A pressure cooker comprises a cooker body with a cooking space, a cooker cover assembly and an opening stopping assembly, wherein the cooker cover assembly covers the opening of the cooker body and is used for closing the cooking space, the opening stopping assembly is mounted on the cooker cover assembly, the cooker body comprises a cooker edge which is positioned at the upper end of the cooker body and is annular, cooker teeth extend from the cooker edge, the cooker cover assembly comprises a cover edge which is sleeved on the outer side of the cooker edge and cover teeth extend from the cover edge, the opening stopping assembly comprises an opening stopping slide block and an opening stopping float, when the cooking space is not pressurized, the opening stopping slide block can be driven to slide by the action of rotating an opening cover, and under the condition that the pressure is in the cooking space, the opening stopping float block rises to prevent the opening stopping slide block from sliding, so that the opening cover of the cooker cover assembly is prevented from rotating, and the opening stopping assembly further comprises a locking slide block connected to the opening stopping slide block, under the condition that forced uncovering causes deformation of the opening stopping sliding block, the locking sliding block is matched and locked with the pot teeth to prevent the pot cover assembly from being uncovered in a rotating mode.
2. The pressure cooker of claim 1, wherein said opening stop assembly includes a plunger coupled to said opening stop slider, said pot teeth include a main body portion having an inclined outer side surface, said plunger being adapted to slide said opening stop slider under the action of said outer side surface during the cover opening rotation.
3. The pressure cooker of claim 2, wherein said teeth further comprise a stop extending downwardly from said body portion, and said opening stop assembly comprises a pin connected to said blocking slider and lower than said plunger, whereby said blocking slider engages said stop to prevent further opening of said lid in the event of deformation of said opening stop caused by forcible opening of said lid.

The pressure cooker as claimed in claim 3, wherein the opening stopping assembly further comprises an elastic member, the opening stopping assembly maintains a tendency to slide toward the center of the lid assembly by the elastic member, the opening stopping slider slides toward the outer side of the lid assembly by the engagement of the push rod with the outer side of the teeth during the rotation of the lid, and the opening stopping slider slides toward the center of the lid assembly by the elastic member after the push rod slides over the outer side of the teeth.
5. The pressure cooker as claimed in claim 4, wherein the locking slider is located at a distance behind the opening prevention slider in the opening direction, and the latch bar passes over the teeth a distance after the lid assembly is rotated to the opening position, so that the lid assembly can be opened and closed without hindrance.
6. The pressure cooker of claim 2, wherein said tooth includes a receiving portion, said opening stop assembly includes a latch rod connected to said blocking slide and engageable with an outer side surface of said tooth, said blocking slide engaging said tooth through said latch rod in said receiving portion to prevent further opening of said cover in the event of deformation of said opening stop slide by forced opening of said cover.

The pressure cooker as claimed in claim 6, wherein the distance between the push rod and the bolt is set to be appropriate for the width of the receiving portion, so that the bolt is engaged with the cooker teeth when the push rod slides to the position of the receiving portion during normal cover opening and closing.
8. The pressure cooker of claim 6, wherein said pot teeth include sides that enclose said receiving portion to increase the strength of said pot teeth.
9. The pressure cooker of claim 4, wherein the push rod includes a push rod end portion and a first assembly portion located at opposite sides of the opening stop slider, the push rod end portion abuts against the cooker teeth, and the elastic member includes a first elastic member sleeved to the first assembly portion.
10. The pressure cooker of claim 9, wherein said latch rod includes a latch rod end and a second assembly portion located on opposite sides of said deadlocking slider, and said resilient member includes a second resilient member sleeved to said second assembly portion.
11. The pressure cooker of claim 6, wherein said lid assembly includes a handle, said first resilient member being located between said handle and said opening stop slider, said second resilient member being located between said handle and said locking slider.
12. The pressure cooker of claim 6, wherein said opening stop assembly includes a connecting portion connecting said locking slider and said opening stop slider, and a hole provided in said connecting portion, said connecting portion including a narrowed portion located approximately at a middle position, said opening stop float rising to cooperate with said hole to prevent said opening stop slider from sliding, said hole being located close to said locking slider, said locking slider being unable to be removed from said receiving portion when said narrowed portion is broken by forcibly opening the lid.
13. The pressure cooker as claimed in claim 6, wherein the opening stop assembly includes a connecting portion connecting the locking slider and the opening stop slider, the connecting portion has elasticity, the opening stop float rises to cooperate with the hole to prevent the opening stop slider from sliding, and when the cover is opened forcibly, the connecting portion is elastically deformed by a force to prevent the connecting portion from being broken.
