The first material layer is foamed by EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), foamed by PU (polyurethane) or foamed by a rubber material.
The second material layer is made of rubber materials, and can also be made of other anti-skid and wear-resistant materials such as TPR.
The shape of the first mould is the same as that of the molded shape of the first foaming; the second mould has a pattern and a bottom shape, and the shape of the second mould is the same as the shape of the first material layer.
The production process of the rubber foamed formal shoe sole provided by the first embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
first foaming and first foaming: placing the foaming material into a first mould, heating the first mould (the temperature is between 160 and 180 ℃), and expanding the foaming material in the first mould through the heating and the foaming action of the foaming material per se to form a first-time foamed molded body;
second foaming and second foaming: placing the foaming material and the molded sample of the first foaming into a second mold for second foaming (at the temperature of between 170 ℃ and 190 ℃), and forming the molded sample of the first material layer through the second foaming;
thirdly, high-temperature vulcanization and hot pressing: placing a material exceeding the solvent of the third mold in the third mold, performing high-temperature vulcanization hot pressing (vulcanization hot pressing at the temperature of between about 140 ℃ and 150 ℃), then molding the material placed in the third mold, and obtaining a bottom sheet of the second material layer after the third mold is opened;
fourth, gluing: and combining the first material layer and the second material layer together in a gluing mode to form the rubber foaming sole.
Second embodiment:
