Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of essential oil, in particular to compound aromatic essential oil for improving the antioxidant activity of human cells and application thereof. The compound essential oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of tea tree essential oil, 10-20 parts of citronella essential oil and 40-60 parts of mint essential oil. The invention also provides application of the compound aromatic essential oil in preparing a medicament for preventing and treating microsome lipid peroxidation through an olfactory pathway in a targeted manner. The compound aromatic essential oil can effectively reduce microsomal lipid peroxidation induced by different factors, reduce the level of intracellular oxide and improve the level of antioxidant, and meanwhile, the raw materials are all pure natural plant essences, so that no side effect is caused in the using process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of essential oil, in particular to compound aromatic essential oil for improving the antioxidant activity of human cells and application thereof.
Background
Harmful gases such as human metabolic waste gas exist in a plurality of closed spaces, and the health state of personnel is influenced and the operation capability is reduced when the personnel operates in the environment for a long time. Researches find that oxidative stress is a main action mechanism of external harmful factors, most toxic and harmful gases attack macromolecules in organisms to cause organism damage by generating various forms of free radicals, and damage can be reduced by directly resisting the free radicals by using a free radical scavenger or an antioxidant or by improving the antioxidant capacity of the organisms, so that the search for substances capable of eliminating the harmful gases and reducing the substances capable of inducing the oxidative stress of the organisms is very important for improving the environment and the health of people.
Most of the existing natural extracts with the deodorization function only report that the natural extracts can eliminate free radicals and oxidation resistance in a chemical system, and the effect on organisms, particularly human bodies is unknown. The radical scavenger or antioxidant, which is commonly used in organisms, has not been found to have the effect of improving air quality, and its effect cannot be conveniently achieved by inhalation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a compound aromatic essential oil for improving the antioxidant activity of human cells, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30-40 parts of tea tree essential oil, 10-20 parts of citronella essential oil and 40-60 parts of mint essential oil.
The second aspect of the invention provides application of the compound aromatic essential oil in preparing a medicament for preventing and treating microsome lipid peroxidation through an olfactory pathway in a targeted manner.
Further, the medicine is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30-40 parts of tea tree essential oil, 10-20 parts of citronella essential oil, 40-60 parts of mint essential oil and 5-10 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol.
Further, the medicament is a spray.
Further, the preparation method of the spray comprises the following steps:
weighing 30-40 parts of tea tree essential oil, 10-20 parts of citronella essential oil, 40-60 parts of mint essential oil and 5-10 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol according to the mass parts, and mixing the tea tree essential oil, the citronella essential oil, the mint essential oil and the absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain a finished spray product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
the compound aromatic essential oil for improving the antioxidant activity of human cells provided by the invention can effectively reduce the level of intracellular oxides and improve the level of antioxidants, and meanwhile, the raw materials are all pure natural plant essences, so that no side effect is caused in the use process.
Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to specific examples, but the present invention should not be construed as being limited thereto. The technical means used in the following examples are conventional means well known to those skilled in the art, and materials, reagents and the like used in the following examples can be commercially available unless otherwise specified.
Examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 6
Weighing the raw materials according to the corresponding data in the table 1, and uniformly mixing the raw materials with 8kg of absolute ethyl alcohol by stirring to obtain the compound aromatic essential oil.
Table 1 complex essential oil formula table unit: kg of
Measurement indexes are as follows:
applications H2O2Treating L02 cells to make oxidative stress model, and determining the influence of different proportions of essential oil on cell oxidative stress, wherein the indexes include cell activity (CCK8), Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) level, Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, Catalase (CAT) activity, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. The above measurements were carried out according to the corresponding commercial kit (Nanjing Biotechnology Co., Ltd.). Simultaneously setting blank control (adding culture medium only) and solvent control (adding culture medium and H)2O2) Positive drug control (culture medium plus H)2O2Adding Vc after treatment) and essential oil (culture medium plus H)2O2Followed by treatment with essential oil) and the results are shown in table 2.
Table 2 results of cellular oxidative stress test (n ═ 3)
As can be seen from Table 2, in the influence of cellular oxidative stress at different ratios, compared with solvent control, the CCK8, CAT,/GSH-Px and SOD levels of examples 1-4 are obviously increased, and MDA and ROS are obviously reduced, which shows that the formulas of examples 1-4 can reduce the intracellular oxide level and improve the antioxidant level, compared with comparative examples 1-6, the comprehensive effect of examples 1-4 is better, therefore, the mass ratio of the tea tree essential oil, the citronella essential oil and the mint essential oil is determined to be 30-40: 10-20: 40-60.
It should be noted that the steps and methods adopted in the claims of the present invention are the same as those of the above-mentioned embodiments, and for the sake of avoiding redundancy, the present invention describes the preferred embodiments, but those skilled in the art can make other changes and modifications to these embodiments once they learn the basic inventive concept. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
