Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technology of medical instruments, in particular to a technology of a sinus detection device.
Background
The sinus tract is a blind tract with an opening on the skin or mucous membrane formed after deep tissue necrosis, and the fistula tract is two ducts with intercommunicated sore openings in vivo and in vitro. Before sinus care is carried out, medical staff need to judge whether a sore opening is a sinus or a fistula, if the sore opening is the sinus, the depth and the trend of the sinus need to be detected, and if the sore opening is the fistula, the fistula needs to be cured by adopting an operation.
The current sinus detection method is to use long cotton swab, vessel forceps, tweezers and other instruments to probe, and these instruments have defects, such as: the long swab rod is easy to break in a sore, the vessel forceps and the tweezers are too thick and hard to cause sinus tissue damage, the sinus bottom is not easy to detect under the condition of sinus tortuosity, and the instruments can only be used for detecting the sinus and cannot clean the sinus.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a sinus detection device capable of detecting the depth of sinus, avoiding damage to sinus tissue, and cleaning sinus.

Furthermore, a metering scale for marking the length is printed on the detection tube along the length direction.

The sinus detection device provided by the invention can inject water in the injection tube into the soft detection tube, the detection tube can smoothly enter the sinus, particularly the sinus with a curved trend under the guidance of flushing water flow and the guide steel wire, and can detect the bottom of the sinus, so that the sinus depth can be measured, and the detection tube and the guide steel wire are flexible devices, so that sinus tissues can be prevented from being damaged, water flow is ejected from each side hole on the detection tube, and the sinus can be cleaned.

the rear end of the guide steel wire 5 is fixed on the piston 3, the front end of the guide steel wire 5 extends into the detection tube 2 through an injection port of the injection tube, the guide steel wire 5 can move back and forth in the detection tube, and the length of the guide steel wire is larger than that of the detection tube, so that the guide steel wire can move forward to a position (the state shown in fig. 2) where the front end of the guide steel wire is propped against the inner wall of the front end of the detection tube.
The embodiment of the invention is used for detecting and cleaning the sinus, and the using method is as follows:
firstly, the probe tube is stretched into the cleaning water, then the push rod is utilized to pull the piston to move backwards, so that only a small section of the front end of the guide steel wire is left to be dissociated in the probe tube (in the state shown in figure 1), and the cleaning water is sucked into the injection tube;
then the detecting tube is extended into the target pipeline from the opening of the target sore, the piston is pushed forwards by the push rod, along with the forward movement of the piston, the cleaning water in the injection tube enters the detecting tube and is ejected out from each side hole, the target pipeline can be cleaned, meanwhile, the guide steel wire gradually enters the detecting tube, the detecting tube can smoothly advance in the target pipeline after being filled with water flow, and under the auxiliary guide of the guide steel wire, the detecting tube can smoothly advance in the target pipeline, particularly the pipeline which is bent;
if the whole probe tube enters the target pipeline and does not touch the bottom, the target pipeline is suspected to be possibly a fistula, and contrast agent can be injected for pipeline examination;
if the probe tube is in the target pipeline and then touches the bottom, the target pipeline can be judged to be the sinus, at the moment, the depth of the sinus can be measured according to the scale on the probe tube, and the injection tube can suck cleaning water again for flushing the sinus.

1. A sinus detection device, characterized by: comprises an injection tube, a detection tube and an elastic guide steel wire;
the detection tube is an elastic soft tube body, the front end of the detection tube is closed, the rear end of the detection tube is open, a plurality of side holes are formed in the detection tube, each side hole is divided into a plurality of groups, and the side holes in the same group are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the detection tube;

the rear end of the guide steel wire is fixed on the piston, the front end of the guide steel wire extends into the detection tube through an injection port of the injection tube, and the guide steel wire can move back and forth in the detection tube.
