Abstract

The invention also discloses an assembly method of the oil cooler assembly machine, which can conveniently pre-position the oil cooler chip through the pre-positioning assembly and the centering shaft, thereby improving the chip lamination efficiency of the oil cooler; and centering axle, prepositioning subassembly, locating component are fixed a position the inside and outside of oil cooler chip simultaneously, compress tightly through compressing tightly the subassembly again, can ensure the lamination precision of oil cooler, have improved the lamination yield of oil cooler.

Technical Field

Background
Because the viscosity of the hydraulic oil becomes thinner along with the temperature rise, the lubricating performance of the hydraulic oil is reduced, and therefore, oil coolers are required to be installed in equipment such as engineering machinery, vehicles, ships, generator sets and the like, so as to reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil and maintain the lubricating performance of the hydraulic oil. The production process of the plate-fin oil cooler needs to stack the chip assembly and the spacer ring of one chip. At present, the lamination process is mainly operated manually, and the problem of low efficiency exists. Moreover, the manual lamination is easy to incline, and the product quality is further reduced.

an electric control cabinet;

the pressing device is arranged above the lamination platform and used for pressing the oil cooler;

The clamp used for assembling the oil cooler is a bottom plate with a threaded rod, the shape of the bottom plate is the same as that of an oil cooler chip, a protruding block is arranged on the side surface of the bottom plate, and the threaded rod is welded on the protruding block; the shape of the clamp cover plate is the same as that of the bottom plate, a through hole is formed in the protruding block of the clamp cover plate, and the threaded rod can penetrate through the through hole, so that a space for placing an oil cooler chip is formed between the clamp bottom plate and the cover plate.
Examples
An oil cooler assembly machine comprising:
the electric control cabinet 1 is used for placing electric control components, including an air switch, a relay, a controller, a connecting wire and the like;
the lamination platform 2 is provided with a clamp placing groove 21, and the bottom of the clamp placing groove is provided with a through hole which penetrates through the lamination platform up and down;

and step 3: assembling: the pressing device presses downwards, and a nut is screwed on a threaded rod of the clamp and screwed tightly, so that the oil cooler chip is tightly pressed together by the clamp cover plate and the clamp bottom plate;
and 4, step 4: blanking: and (3) lifting the pressing device, moving the centering shaft, the pre-positioning assembly and the positioning assembly from the working position to the waiting position as shown in fig. 4, and jacking the jacking device upwards to jack the oil cooler out of the centering shaft.

The method of assembling an oil cooler assembly machine as recited in claim 3, wherein said oil cooler chip of step 1 is ring-shaped, said oil cooler chip is fitted over said centering shaft, said oil cooler chip is provided with a notch, and said notch of said oil cooler chip is aligned with said pre-positioning assembly.
