The working principle of one embodiment of the invention is as follows: firstly, one end of the conveyer belt 300 passes through the first clamping channel 101, the distance between the first clamping plate 102 and the second clamping plate 103 is adjusted, and the conveyer belt 300 is fixed through the first lifting assembly; the other end of the conveyor belt 300 passes through the second clamping channel 201, the distance between the third clamping plate 202 and the fourth clamping plate 203 is adjusted, and the conveyor belt 300 is fixed through the second lifting assembly; secondly, the handle 406 is rotated to axially slide the tension rod 402 relative to the position of the first clamping mechanism 100, so as to adjust the distance between the first clamping mechanism 100 and the second clamping mechanism 200, and to draw the two end portions of the conveyer belt 300 respectively fixed by the first clamping mechanism 100 and the second clamping mechanism 200 close, so that the worker can repair the end portions of the conveyer belt 300.
After the repair is completed, the first lifting assembly and the second lifting assembly are opened, and the first clamping plate 102 and the third clamping plate 202 are taken down, so that the first clamping mechanism 100 and the second clamping mechanism 200 can be separated from the conveyor belt 300, and the conveyor belt 300 can be normally used.

As shown in fig. 8, the belt repairing tool in this embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the belt repairing tool in this embodiment has a different tension assembly 600. Therefore, the following description focuses on the tension assembly 600 in this embodiment. Descriptions of the same or similar elements as in the first embodiment will be omitted.
As shown in fig. 8, the tension assembly 600 includes: a plurality of mounting blocks 601 respectively fixed to both ends of the first clamping mechanism 100 and the second clamping mechanism 200; and the tension rods 602 are arranged on the corresponding mounting blocks 601 in a penetrating manner, the tension rods 602 extend along the movement direction of the first clamping mechanism 100, the tension rods 602 are in transmission connection with the mounting blocks 601, and the first clamping mechanism 100 and the second clamping mechanism 200 move towards or away from each other. The tension assembly 600 further comprises locking blocks 608 connected to two ends of the tension rod 602, a second through hole 607 is provided in the mounting block 601, two ends of the tension rod 602 respectively penetrate through the corresponding second through holes 607 and extend outwards to form a section, and the locking blocks 608 are screwed at two ends of the tension rod 602.
Specifically, the plurality of mounting blocks 601 include four, which are respectively fixed at two ends of the second clamping plate 103 in the length direction and two ends of the fourth clamping plate 203 in the length direction, and the four mounting blocks 601 are provided with second through holes 607 therein. The tightening rod 602 is arranged on the corresponding mounting block 601 in a penetrating way and is perpendicular to the second and fourth clamping plates 103 and 203, namely, the two ends of the tightening rod 602 respectively pass through the second through hole 607 of the mounting block 601 at the end part of the second clamping plate 103 and the second through hole 607 of the mounting block 601 at the end part of the fourth clamping plate 203. The tightening rod 602 is provided with a second external thread (not shown in the figures), the locking block 608 is provided with an internal thread matched with the second external thread, the locking block 608 can be a nut, the locking block 608 comprises 4 locking blocks, the locking blocks are respectively arranged at the outer sides of the two ends of the second clamping plate 103 and the fourth clamping plate 203 in the length direction and at the outer side of the corresponding mounting block 601, and the distance between the first clamping mechanism 100 and the second clamping mechanism 200 is adjusted by inward rotation or outward rotation of the locking block 608.
The working principle of one embodiment of the invention is as follows: when the clamping device is used, the locking block 608 is rotated to enable the locking block 608 to be attached to the corresponding mounting block 601, and the locking block 608 is rotated again, so that the distance between the first clamping mechanism 100 and the second clamping mechanism 200 can be adjusted, and the requirement of repair operation is met.

As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the difference between the belt repairing tool of the present embodiment and the first and second embodiments is that the belt repairing tool of the present embodiment has a different tensioning assembly 700. Therefore, the following description focuses on the tension assembly 700 in this embodiment. Descriptions of the same or similar elements as in the first embodiment will be omitted.
As shown in fig. 9-11, the take-up assembly 700 includes: a plurality of mounting blocks 701 respectively fixed to both ends of the first clamping mechanism 100 and the second clamping mechanism 200; and the tension rods 702 are arranged on the corresponding mounting blocks 701 in a penetrating manner, the tension rods 702 extend along the movement direction of the first clamping mechanism 100, and the tension rods 702 are in transmission connection with the mounting blocks 701 so as to enable the first clamping mechanism 100 and the second clamping mechanism 200 to move towards or away from each other. Second threaded holes 709 are formed in the mounting blocks 701 at the two ends of the first clamping mechanism 100, third threaded holes 710 are formed in the mounting blocks 701 at the two ends of the second clamping mechanism 200, the rotating directions of the second threaded holes 709 and the third threaded holes 710 are opposite, and the two ends of the tension rod 702 are in threaded connection with the second threaded holes 709 and the third threaded holes 710 respectively.
Specifically, the plurality of mounting blocks 701 includes four, and are fixed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the second clamping plate 103 and at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the fourth clamping plate 203, respectively. Second threaded holes 709 are formed in the mounting blocks 701 at two ends of the second clamping plate 103 in the length direction, third threaded holes 710 are formed in the mounting blocks 701 at two ends of the fourth clamping plate 203 in the length direction, the rotation directions of the second threaded holes 709 and the third threaded holes 710 are opposite, and third external threads (not shown in the figure) matched with the second threaded holes 709 and the third threaded holes 710 are formed in the outer wall of the tension rod 702. The two ends of the tension rod 702 respectively pass through the second threaded hole 709 and the third threaded hole 710 and are vertically arranged with the second clamping plate and the fourth clamping plate 103 and 203, the two ends of the tension rod 702 are respectively in threaded connection with the corresponding mounting block 701 through the second threaded hole 709 and the third threaded hole 710 in opposite directions, meanwhile, the clamping part 711 is arranged in the middle of the tension rod 702 and is processed into an integral structure with the tension rod 702, and the outer side of the clamping part 711 adopts a hexagonal structure which is the same as that of a nut, so that the rotation is facilitated.
The working principle of one embodiment of the invention is as follows: the clamping part 711 rotates the tension rod 702 clockwise or counterclockwise, so that the two ends of the tension rod 702 rotate in the second threaded hole 709 and the third threaded hole 710 respectively, and the distance between the first clamping mechanism 100 and the second clamping mechanism 200 can be adjusted by adopting the opposite threaded connection mode, thereby meeting the requirement of repair operation.
The belt repair kit of the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, however, it should be understood that those skilled in the art may make modifications, alterations and adaptations to the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention. The invention includes the specific embodiments described above and any equivalents thereof.

Claims (10)

1. The utility model provides a conveyer belt maintenance frock, its characterized in that includes first fixture, second fixture and connects first fixture with second fixture's straining device, wherein:
a first clamping channel for clamping the conveying belt is formed in the first clamping mechanism, a second clamping channel for clamping the conveying belt is formed in the second clamping mechanism, and the first clamping channel and the second clamping channel are located on the same horizontal plane when the maintenance tool is in a working state; and
the tensioning mechanism has a first state in which the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism are moved toward each other and a second state in which the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism are moved away from each other.
2. The conveyor belt maintenance tool of claim 1, wherein the first clamping mechanism comprises a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, the first clamping plate is arranged above the second clamping plate in a liftable manner, and the first clamping channel is formed between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate; the second clamping mechanism comprises a third clamping plate and a fourth clamping plate, the third clamping plate is arranged above the fourth clamping plate in a liftable mode, and the first clamping channel is formed between the third clamping plate and the fourth clamping plate.

The conveyor belt maintenance tool according to claim 2, wherein the first clamping mechanism further comprises a plurality of first lifting assemblies respectively arranged at two ends of the first clamping plate in the length direction, and the first lifting assemblies are connected with the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate and used for adjusting the height of the first clamping channel;
the first lifting assembly comprises:
the first end of the first lifting piece is fixedly connected with the first clamping plate, and the second end of the first lifting piece penetrates through the second clamping plate and extends outwards to form a section; and
and the second lifting piece is in threaded connection with the corresponding first lifting piece and is positioned below the second clamping plate.

The conveyor belt maintenance tool according to claim 2, wherein the second clamping mechanism further comprises a plurality of second lifting assemblies respectively arranged at two ends of the third clamping plate in the length direction, and the second lifting assemblies are connected with the third clamping plate and the fourth clamping plate and used for adjusting the height of the second clamping channel;
the second lifting assembly comprises:
the first end of the third lifting piece is fixedly connected with the third clamping plate, and the second end of the third lifting piece penetrates through the fourth clamping plate and extends outwards to form a section; and
and the fourth lifting piece is in threaded connection with the corresponding third lifting piece and is positioned below the fourth clamping plate.

The conveyor belt maintenance tool according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of pressing strips are arranged on the lower side surfaces of the first clamping plate and the third clamping plate and/or the upper side surfaces of the second clamping plate and the fourth clamping plate, the first sides of the pressing strips are fixedly connected with the first clamping plate and the third clamping plate and/or the second clamping plate and the fourth clamping plate, and the second sides of the pressing strips extend towards the first clamping channel or the second clamping channel in a pyramid shape.
6. The conveyor belt maintenance tool of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the tensioning mechanism comprises two sets of tensioning assemblies, the two sets of tensioning assemblies being disposed on either side of the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism, respectively.
7. The conveyor belt maintenance tool of claim 6, wherein the tensioning assembly comprises:
the mounting blocks are respectively fixed at two ends of the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism; and
the tensioning rod penetrates through the corresponding mounting block, extends along the movement direction of the first clamping mechanism, and is in transmission connection with the mounting block so as to enable the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism to move oppositely or reversely.
8. The tooling of claim 7, wherein the tension assembly further comprises a stopper connected to the first end of the tension rod, wherein the mounting blocks at the two ends of the first clamping mechanism are provided with first through holes, the mounting blocks at the two ends of the second clamping mechanism are provided with first threaded holes, the first end of the tension rod passes through the first through hole and is fixedly connected with the stopper, and the second end of the tension rod passes through the first threaded hole and is in threaded connection with the first threaded hole.

The conveyor belt maintenance tool of claim 7, wherein the tensioning assembly further comprises locking blocks connected to two ends of the tensioning rod, second through holes are formed in the mounting blocks, two ends of the tensioning rod respectively penetrate through the corresponding second through holes and extend outwards to form a section, and the locking blocks are in threaded connection with two ends of the tensioning rod.

The conveyor belt maintenance tool of claim 7, wherein second threaded holes are formed in the mounting blocks at two ends of the first clamping mechanism, third threaded holes are formed in the mounting blocks at two ends of the second clamping mechanism, the rotation directions of the second threaded holes are opposite to that of the third threaded holes, and two ends of the tension rod are respectively in threaded connection with the second threaded holes and the third threaded holes.
