And the polyphonic ringtone platform performs different operations aiming at different types of rejected original data.
In one example, if the rejection data includes voice data and/or text data, searching the ringtone base for a second video matching the voice data and/or the text data, and taking the second video as the rejection video.
Specifically, a second video matched with the voice data, or a second video matched with the text data, or a second video matched with both the voice data and the text data is searched in the ring tone library, and it can be understood that the ring tone library of the polyphonic ringtone platform can be a cloud-end ring tone library. The matching in this example means that the content played in the second video is similar to or equal to the content of the voice data; or, the content played in the second video is similar to or equal to the content of the text data, for example, the voice data is "i'm cooking", and the polyphonic ringtone platform searches for the related video containing "i'm cooking" in the ringtone base. And taking the searched second video as the reject video.
It should be noted that, in order to quickly search for a video, the color ring platform may convert voice data into text data, and perform a search using the text data.
In another example, if the rejection original data is a video tag, a third video corresponding to the video tag is acquired, and the third video is taken as the rejection video.
Specifically, in the polyphonic ringtone platform, a video set by the called user is pre-stored in a ringtone account corresponding to the called terminal, and the stored video can be made by the called user and can also be a video downloaded from a network. After the polyphonic ringtone platform acquires the video label, a third video corresponding to the video label can be inquired according to the video label, and the third video is taken as a refused video.
In another example, if the reject original data includes a link and a timestamp, the corresponding fourth video is acquired according to the link, the fourth video is synchronized with the first video played by the called terminal according to the timestamp, and the synchronized fourth video is used as the reject video.
The polyphonic ringtone platform can acquire the video link, download a fourth video, synchronize the fourth video with the first video played by the called terminal, and send the synchronized fourth video to the calling terminal.
Step 303: and replacing the video color ring predetermined by the called user with the refused video.
Specifically, the polyphonic ringtone platform changes the video polyphonic ringtone preset by the called user into the refused video. In an example, for a call initiated by a calling terminal to a called terminal in this time, a color ring platform may change a video color ring played by the calling terminal in this call to a reject video. For example, in the call, the polyphonic ringtone platform issues a rejection video, if the calling terminal has not played the video polyphonic ringtone, the calling terminal directly plays the rejection video after receiving the rejection video, and if the calling terminal is playing the video polyphonic ringtone subscribed by the called user, the calling terminal switches the played video polyphonic ringtone into the rejection video after receiving the rejection video.
In another example, the polyphonic ringtone platform changes the video polyphonic ringtone predetermined by the called terminal into the refused video until the next time the polyphonic ringtone platform changes the predetermined video polyphonic ringtone. For example, the video color ring back tone predetermined by the called terminal is "night music", the refused video is the game video of the called user, the color ring back tone platform takes the refused video as the video color ring back tone predetermined by the called terminal, and the game video is still played to the calling terminal when the called terminal rings next time.
It is obvious that the present embodiment is a color ring platform embodiment corresponding to the first embodiment, and the present embodiment can be implemented in cooperation with the first embodiment. The related technical details mentioned in the first embodiment are still valid in this embodiment, and are not described herein again in order to reduce repetition. Accordingly, the related-art details mentioned in the present embodiment can also be applied to the first embodiment.
The fourth embodiment of the invention relates to a method for replacing video color ring. In the present embodiment, a procedure of performing a mute process on a rejected video and performing a mute process on the rejected video when the original rejected data includes voice data is shown in fig. 8.

A fifth embodiment of the present invention relates to a terminal 50, which has a structure as shown in fig. 9, and includes: at least one processor 501; and a memory 502 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 501; the memory 502 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 501, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor 501, so that the at least one processor 501 can execute the method for changing the video polyphonic ringtone applied in the first embodiment or the second embodiment.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention relates to a color ring platform, and a structure of the color ring platform 60 shown in fig. 10 includes: at least one processor 601; and, a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 601; the memory 602 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 601, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor 601 to enable the at least one processor to execute the method for changing a video ring back tone applied in the third embodiment or the fourth embodiment.
It is noted that the memories and processors of the fifth and sixth embodiments are connected by a bus, which may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, which link one or more of the various circuits of the processors and memories together. The bus may also link various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface provides an interface between the bus and the transceiver. The transceiver may be one element or a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The data processed by the processor is transmitted over a wireless medium via an antenna, which further receives the data and transmits the data to the processor.
The processor is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. And the memory may be used to store data used by the processor in performing operations.
A seventh embodiment of the present invention relates to a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method for replacing a video ringback tone applied to the first embodiment or the second embodiment, or implements the method for replacing a video ringback tone applied to the third embodiment or the fourth embodiment.
An eighth embodiment of the present invention relates to a system for replacing a video color ring, where the structure of the system for replacing a video color ring is shown in fig. 11, and the system includes: the called terminal 50 is in communication connection with the color ring platform 60, and the called terminal 50 is in communication connection with the color ring platform 60.
The called terminal 50 is used for determining the rejection original data of the called user according to the rejection operation of the called user; the reject original data is sent to the polyphonic ringtone platform 60, so that the polyphonic ringtone platform determines a reject video according to the reject original data, and the polyphonic ringtone platform changes the video polyphonic ringtone predetermined by the called user into the reject video.
The polyphonic ringtone platform 60 is used for receiving refused routing data uploaded by the called terminal; determining a refused video according to the refused routing data; and replacing the video color ring predetermined by the called user with the refused video.
Those skilled in the art can understand that all or part of the steps in the method of the foregoing embodiments may be implemented by a program to instruct related hardware, where the program is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a device (which may be a single chip, a chip, etc.) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

1. A method for changing video color ring is characterized in that the method is applied to a called terminal and comprises the following steps:
determining rejection original routing data of a called user according to rejection operation of the called user;
and sending the refusal routing data to a color ring platform, so that the color ring platform determines a refusal video according to the refusal routing data, and the color ring platform changes the video color ring predetermined by the called user into the refusal video.
2. The method for changing a video color ring according to claim 1, wherein the called terminal stores a plurality of acquisition modes;
the determining rejection original routing data of the called user according to the rejection operation of the called user comprises the following steps:
responding to the rejection request of the called user, and displaying the original selected control group;
responding to the selection operation of the original routing selection control group by the called user, and determining the acquisition mode selected by the called user;
and acquiring the refused routing data of the called user according to the selected acquisition mode.
3. The method for changing video coloring ring back tones according to claim 2, wherein the original selection control group comprises one or any combination of the following: recording controls, video label selection controls or searching controls;
the acquisition mode corresponding to the recording control is as follows: collecting the data of the current processing event of the called user, and taking the data of the current processing event of the called user as the rejection original data;
the corresponding acquisition mode of the video label selection control is as follows: displaying a video tag list, responding to the selection operation of the called user on the video tag list, acquiring a selected video tag, and taking the acquired video tag as the reject original data;
the acquisition mode corresponding to the search control is as follows: and collecting voice data and/or text data of the called user, and taking the voice data and/or the text data as the refusal routing data.

the obtaining of the rejection routing data of the called user according to the selected obtaining mode comprises:

if a screen recording instruction is detected or a first picture displayed by the called terminal is detected to contain the operation information of the called terminal, recording the first picture to obtain the data of the current processing event of the called user;
and if the camera shooting instruction is detected, acquiring image data acquired by image acquisition equipment associated with the called terminal, and taking the image data as the data of the current processing event of the called user.
5. A method for changing video color ring is characterized in that the method is applied to a color ring platform and comprises the following steps:
receiving refused routing data uploaded by a called terminal;
determining a refused video according to the refused routing data;
and replacing the video color ring predetermined by the called user with the refused video.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the determining the rejected video according to the rejection routing data comprises:
if the rejection original data comprises voice data and/or text data, searching a second video matched with the voice data and/or the text data in a ringtone base, and taking the second video as the rejection video;
if the rejection original data is a video tag, acquiring a third video corresponding to the video tag, and taking the third video as the rejection video;
and if the rejection original data comprises a link and a timestamp, acquiring a corresponding fourth video according to the link, synchronizing the fourth video with the first video played by the called terminal according to the timestamp, and taking the synchronized fourth video as the rejection video.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the searching for the second video matching with the voice data and/or the text data in the ring tone library, and using the second video as the reject video, further comprises:
and if the rejection original data comprises the voice data, eliminating the sound of the rejection video, and overlapping the voice data to the rejection video to obtain a new rejection video.
8. A terminal, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of changing a video ring back tone according to any one of claims 1-4.

the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of changing a video ring back tone according to any one of claims 5-7.

A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for changing a video ring back tone according to any one of claims 1 to 4, or implements the method for changing a video ring back tone according to any one of claims 5 to 7.

A system for changing video color ring back tone is characterized by comprising: the system comprises a called terminal and a color ring platform, wherein the called terminal is in communication connection with the color ring platform; the called terminal applies the method for changing the video color ring according to any one of claims 1 to 4, and the color ring platform applies the method for changing the video color ring according to any one of claims 5 to 7.
