And (5) controlling the moving mechanism 5 to adjust the water spraying pipe 26 to ascend by the PLC 41, completing the humidification work of the next area of the poured wall from bottom to top, and controlling the moving vehicle body 1 to horizontally move for a distance by the PLC 41 according to the length value.
And (6) repeating the steps (4) and (5) until the whole humidifying work of the poured wall is finished, waiting for the timing period of the timer 43 by the PLC 41, and then carrying out the next humidifying work, wherein the timing period can be obtained in advance according to a spraying test, the timing period is input by a worker through the touch screen 42 when the timing period is applied again, and the PLC 41 automatically waits for one timing period and then repeatedly sprays according to an instruction after the humidifying work is finished, so that the purposes of saving manpower and improving the efficiency are achieved.

(2) the PLC (41) controls the moving mechanism (5) to adjust the water spraying pipe (26) to ascend to the highest position facing the wall to be poured according to the height value;
(3) the PLC (41) controls the water pump (21) to continuously supply water to the water spraying pipe (26), and the atomizing nozzle (27) sprays atomized water drops to a wall to be poured to humidify the wall;
(4) the PLC (41) controls the moving mechanism (5) to adjust the water spraying pipe (26) to descend so as to finish the humidification work of one area of the poured wall from top to bottom, and then the PLC (41) controls the moving vehicle body (1) to horizontally move for a distance according to the length value;
(5) the PLC (41) controls the moving mechanism (5) to adjust the water spraying pipe (26) to ascend, the humidification work of the next area of the poured wall from bottom to top is completed, and the PLC (41) controls the moving vehicle body (1) to horizontally move for a distance according to the length value;
(6) and (5) repeating the steps (4) and (5) until the whole humidifying work of the pouring wall is finished, and waiting for the timing period of the timer (43) by the PLC (41) and then carrying out the next humidifying work.
