本发明涉及一种高性能农药助剂,属于农药助剂技术领域,包含有下述质量百分比的组分:植物油及其衍生物:55‑75%,润湿剂5‑8%,渗透剂3‑6%,乳化剂11‑20%,分散剂4‑7%和抗漂移剂2‑4%。本发明产品具有渗透性良好、润湿性强、用量少、高效环保等优点,其表面张力(稀释1000倍)可低至25mN/m以下,有效地提高了农药有效成分的利用率;混配通用性高,可与各种农药混配,在病虫螨害等防治效果中极佳;也可适用于各种剂型,尤其是在水悬剂、油悬剂上增效效果更佳,解决了目前某些助剂只能用于单种农药的局限性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能农药助剂,属于农药助剂技术领域。
背景技术
喷雾是目前农业上应用较为广泛的方法,但在喷洒过程中,药液在植物叶子上的粘附性差,再加上喷雾颗粒小,遇风产生飘移,遇到雨水更易流失,从而降低了药液的吸收。农药助剂可显著降低溶液的表面张力,减轻飘移和弹跳等负面影响,增强液滴与叶片间的粘附力和展着力,提高农药的渗透性和内吸性,促进药剂在植物体内的传导,降低植物毒性,使农药制剂更加高效环保。
经过试验数据对比,国内现售农药助剂的表面张力普遍偏高,最低约为30mN/m(稀释1000倍),导致农药有效成分的利用率偏低;现售的农药助剂混配通用性差,不同类型农药、不同种类植物需要不同的农药助剂,导致使用过程的浪费。专利CN201810209725.X提到的一种农药喷雾专用增效剂能显著降低药液表面张力,提高药物的渗透,但所述农药喷雾专用增效剂仅配合常用杀菌剂、杀虫剂用于防治小麦的病虫害,适用面窄。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高性能农药助剂,其表面张力(稀释1000倍)可低至25mN/m以下,混配通用性高,可与各种农药混配。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高性能农药助剂,包含有下述质量百分比的组分:植物油及其衍生物:55-75%,润湿剂5-8%,渗透剂3-6%,乳化剂11-20%,分散剂4-7%和抗漂移剂2-4%。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述植物油及其衍生物包括大豆油、油酸甲酯、油酸乙酯、油酸异丙酯、蓖麻油、棕榈油、菜籽油、棉籽油、松节油、植物精油的一种或多种。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述润湿剂包括烷基硫酸盐、磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-3、AEO-5、AEO-7)、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物和硅醇类的一种或多种。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述渗透剂包括聚醚改性三硅氧烷、三硅氧烷聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC)、顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯磺酸盐、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基萘磺酸钠、氮酮一种或多种。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述的乳化剂包括烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基苯磺酸钠、苯乙烯基苯基聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基苯基聚氧乙烯一聚氧丙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐的一种或多种。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述分散剂包括EO/PO的嵌段聚醚、聚羧酸盐高分子、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、甲基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物磺酸盐的一种或多种。

由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明取得的技术效果有:
本发明的高性能农药助剂具有渗透性良好、润湿性强、用量少、高效环保等优点,其表面张力(稀释1000倍)可低至25mN/m以下,有效地提高了农药有效成分的利用率;在润湿、乳化及实际药效中的效果明显优于国内的现有产品,在3000至5000倍的稀释条件下仍具有良好的润湿渗透作用。
本发明产品的混配通用性高,可与各种农药混配,已经成功与多种除草剂、杀螨剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂、植物生长调节剂等混配使用,在病虫螨害等防治效果中极佳;也可适用于各种剂型,尤其是在水悬剂、油悬剂上增效效果更佳,解决了目前某些助剂只能用于单种农药的局限性。
本发明以绿色环保、易降解的植物油及其衍生物为内吸主体,可以吸附在农作物上增加药效;添加适量的润湿剂来提高药液在植被上的润湿性;渗透剂可降低药液在植被上表面张力增强其渗透性;乳化剂、抗漂移剂可减少药液在空中的漂移。本发明产品用量低、药效好、成本低,是一种性价比极高的农药助剂。

实施例1
在温度为45℃的条件下,将油酸甲酯65份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-5)3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐3份、聚醚改性三硅氧烷2份、顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯磺酸盐3份、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐份3份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、聚氧乙烯失水梨醇单月桂酸酯3份、苯乙基苯基聚氧乙烯一聚氧丙烯醚3份、聚羧酸盐2份、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物2份、烷基乙基磺酸盐2份、聚乙二醇2份。混合并搅拌均匀,得到本发明的农药助剂。该农药助剂为黄色粘稠液体。该助剂的pH为6.41,表面张力(稀释1000倍)23.95mN/m。
实施例2
在温度为40℃的条件下,将蓖麻油60份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)5份、有机硅聚氧乙烯醚4份、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯2份、顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯磺酸盐2份、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、烷基苯磺酸钙3份、烷基苯基磺酸盐4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐3份、EO/PO的嵌段聚醚2份、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物2份、烷基乙基磺酸盐1份、黄原胶2份、尿素2份。混合并搅拌均匀,得到本发明的农药助剂。该农药助剂为淡黄色或黄色均相透明液体。该助剂的pH为6.20,表面张力(稀释1000倍)24.08mN/m。
实施例3
在温度为50℃的条件下,将植物精油55份,三硅氧烷聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC)2份,异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯2份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)3份、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚4份、烷基苯基磺酸盐5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙6份、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐3份,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐4份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物磺酸盐4份、烷基乙基磺酸盐1份、黄原胶1份,尿素1份,EO/PO共聚物1份。混合并搅拌均匀,得到本发明的农药助剂。该农药助剂为黄色粘稠液体。该助剂的pH为6.53。表面张力(稀释1000倍)24.37mN/m。
实施例4
在温度为45℃的条件下,将棉籽油70份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚JFC 2份、有机硅聚氧乙烯醚2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-5 4份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物4份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚4份、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐3份、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚2份、甲基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物1份、聚羧酸盐1份、烷基乙基磺酸盐2份、尿素1份。混合并搅拌均匀,得到本发明的农药助剂。该农药助剂为淡黄色或黄色均相透明液体。该助剂的pH为6.62。表面张力(稀释1000倍)24.44mN/m。
实施例5
在温度为50℃的条件下,将大豆油75份,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚3份、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚3份、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯1份、聚醚改性三硅氧烷2份、聚氧乙烯失水梨醇单月桂酸酯3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐3份、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐3份、烷基乙基磺酸盐1份、EO/PO共聚物1份、瓜尔胶1份。混合并搅拌均匀,得到本发明的农药助剂。该农药助剂为淡黄色或黄色均相透明液体。该助剂的pH为6.57。表面张力(稀释1000倍)24.51mN/m。
取各实施例的产品和市售样品进行性能指标检测对比,结果见下表1:

从表1可以看出:(1)本发明实例产品的表面张力(1000倍稀释)均在25mN/m以下,而市售样品的表面张力(1000倍稀释)均在30mN/m以上,本发明实例产品的表面张力明显低于市售样品;(2)本发明实例产品的渗透时间(稀释1000倍)为20.52-23.49s,而市售样品的渗透时间(稀释1000倍)为42.75-52.26s,本发明实例产品的渗透时间明显少于于市售样品,渗透时间短,渗透力强。表面张力小、渗透快,与农药混配后有助于提高农药的吸收和药效。
分别取不同实施例及市售样品与不同类型的农药进行复配(将农药制剂稀释150倍,向其中加入0.1%的助剂),对性能指标进行测试,检测结果均值见下表2:表2
如表2所示,与市售产品的性能指标对比结果显示:与本发明的农药助剂复配后,不同类型农药的表面张力和渗透时间均明显缩短;而市售样品与除草剂30%草甘膦铵盐水剂、4%烟嘧磺隆·20%莠去津油悬剂和杀虫、杀螨剂1.8%精品阿维乳油复配后混合液的表面张力并没有降低的趋势,市售产品2、3与除草剂4%烟嘧磺隆·20%莠去津油悬剂复配后混合液的渗透时间没有缩短趋势反而增长。
桶混使用该助剂,将不同类型的农药均稀释150倍后加入0.1%的本发明助剂,除草、杀虫药效均可提高30-50%,并且飞防使用该助剂增效效果同样显著。
Claims (7)
1.一种高性能农药助剂,其特征在于:组分包括:植物油及其衍生物:55-75%,润湿剂5-8%,渗透剂3-6%,乳化剂11-20%,分散剂4-7%和抗漂移剂2-4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能农药助剂,其特征在于:所述植物油及其衍生物包括大豆油、油酸甲酯、油酸乙酯、油酸异丙酯、蓖麻油、棕榈油、菜籽油、棉籽油、松节油、植物精油的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能农药助剂,其特征在于:所述润湿剂包括烷基硫酸盐、磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-3、AEO-5、AEO-7)、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物和硅醇类的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能农药助剂,其特征在于:所述渗透剂包括聚醚改性三硅氧烷、三硅氧烷聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC)、顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯磺酸盐、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基萘磺酸钠、氮酮一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能农药助剂,其特征在于:所述的乳化剂包括烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基苯磺酸钠、苯乙烯基苯基聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基苯基聚氧乙烯一聚氧丙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能农药助剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂包括EO/PO的嵌段聚醚、聚羧酸盐高分子、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、甲基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物磺酸盐的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能农药助剂,其特征在于:所述抗漂移剂包括烷基乙基磺酸盐、EO/PO共聚物、聚乙二醇、尿素、硝酸铵、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、海藻酸中的一种或多种。
