The invention avoids the increase of workload caused by the modification of the cable primary loop plug connector on the spot by workers, saves cost, reduces the waste of materials, improves working efficiency, and greatly improves the clamping force of the drawer primary loop plug connector after replacement, so that the drawer primary loop plug connector meets the inspection standard; the spring is arranged at the position close to the handle, so that certain resilience force is ensured, and the elastic spring is convenient for workers to use and carry to a field for use.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electrical maintenance of nuclear power stations, and particularly relates to a device and a method for replacing a cable clamp spring of a low-voltage switch drawer.
Background
Most of buses of a certain nuclear power station unit adopt low-voltage switch cabinet drawers with the height of more than 8E (1E is 25mm), and the following problems are found in the process of detecting the clamping force of primary loop plug connectors of the drawers: (1) most connectors of the primary circuit plug connectors of the drawers of 8E and above adopt MNS2.0 models, the qualified standard is 73N, but on-site detection finds that some cable primary circuit plug connectors cannot meet the detection standard due to long-term online use; (2) if the cable with insufficient clamping force of the primary loop plug connector of the switch drawer is replaced, a worker needs to modify a new cable, the length of the new cable is consistent with that of a field cable, and the joint of the new cable needs to be pressed again for treatment, so that the process is complex, time-consuming and labor-consuming. The inner space of the drawer is narrow, so that the operation is inconvenient during replacement; (3) if when the jump ring is changed to the cable that the primary circuit plug connector clamp force of switch drawer is not enough, because of not having specialized tool, can only use the long flat nose pincers to change usually, can't once only put new jump ring installation in place, and can't guarantee to change the clamp force of the back primary circuit plug connector.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a device and a method for replacing a cable clamp spring of a low-voltage switch drawer, so as to optimize the processing work when the clamping force of a primary loop plug connector of a drawer with a larger volume specification is insufficient, and solve the defects of the prior art.

The invention aims to provide a device and a method for replacing a clamp spring of a drawer cable of a low-voltage switch, aiming at the defects of the prior art. The device avoids the work load increase caused by the work of transforming the cable on the site of the worker, crimping and the like, and reduces the material waste. The replacing device can improve the working efficiency, reduce the working time, and greatly improve the clamping force of the primary loop plug connector of the drawer after replacement, so that the primary loop plug connector of the drawer meets the inspection standard.

(2) the invention avoids the modification of the cable primary loop plug connector on the spot by workers and the increase of workload caused by compression joint, saves the cost and reduces the waste of materials; the whole clamp body is polished to prevent slipping, so that the phenomenon that a clamp spring and a clamp body clamp head slip when the clamp is used on site is prevented;
(3) the clamp body is also subjected to insulation treatment, so that the electric shock risk of a worker caused by mistakenly touching a charged part is prevented;
(4) the invention can ensure that the new clamp spring is reliably connected with the cable head primary loop plug connector after replacement, thereby not only improving the working efficiency and reducing the working time, but also greatly improving the clamping force of the drawer primary loop plug connector after replacement and ensuring that the drawer primary loop plug connector meets the inspection standard;
(5) the spring is arranged at the position, close to the handle, of the tool, so that certain resilience force is ensured, the tool is more humanized, and the tool is convenient for workers to use;
(6) the two ends in the chuck of the replacing device are respectively provided with the circular protruding parts, so that the clamp spring can play a role in fixing during replacing;
(7) the invention has small volume and is convenient to carry to the field for use.

as shown in figure 1, the device for replacing the cable clamp spring of the low-voltage switch drawer comprises a clamp body 1, a handle 2, a spring 3, a handle supporting block 4 and a cylindrical protrusion 5.
Two pincers bodies 1 pass through handle supporting shoe 4 and pin fixed connection with two handles 2 respectively, and spring 3 is with pin fixed connection in the middle of two handles 2 to assemble into a whole with jump ring change device.
The clamp body 1 is made of stainless steel.
The surface of the clamp body 1 is provided with a cylindrical protrusion 5, and the cylindrical protrusion 5 is firmly connected with the clamp spring, so that the clamp spring can be rapidly taken down and reinstalled.
The tail part of the forceps body 1 is in a ring shape.
The spring 3 has the function of a reset handle, so that the clamp spring can be conveniently installed or taken down by a worker by using the device for the next time.

The tail of the clamp body 1 is annular, so that the phenomenon that the clamp spring of the primary loop connector is deformed too much to cause the failure of the clamp spring due to overlarge force applied by a worker in the process of using the clamp device is avoided, and the clamping force of the new primary loop connector cannot meet the inspection requirement.
The device also avoids the increase of workload caused by the reconstruction of a new cable of the primary loop plug connector on the spot of workers, and reduces the waste of materials.
The whole clamp body 1 is subjected to polishing and anti-skidding treatment, so that the phenomenon of skidding of the clamp spring and the clamp body clamping head 5 when the clamp is used on site is prevented.
The clamp body 1 is also subjected to insulation treatment, so that the risk of electric shock of a worker caused when the clamp body 1 is mistakenly touched to touch a charged part is prevented.
The replacing device can improve the working efficiency, reduce the working time, and greatly improve the clamping force of the primary loop plug connector of the drawer after replacement, so that the primary loop plug connector of the drawer meets the inspection standard.
