The plate manufactured by the process has the advantages that the high-solid-content coating is cured in the first groove 2 and integrally formed with the plate 1, so that the plate manufactured by the process can be subjected to finish machining on the cured high-solid-content coating according to requirements, the quality and the precision of the plate are improved, meanwhile, the plate is subjected to streamlined operation, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is further reduced.
The upper end face of the first groove is wide, and the upper end face of the first groove is grooved towards one side close to the plate. The upper end face of the second groove is wide, and a groove is formed in one side, close to the plate, of the upper end face of the second groove.
