The fire extinguishing method of the fire extinguishing system comprises the following steps:
1) judging the type: the sensors detect the ignition types and the positions of the ignition points of different storage areas in the warehouse, the controller determines the ignition types and the positions of the ignition points according to the detection data, and the multi-arm fire extinguishing system and the fire extinguishing device extinguish fire according to the ignition types;
2) sand fire extinguishing: when the condition that sand is needed to be covered and irrigated is detected, the controller simultaneously opens the control valve, the sand conveying belt, the discharge electromagnetic valve above the ignition area, the spiral conveyor of the ignition area, all the spiral conveyors at the upstream of the ignition area and all the crawler conveying belts at the upstream of the ignition area, and simultaneously, the telescopic column of the electric telescopic cylinder at the ignition area is controlled to contract, the bottom of the interlayer fire-proof cover falls to the ground, the bottom plate in the interlayer fire-proof cover also falls down, so that the insertion column is drawn out from the discharge hole, the sand in the funnel-shaped sand storage bin is conveyed into the storage cavity of the fire extinguishing device above the ignition area, and then the sand falls into the interlayer fire-proof cover through the discharge hole to form a partition, thereby preventing flame spreading and causing large-area ignition, and simultaneously the sand is conveyed to the ignition area through the funnel-shaped discharge hole, burying sandy soil, extinguishing fire, sending a signal when a sensor of a fire area detects that the fire area has no fire point, receiving the signal by the controller, and closing a control valve, a sandy soil conveying belt, a discharge electromagnetic valve above the fire area, a spiral conveyor of the fire area, all spiral conveyors at the upstream of the fire area and all crawler conveying belts at the upstream of the fire area by the controller;
3) deflagration treatment: when the storage area suddenly explodes due to chemical agents or sodium metal, the controller similarly adopts the sand and soil in the step 2) to extinguish the fire according to the detection data, when the infrared sensor is buried in the sand and soil, the infrared sensor of the firing area sends out a signal, the controller receives the signal of the infrared sensor, the controller closes all the control valve, the sand and soil conveying belt, the discharge electromagnetic valve above the firing area, the spiral conveyor of the firing area, all the spiral conveyors at the upstream of the firing area and all the crawler belts at the upstream of the firing area, and after the sensors determine that the storage area of the warehouse is not fired, a person wearing the protective equipment can enter the warehouse to extinguish the fire area to confirm whether the fire is completely extinguished;
4) cleaning: the hoisting machine around the ignition area is opened through the controller, hooks at the front end of a winding rope of the hoisting machine are hooked with the pull ring of the interlayer fire-resistant cover on the same side, the controller controls the hoisting machine to pull up the interlayer fire-resistant cover through the winding rope and open the opening of the zipper, after a person wearing protective equipment confirms that the area is safe without an ignition point, sandy soil can be cleaned, when sandy soil in the area is cleaned and sandy soil in the interlayer fire-resistant cover in the area is also cleaned, the controller controls the hoisting machine to lower the interlayer fire-resistant cover, close the opening of the zipper, take down the hooks at the front end of the winding rope of the hoisting machine from the pull ring, then hook the hooks at the front end of the winding rope of the hoisting machine and the lifting ring on the same side, start the winding rope of the hoisting machine through the controller to pull the lifting ring, the lifting ring lifts the insertion column through the rope, and the insertion column lifts the interlayer fire-resistant cover through the bottom plate, the inserting columns are respectively inserted into the matched discharge holes, when the bottom of the interlayer fire-resistant cover is higher than the telescopic stopper, the controller controls the winch to stop, the controller controls the telescopic column of the electric telescopic cylinder to complete the extension state, then the controller controls the extension of the winding rope of the winch, the bottom of the interlayer fire-resistant cover falls on the telescopic column, then the hook at the front end of the winding rope of the winch is taken down from the hanging ring, the controller closes the winch, and the hanging ring is placed into the containing box at the same side.
When fire is extinguished, the controller determines the fire type and the position of a fire point according to the detection data, selects a corresponding support arm assembly according to the fire type, controls the first driving device to drive the main connecting disc to move the selected support arm assembly, controls the second driving device to drive the support arm assembly to bend, controls the spraying device communicated with the support arm assembly to spray extinguishing medium, and sprays the extinguishing medium to the fire point through the spraying head of the spraying device to extinguish the fire.
In this embodiment, the intelligent multi-arm fire extinguishing system is used in laboratory that proposes can the automated inspection laboratory type of catching fire and ignition point position to according to the type of catching fire automatic selection medium of putting out a fire, effective putting out a fire, convenient to use safety to the ignition.
In a specific embodiment, a temperature sensor is arranged outside the support arm assembly and used for detecting the temperature of an ignition point in real time, a jet flow adjusting valve is arranged on the third joint, in the fire extinguishing process, the temperature sensor detects the fire extinguishing condition in real time, and the controller controls the jet flow adjusting valve to adjust the jet flow according to the temperature change.

the fire extinguishing devices are respectively positioned above warehouse storage areas and comprise suspended ceiling fixing seats, storage cavities are arranged in the suspended ceiling fixing seats, interlayer fire-resistant covers are arranged at the bottoms of the storage cavities in a surrounding mode, the top of cavities of the interlayer fire-resistant covers is communicated with a bottom discharge hole of the storage cavities, and connecting bases are arranged at the bottoms in the interlayer fire-resistant covers; the top of the suspended ceiling fixing seat is provided with a conveying pipe, the bottom of the conveying pipe above the suspended ceiling fixing seat is provided with a discharge pipe, the bottom of the discharge pipe is provided with a discharge electromagnetic valve, one end of the conveying pipe of the fire extinguishing device at the head end is communicated with one side of an upper storage bin, the other side of the upper storage bin is provided with a screw conveyor, an sandy soil conveying belt is arranged above an opening of the upper storage bin, the tail end of the sandy soil conveying belt is arranged at the bottom of a discharge port of a funnel-shaped sandy soil storage bin, a control valve is arranged on the discharge port of the funnel-shaped sandy soil storage bin, the conveying end of a screw shaft of the screw conveyor sequentially penetrates through the upper storage bin and the conveying pipe to enter a connecting conveyor, one end of a crawler conveying belt of the connecting conveyor is arranged below the conveying end of the screw shaft extending into the upper storage bin, and the other, the conveying end of a spiral shaft of a spiral conveyor of the fire extinguishing device at the tail end is positioned in the matched conveying pipe; the bottom of the storage cavity is provided with a funnel-shaped discharge port, a discharge electromagnetic valve is arranged on the funnel-shaped discharge port, and the top of the storage cavity is provided with an intelligent multi-arm fire extinguishing system;

A fire suppression system as recited in claim 1 wherein: the outer side of the interlayer fire-resistant cover is provided with a plurality of vertical zipper openings, and the bottom of the outer side of the interlayer fire-resistant cover, which is at the same side with the winch, is provided with a pull ring.

A fire suppression system as recited in claim 1 wherein: head end extinguishing device between extinguishing device and the tail end extinguishing device is connected through connecting the conveyer, it includes the casing to connect the conveyer, the both ends of casing are connected with two adjacent extinguishing device respectively, the one end of casing and an extinguishing device's conveyer pipe intercommunication, the opening at the bulge mouth of the other end of casing and another extinguishing device's last feed bin top communicates, be equipped with in the casing track conveyer belt, track conveyer belt's base with the casing bottom is connected.
4. A fire suppression system as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein: a plurality of blocking rods are arranged on a track of the track conveying belt at intervals, and two ends of each blocking rod are connected through an elastic blocking belt.

1) judging the type: the sensors detect the ignition types and the positions of the ignition points of different storage areas in the warehouse, the controller determines the ignition types and the positions of the ignition points according to the detection data, and the multi-arm fire extinguishing system and the fire extinguishing device extinguish fire according to the ignition types;
2) sand fire extinguishing: when the condition that sand is needed to be covered and irrigated is detected, the controller simultaneously opens the control valve, the sand conveying belt, the discharge electromagnetic valve above the ignition area, the spiral conveyor of the ignition area, all the spiral conveyors at the upstream of the ignition area and all the crawler conveying belts at the upstream of the ignition area, and simultaneously, the telescopic column of the electric telescopic cylinder at the ignition area is controlled to contract, the bottom of the interlayer fire-proof cover falls to the ground, the bottom plate in the interlayer fire-proof cover also falls down, so that the insertion column is drawn out from the discharge hole, the sand in the funnel-shaped sand storage bin is conveyed into the storage cavity of the fire extinguishing device above the ignition area, and then the sand falls into the interlayer fire-proof cover through the discharge hole to form a partition, thereby preventing flame spreading and causing large-area ignition, and simultaneously the sand is conveyed to the ignition area through the funnel-shaped discharge hole, burying sandy soil, extinguishing fire, sending a signal when a sensor of a fire area detects that the fire area has no fire point, receiving the signal by the controller, and closing a control valve, a sandy soil conveying belt, a discharge electromagnetic valve above the fire area, a spiral conveyor of the fire area, all spiral conveyors at the upstream of the fire area and all crawler conveying belts at the upstream of the fire area by the controller;
