s1: screening and cleaning the selected soybeans to remove impurities in the soybeans, putting the soybeans into a soaking pool, adding clear water with the weight 5-8 times that of the soybeans into the soaking pool, and soaking the soybeans for 10-12 hours;
s2: taking out the soybeans soaked in the step S1 from the soaking pool, containing the soybeans by using a string bag, washing the soybeans by using clear water for 1-2 times, suspending the soybeans in the air by using the string bag after washing, and draining the moisture;
s3: putting the soybeans processed in the step S2 into an extraction device, continuously injecting clear water into the extraction device according to the weight ratio of soybean water of 1:7, starting the extraction device, crushing the soybeans, and filtering to obtain crushed soybean dregs;
s4: sterilizing the bean dregs obtained in the step S3, adding the sterilized bean dregs into a fermentation tank, adding 5-8% of yeast into the fermentation tank, adding sterile water which is 3-5 times of the weight of the bean dregs, sealing the fermentation tank, and fermenting for 48-72 hours under a constant temperature state to obtain fermentation liquor;
s5: filtering the fermentation liquor obtained in the step S4, collecting the obtained solid, and drying the collected solid at low temperature under reduced pressure to obtain soybean dietary fiber;
