In the field of investment casting, wax pattern products are usually produced by wax pressing molds, the wax pieces are blown out by an air gun through the traditional wax pressing molds by adopting manual opening and closing molds, only one mold and two molds are manually adopted, only 600 wax patterns can be produced in each shift, the molds are steel molds, the weight is large, the labor intensity of workers is high, sixteen days are needed for wax pressing of orders which are more than ten thousand in batches, and the requirement of delivery time cannot be met seriously.
Accordingly, the prior art is deficient and needs improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a full-automatic wax mould, aiming at improving the production efficiency of the wax mould and reducing the production cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the full-automatic wax pressing mold provided by the invention is arranged on a wax pressing machine, the wax pressing machine comprises a workbench and a combined template, and the wax pressing mold comprises a lower mold component, a middle mold component and an upper mold component which are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction;

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the full-automatic wax pressing mold provided in this embodiment is installed on a wax pressing machine (not shown in the drawings), the wax pressing machine includes a workbench and a mold closing plate, and the wax pressing mold includes a lower mold assembly, a middle mold assembly and an upper mold assembly, which are sequentially arranged along a vertical direction;
the lower die assembly is arranged on the workbench and comprises a lower die plate 11, and a wax injection channel 12 communicated with the outside is formed in the surface of the lower die plate 11;
the middle mold assembly comprises a middle mold plate 21 and a first lifting driving assembly 22 for driving the middle mold plate 21 to lift, a plurality of molding grooves 23 for extruding wax pieces of products are formed in the middle mold plate 21, and the molding grooves 23 are correspondingly communicated with the wax injection channel 12;

Further, the lower die assembly is further provided with four guide posts 15 which are arranged in a matrix shape, the guide posts 15 penetrate through the middle die plate 21 and the upper die plate 31 respectively, the middle die plate 21 and the upper die plate 31 can lift along the guide posts 15, the stability of the lifting process is guaranteed, and the coaxiality of the upper die plate 31, the middle die plate 21 and the lower die plate 11 is guaranteed.
Further, the first lifting driving assembly 22 is provided with a plurality of first driving cylinders, and driving ends of the plurality of first driving cylinders are connected with the middle template 21. Further, a top die ejector plate 42 is connected below the ejector rod 41, the top die rod penetrates through the through hole 14 to be connected with the top die ejector plate 42, and the top die rod is connected with a hydraulic driving system of the wax pressing machine.
Further, the second lifting driving assembly 52 is provided with a plurality of second driving cylinders, the lower die assembly is provided with a mounting plate 53 for mounting the second driving cylinders, the driving end of the second driving cylinder penetrates through the mounting plate 53 and is connected with a thimble ejecting plate 54, the thimble ejecting plate 54 is movably arranged on the ejector rod 41 in a penetrating manner, and the thimble 51 is arranged on the thimble ejecting plate 54. In this embodiment, the number of the second driving cylinders is set to two, so that the stress stability of the ejector pin ejecting plate 54 is ensured, the stability of the lifting process of the ejector pin 51 is ensured, and the wax injection channel wax piece is conveniently ejected quickly and accurately.
Specifically, during installation, the wax-pressing mold is conveyed to a workbench of a wax-pressing machine, so that the via hole 14 on the base 13 corresponds to the ejector pin, then the base 13 is fixed on the workbench through a locking screw, the ejector pin is connected with the ejector plate 42, the ejector pin is driven to lift by a hydraulic system of the wax-pressing machine, and therefore the ejector plate 42 and the ejector pin 41 are sequentially driven to lift, and the wax part is ejected. The upper die plate 31 is connected to a film pressing plate of a wax pressing machine through a fixing plate 32, and the film pressing plate is driven to ascend and descend through a hydraulic system of the wax pressing machine, so that the fixing plate 32 and the upper die plate 31 are driven to ascend and descend in sequence, and die opening and die closing between the upper die plate 31 and the middle die plate 21 are achieved. The upper template 31 and the middle template 21 are connected with a cooling liquid inlet 33 and a cooling liquid outlet 34 of the wax pressing machine, so that the mould is always kept in a cooling state, and the working temperature of the mould is reduced.
Before wax injection, respectively spraying release agents between an upper template 31 and a middle template 21 and between the middle template 21 and a lower template 11, then driving the middle template 21 to tightly press the lower template 11 by a first lifting driving assembly 22, driving the upper template 31 to descend by a fixed plate 32 to tightly press the middle template 21, so that the upper template 31, the middle template 21 and the lower template 11 are tightly pressed together to complete mold closing, then performing wax injection, filling the molding groove 23 with wax through a wax injection channel 12, and performing mold opening after pressure maintaining for three seconds; the fixed plate 32 drives the upper template 31 to ascend, the upper template 31 is separated from the middle template 21, the ejector rod drives the ejector plate 42 and the ejector rod 41 to ascend, the wax piece of the product is ejected out of the forming groove 23, then the wax piece of the product is manually taken out, and the ejector rod returns to the initial position; the first lifting driving assembly 22 drives the middle template 21 to rise, the middle template 21 is separated from the lower template 11, the second lifting driving assembly 52 sequentially drives the ejector pin ejecting plate 54 and the ejector pin 51 to rise, the wax injection channel wax piece in the wax injection channel 12 is ejected, the ejector pin 51 is driven to return to the initial position after the wax injection channel wax piece is manually taken out, the production of the wax piece is completed, the middle template 21 is sequentially pressed with the lower template 11, the upper template 31 is pressed with the middle template 21, the initial position is returned, and a cycle period is completed. The process is repeated, and the automatic production of the wax product can be realized. Meanwhile, in the embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the connecting position of the molding groove 23 and the wax injection channel 12 is a half of a circle, which not only ensures the molding of the wax piece of the product, but also enables the wax piece and the inner gate to be broken when the mold ejector rod of the wax press ejects the wax piece of the product.
The release agent is sprayed after 4 to 6 cycles. Further, a handle control valve 6 is also included, which is connected to the first elevation driving assembly 22 and the second elevation driving assembly 52, respectively. The worker may manually control the raising and lowering of the middle mold plate 21 and the ejector pins 51 by manually controlling the extension and retraction of the driving ends of the first elevation driving assembly 22 and the second elevation driving assembly 52.
