Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
To facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, a video color ring and a color ring are first described.
From the aspect of function scope, the function scope of the video color ring and the color ring is the inclusion relation. Specifically, the video color ring is the upgrade of the color ring, and can support the display of videos and the like besides meeting all functions of the color ring. From the perspective of technical support, the technical support of video color ring and color ring is different. In the process of paging a called end by a calling end, compared with a signaling flow of the color ring, at least two processes of media resource capability negotiation and resource reservation are added in the signaling flow of the video color ring. From the aspect of terminal support, the display of the video color ring requires the capability of the corresponding terminal for supporting video display, and the display of the color ring only requires the capability of the corresponding terminal for supporting audio display. From the perspective of core network bearing, the video color ring can allocate a video bearing with the bandwidth of 974Kbps and an audio bearing with the bandwidth of 146 Kbps; and the polyphonic ringtone is only allocated with an audio bearer with the bandwidth of 146 Kbps. That is, the video color ring can satisfy all the requirements of the color ring, but the color ring cannot satisfy all the requirements of the video color ring.
It should be noted that, in this example, the calling terminal and the called terminal are both terminals having a function of displaying video color ring, and both the calling terminal and the called terminal are in communication connection with the color ring platform.
The first embodiment of the invention relates to a method for displaying video color ring. The method for displaying the video color ring is applied to a color ring platform, and a terminal is in communication connection with the color ring platform; the terminal may be a calling terminal or a called terminal, and in this example, the calling terminal is taken as an example to describe the method for displaying the video polyphonic ringtone. The specific flow of the method for displaying the video polyphonic ringtone is shown in fig. 1.
Step 101: and acquiring the time attribute of the first video color ring displayed by the terminal.
Specifically, a calling terminal calls a called terminal, and in the ringing process of the called terminal, the calling terminal displays a first video color ring, wherein the first video color ring is a video color ring subscribed by a called user. The polyphonic ringtone platform detects the starting moment of the displayed first video polyphonic ringtone and can acquire the time attribute of the first video polyphonic ringtone. The time attribute can be a time period for displaying the first video color ring; the process of determining the time attribute may be determining a time period for displaying the first video color ring according to the starting time and the duration of the first video color ring, or determining a time period for displaying the first video color ring according to the starting time and a preset display duration.
Step 102: and determining the push information matched with the time attribute, wherein the push information is uploaded by each terminal in real time, or the push information is uploaded by other terminals in real time.
Specifically, because the time attribute is a time period, the video color ring back tone displayed in the time period can be inquired; and taking the inquired video color ring as the associated video color ring. It can be understood that different terminals can simultaneously display the same video color ring, and thus the associated video color ring may include the first video color ring and may also include the second video color ring. Each terminal displaying the associated video may include: the terminal currently displaying the first video color ring can also be other terminals displaying other second video color ring. Each terminal displaying the associated video can upload the bullet screen information in real time, and the bullet screen information can include text information, picture information and the like, and can also include setting information corresponding to the character information, such as character information font, color, size and the like. Wherein, each associated video color ring can comprise a plurality of pieces of barrage information.
The pop-up information of the associated video color ring can be used as the push information matched with the time attribute.
Step 103: and issuing the push information to the terminal so that the terminal displays the push information while displaying the first video color ring.
And sending the determined push information to the calling terminal, wherein the calling terminal can display the push information while displaying the first video color ring.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the device for pushing the video color ring back tone can determine the pushing information matched with the time attribute by obtaining the time attribute of the first video color ring back tone displayed by the terminal, and ensure the effectiveness and the real-time performance of the pushing information because the pushing information is uploaded by each terminal in real time or uploaded by other terminals in real time, so that a terminal user can see the pushing information uploaded by other terminals in real time, further the user can realize information interaction with other terminals through the pushing information on the first video color ring back tone, the limitation of the application of the video color ring back tone is reduced, and the user experience of the video color ring back tone is improved.
The inventor also finds that the display of the current video color ring adopts a direct opening mode, namely when the color ring platform and the calling terminal finish resource reservation and a media updating request; the calling terminal directly displays the video color ring subscribed by the called user, the terminal user cannot automatically switch the disliked video color ring, and the terminal user only needs to be forced to watch the video color ring, so that the use experience of the video color ring is reduced. The resource reservation refers to network resources reserved for the subsequent data burst by the control signaling sent in advance; a media update request is a mechanism to update the state of a media stream when a call has not been established.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for displaying a video coloring ring back tone. The second embodiment is a further improvement of the first embodiment, and the main improvements are as follows: in the second embodiment of the present invention, after the polyphonic ringtone platform determines that the push information is triggered, the polyphonic ringtone platform issues the second video polyphonic ringtone to the terminal. The flow of the method for displaying the video color ring is shown in fig. 2:
step 201: and acquiring the time attribute of the first video color ring displayed by the terminal.
This step is substantially the same as step 101 in the first embodiment, and will not be described herein again.
Step 202: push information matching the time attribute is determined.
In one example, the push information corresponds to a second video color ring, and the process of the color ring platform determining the push information matching the time attribute may include the substeps shown in fig. 3.
S21: searching for an associated video color ring with a time attribute.
Specifically, the associated video color ring with the time attribute is searched on the color ring platform. Obtaining polyphonic ringtone identification information associated with the video polyphonic ringtone, wherein the polyphonic ringtone identification information in the example can be address information associated with the video polyphonic ringtone, for example, the display time period of the calling terminal A for displaying the first video polyphonic ringtone is t 1-t 2, namely the time attribute is t 1-t 2; the video ring back tones displayed in the search t 1-t 2 on the ring back tone platform are respectively: the video polyphonic ringtone a1, the video polyphonic ringtone a2 and the video polyphonic ringtone a3 take the video polyphonic ringtone a1, the video polyphonic ringtone a2 and the video polyphonic ringtone a3 as the searched associated video polyphonic ringringtones.
S22: acquiring pop-up screen information corresponding to the associated video color ring and color ring identification information used for indicating the associated video color ring.
In this example, the color ring back tone identification information is used to indicate the associated video color ring back tone, and may be index information of the associated video color ring back tone, or may be address information of the associated video color ring back tone.
For example, the display time period of the calling terminal a displaying the first video polyphonic ringtone is t 1-t 2, namely the time attribute is t 1-t 2; the video ring back tones displayed in the search t 1-t 2 on the ring back tone platform are respectively: the method comprises the steps that video polyphonic ringtone a1, video polyphonic ringtone a2 and video polyphonic ringtone a3 are obtained, and address information URL1 of the video polyphonic ringtone a1, address information URL2 of the video polyphonic ringtone a2 and address information URL3 of the video polyphonic ringtone a3 are obtained; the URL1, URL2, and URL3 may be used as the found color ring back tone identification information associated with the color ring back tone.
The color ring back tone identification information can also be preset index information. For example, the display time period of the calling terminal a displaying the first video polyphonic ringtone is t 1-t 2, i.e. the time attribute is t 1-t 2; the video ring back tones displayed in the search t 1-t 2 on the ring back tone platform are respectively: the method comprises the steps that a video polyphonic ringtone a1, a video polyphonic ringtone a2 and a video polyphonic ringtone a3 are obtained, the index information of the video polyphonic ringtone a1 is P1, the index information of the video polyphonic ringtone a2 is P2, and the index information of the video polyphonic ringtone a3 is P3; p1, P2, and P3 may be used as the color ring back tone identification information.
In one example, the storage library of the color ring back tone platform may be a cloud storage library, and the storage library may be configured to store barrage information, where the barrage information is acquired by the color ring back tone platform. Different pop-up information can correspond to the same video color ring, folders of different video color ring can be constructed for facilitating subsequent inquiry of the pop-up information, and each folder stores the pop-up information corresponding to the address information of the video color ring, namely the pop-up information in each folder corresponds to the address information of the same video color ring. For example, folder 1 of URL1 stores 100 barrages, and the 100 barrages all correspond to the same URL 1. It can be understood that, in order to avoid storing too much pop-up information, at most 100 pieces of pop-up information are stored corresponding to the address information of each video color ring. In the same way, folders of index information of different video color ring back tones can be constructed; each folder stores the barrage information corresponding to the index information of the video polyphonic ringtone, that is to say, the barrage information in each folder corresponds to the index information of the same video polyphonic ringtone.
According to the polyphonic ringtone identification information, the barrage information corresponding to the video polyphonic ringtone indicated by the polyphonic ringtone identification information can be searched from the storage library to obtain a plurality of pieces of push information, wherein the number n of the push information can be an integer larger than 0, for example, n can be set to 3 in order to avoid the problem of excessive delivered push information.
S23: and taking the acquired barrage information and the color ring identification information as push information.
Specifically, the barrage information and the polyphonic ringtone identification information can be packaged, so that the barrage information and the polyphonic ringtone identification information are bound, and the packaged file is used as push information. It can be understood that, since each associated video color ring corresponds to a plurality of pieces of barrage information, the push information may include a plurality of pieces of barrage information.
It can be understood that, in order to allow the end user to view the first video ring back tone, the number of bullet screen information is not limited to be too large, for example, the number of bullet screen information is set to be at most 50.
And sending the determined push information to a calling terminal, wherein the calling terminal can display the barrage information in the push information and hide the identification information of the corresponding second video color ring.
It should be noted that, the polyphonic ringtone platform can store the barrage information uploaded by the current terminal, and the acquisition process includes: receiving barrage information uploaded by a terminal displaying associated video color ring; associating the barrage information with the associated video color ring; and storing the associated barrage information in a storage library according to the polyphonic ringtone identification information of the associated video polyphonic ringtone currently displayed by the calling terminal.
Specifically, the polyphonic ringtone platform can acquire and store the barrage information uploaded by each terminal in real time. The following describes a process of storing the uploaded pop-up information by the color ring platform, taking the pop-up information uploaded by the calling terminal as an example.
The calling terminal A uploads bullet screen information a1 and a2 to the color ring platform; the polyphonic ringtone platform acquires address information URL1 of the associated video polyphonic ringtone currently displayed by the calling terminal A; the polyphonic ringtone platform associates the barrage information a1 and a2 with the URL1 respectively, namely the barrage information a1 corresponds to the URL1, and the barrage information a2 corresponds to the URL 1; storing the associated bullet screen information a1 and a2 in a folder named as 'URL 1'; it can be understood that storing the associated pop-up information based on the color ring back tone identification information of the associated video color ring back tone can facilitate the subsequent search for the pop-up information according to the color ring back tone identification information of the video color ring back tone.
In addition, in order to improve the validity and the safety of the stored barrage information, the polyphonic ringtone platform can perform validity check on the uploaded barrage information before associating the barrage information with the polyphonic ringtone identification information of the associated video polyphonic ringtone, if the barrage information belongs to illegal barrage information, the illegal barrage information is directly deleted, and if the barrage information belongs to legal barrage information, the barrage information is associated with the polyphonic ringtone identification information of the associated video polyphonic ringtone. If the bullet screen information relates to violations of laws, the bullet screen information belongs to illegal bullet screen information, and for example, the bullet screen information related to gambling and violence is illegal bullet screen information.
Step 203: and issuing the push information to the terminal so that the terminal displays the push information while displaying the first video color ring.
This step is substantially the same as step 103 in the first embodiment, and will not be described herein again.
Step 204: and after the terminal is determined to monitor that the push information is triggered, issuing a second video color ring to the terminal.
Specifically, a calling terminal calls a called terminal, and in the ringing process of the called terminal, the calling terminal displays a first video color ring, wherein the first video color ring is a video color ring subscribed by a called user. In the process of displaying the first video color ring, the color ring platform can also issue a push message to the calling terminal, wherein the push message comprises pop-up information and color ring identification information of the second video color ring corresponding to the pop-up information, and the calling terminal displays the pop-up information on the first video color ring. For example, the push information a1 includes pop-up information a1 and color ring back tone identification information URL1 associated with the second video color ring back tone; the calling terminal displays the bullet screen information a1, and the calling terminal adds the corresponding URL1 to the displayed bullet screen information a1, so that after the user clicks the bullet screen information a1, the calling terminal can obtain the color ring identification information of the second video color ring corresponding to the bullet screen information a 1.
The terminal user can trigger the push information through click operation, for example, the push information 1 includes bullet screen information 1; the push information 2 comprises bullet screen information 2; the calling terminal respectively displays two bullet screen information 1 and bullet screen information 2 on the first video color ring, and a terminal user clicks the bullet screen 1 to determine that the user triggers the push information 1. And the calling terminal generates a jump instruction according to the push information triggered by the terminal user, wherein the jump instruction can comprise the polyphonic ringtone identification information of the second video polyphonic ringtone in the selected barrage file. And the calling terminal uploads the generated jump instruction to the color ring platform, the color ring platform acquires the jump instruction, determines that the push information is triggered, searches for a second video color ring indicated in the jump instruction and issues the second video color ring to the terminal.
It is understood that the display progress of the terminals displaying the second video ring back tone may be different or the same, for example, the calling terminal a starts to display from the t1 progress of the second video ring back tone B1, and the calling terminal B starts to display from the t2 progress of the second video ring back tone B1.
In one example, the manner of collecting the pop-up information by the color ring platform may be: and after receiving the opening instruction, issuing a pop-up screen input frame to each terminal displaying the associated video color ring, so that each terminal displaying the associated video color ring acquires pop-up screen information input by a user through the pop-up screen input frame.
Specifically, when receiving a video color ring transmitted by a color ring platform or displaying the video color ring, a calling terminal is triggered to send an opening instruction to the color ring platform, after the color ring platform detects the opening instruction, a pop-up screen input frame is transmitted to the calling terminal, and the calling terminal displays the pop-up screen input frame on the currently displayed video color ring. The terminal user can input the bullet screen information in the bullet screen input frame, and the calling terminal acquires the bullet screen information in the bullet screen input frame and uploads the acquired bullet screen information to the color ring platform. Fig. 4 illustrates a schematic diagram showing a first video color ring, pop-up screen information and a pop-up screen input box, in fig. 4, a p2 user indicates the first video color ring, an en1 indicates the pop-up screen input box, and b1 indicates an input key of the pop-up screen input box.
It should be noted that the video color ring transmitted by the color ring platform may be a first video color ring subscribed by the called user, or may be a switched second video color ring.
For ease of understanding, the following describes the related process of switching video ring back tone in conjunction with fig. 5:
fig. 5 only illustrates the polyphonic ringtone platform and the calling terminal, and does not illustrate other devices, such as a Border Session Controller (SBC).

The third embodiment is a further improvement of the first embodiment, and the main improvements are as follows: in a third embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the second video ring back tone from the calling terminal, the method for displaying the video ring back tone further includes: and respectively issuing interactive dialog boxes to each terminal currently displaying the second video color ring so that each terminal user can carry out information interaction through the interactive dialog boxes. The specific flow of the method for displaying the video polyphonic ringtone is shown in fig. 6.
Step 301: and acquiring the time attribute of the first video color ring displayed by the terminal.
Step 302: and determining the push information matched with the time attribute, wherein the push information is uploaded by each terminal in real time, or the push information is uploaded by other terminals in real time.
Step 303: and issuing the push information to the terminal so that the terminal displays the push information while displaying the first video color ring.
Step 304: and after the terminal is determined to monitor that the push information is triggered, issuing a second video color ring to the terminal.
Steps 301 to 304 are substantially the same as steps 201 to 204 in the second embodiment, and will not be described herein again.
Step 305: and acquiring interactive information, wherein the interactive information is uploaded by each terminal currently displaying the second video color ring.
Specifically, information of each terminal currently displaying a second video polyphonic ringtone is acquired, and an interactive dialog box is respectively issued to each terminal, for example, the calling terminal a is switched to the second video polyphonic ringtone, and the calling terminal B also currently displays the second video polyphonic ringtone, so that the polyphonic ringtone platform respectively issues the interactive dialog boxes to the calling terminal a and the calling terminal B, the calling terminal a and the calling terminal B respectively display the interactive dialog boxes on respective terminal interfaces, and the interactive dialog boxes can be displayed on the second video polyphonic ringtone interface or on another interface, that is, the second video polyphonic ringtone and the interactive dialog boxes are displayed on different interfaces of the terminal. The terminal user can upload the interactive information to the color ring platform through the interactive dialog box.
Step 306: and sending the interactive information to each terminal currently displaying the second video color ring.
In one example, the following processing is performed for each piece of the uploaded interaction information: and detecting whether the interactive information is legal or not, and if so, issuing the interactive information to each terminal for displaying the second video color ring so as to display the interactive information by an interactive dialog box on each terminal.
Specifically, in order to maintain the security and the validity of the interactive dialog box, the following processing is performed on each piece of uploaded interactive information: and detecting whether the interactive information is legal or not, if so, sending the interactive information to each terminal for displaying the second video color ring, and if not, deleting the interactive information or sending warning information to the terminal for uploading the interactive information. If the mutual information violates the law, the mutual information belongs to illegal mutual information, for example, the mutual information related to gambling and violence is illegal mutual information.
Each terminal displaying the second video color ring receives the interactive information issued by the color ring platform and displays the interactive information in the interactive dialog box, the interactive dialog box displays the legal interactive information uploaded by each terminal, the interactive dialog box can adopt the shape shown in fig. 7, as shown in fig. 7, the second video color ring displayed on the calling terminal is p1, the interactive dialog box is d1, and the interactive information uploaded by the dialog box of the calling terminal a (namely, the calling a), the dialog box of the calling terminal B (namely, the calling B) and the dialog box of the calling terminal C (namely, the calling C) is displayed in the interactive dialog box d 1; the interactive information may be displayed in the form of bubbles. In order to facilitate the terminal user to send the interactive information, a sending button can be arranged on the interactive dialog box; in addition, in the interactive dialog box, the dialog box corresponding to the terminal may be set to green, and the dialog boxes corresponding to other terminals may be set to gray, so that the terminal user can view the dialog boxes.
It should be noted that the number of the interactive calling terminals may be set, for example, the number of the calling terminals interacting on the same screen may be set to 6; in addition, if other calling terminals are allowed to access to carry out interaction together in the interaction process of the calling terminal A and the calling terminal B.
In this example, each associated video color ring corresponds to N barrage information, where N is an integer greater than 1; the reasonable management is carried out on the bullet screen information stored in the storage library, and the management process can include:
the following processing is carried out on the N pieces of bullet screen information corresponding to each associated video color ring: if detecting continuous k times of undelivered barrage information, deleting the continuous k times of undelivered barrage information from the repository, wherein k is an integer larger than 0; and/or deleting the bullet screen information with the number exceeding the threshold from the storage library if the detected value of N exceeds the preset threshold.
Specifically, the bullet screen information of the calling terminal that is not delivered for k consecutive times is processed, and the value of k may be set according to the actual application, for example, the value of k is set to 3 in this example. The color ring back tone platform may count the number of times each piece of bullet screen information is consecutively issued, for example, the bullet screen information a1, a2, and a3 is issued at 15:01, and the bullet screen information a1, a3 are issued again at 15:03, then the number of times the bullet screen information a1 and a3 are consecutively issued is 2, and the number of times the bullet screen information a2 is consecutively issued is 1.
And acquiring the times that the bullet screen information is not selected, if the bullet screen information is not selected for k times continuously, indicating that the bullet screen information is invalid bullet screen information, and deleting the invalid bullet screen information from the storage library. For example, bullet screen information a1, a2 and a3 are issued for 3 consecutive time points (15: 00, 16:00 and 17:00, respectively); at 15:00, the bullet screen information a2 is selected, and at 17:00, the bullet screen information a3 is selected; that is, the number of times of continuous non-selection of the bullet screen information a1 is 3, the number of times of continuous non-selection of the bullet screen information a2 and a3 is 2, and the k value is set to 3, then the bullet screen information a1 is deleted from the repository.
The following processing is carried out on the N pieces of bullet screen information corresponding to each associated video color ring: and detecting whether the quantity N of the barrage information corresponding to the color ring identification information exceeds a threshold value, and if so, deleting the barrage information exceeding the threshold value. The threshold value can be set according to actual needs, for example, the threshold value is 50, 100, and the like. If the fact that the number N of the bullet screen information corresponding to the color ring back tone identification information exceeds the threshold value is detected, sorting can be carried out according to the storage time, and a plurality of bullet screen information with the earliest storage time can be deleted. For example, if the number of bullet screen information corresponding to the URL1 exceeds the threshold 100, the 20 pieces of bullet screen information with the earliest storage time may be deleted in ascending order of storage time.
The storage library can be cleaned at regular time, and a cleaning triggering condition can also be set. In this example, the bullet screen information is cleaned at preset intervals.
