Technical Field

6. An oven as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein said inner container is formed of a reflective material, the inner wall of said inner container forming said infrared reflective surface.
7. An oven as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein said infrared heating element is an infrared heating tube.
8. An oven as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein said control means includes a controller, a control panel and a temperature sampling circuit, the output of said temperature sensor being electrically connected to said controller via said temperature sampling circuit, said control panel being electrically connected to said controller.
9. The oven of claim 8 wherein said control means further comprises a display means.
10. The oven of claim 1 further comprising a carrier removably mounted to an inner wall support structure of said inner container.
