator 17 is a stepping motor, and a rotating shaft of the stepping motor is connected with the rotating disc 13 to drive the rotating disc to rotate. The line marking pen 16 is removably disposed within the pen cap 15. Preferably, the scribe pen 16 is a marker pen; the nib of the marking pen is made of soft material, so that the marking pen has a certain self-adjusting function in the process of contacting with the stone plate.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a second inclined surface 122 for guiding the pen cap 15 to rotate is disposed on a side wall of the stop block 121. When the scribing pen is switched, the rotary disc 13 rotates, and the pen cap 15 close to the limiting block 121 is gradually rotated to the scribing state from the contraction state under the guidance of the second inclined surface 122.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1-5, the cap 15 and the mounting portion 131 are damped, i.e., the cap 15 and the mounting portion 131 remain relatively stationary in the absence of an external force.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-5, the actuator 17 is fixedly disposed on the back plate 12, the connecting bracket 14 includes a first connecting portion 141, a second connecting portion 142, and an intermediate portion 143 connecting the first connecting portion 141 and the second connecting portion 142, and the intermediate portion 143 defines a mounting hole 144 for mounting the scribing pen 16. Preferably, the actuator 17 is mounted on the back plate 12, the first connecting portion 141 has an arc-shaped structure, the second connecting portion 142 has a ring-shaped structure, and the second connecting portion 142 wraps the actuator 17 to protect the actuator 17; when the marking pen 16 is contracted, the marking pen 16 rotates towards the actuator 17, so that the marking pen 16 can be hidden at the side edge of the second connecting part 142, and the marking pen 16 in the contracted state is prevented from influencing normal marking as far as possible.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1-5, a non-slip layer is provided within the cap 15; the anti-slip layer can be a rubber layer, the inner diameter of the rubber layer is slightly smaller than that of the marking pen 16, namely the marking pen 16 and the pen cap 15 are in interference fit, and the marking pen 16 is tightly held by utilizing the elasticity of rubber, so that the assembly of the marking pen 16 is realized; at the same time, the installation of the marker 16 can be facilitated.
In use, as shown in fig. 1-5, the actuator 17 drives the rotary disc 13 to rotate, and the scribing pen 16 in the scribing state leaves the limit block 121 and then contacts the first inclined surface 113, and is guided by the first inclined surface 113, so that the pen cap 15 axially rotates towards the rotary disc 13 to the contracted state and is limited between the annular protrusion 111 and the side wall of the rotary disc 13; meanwhile, the pen cap 15 on the other side moves to the opening 112, the scribing pen 16 rotates from the contraction state to the scribing state under the guidance of the second inclined surface 122, and is limited between the front plate 11 and the limiting block 121, and one-time pen replacement is completed. When the pen needs to be changed again, the operation is repeated.

5. A stone plate engraving device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second connecting portion is an annular structure and the actuator is disposed within the second connecting portion.
6. A stone plate engraving device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pen socket is provided with an anti-slip layer.
7. A stone plate engraving device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said marking pen is a marking pen.
