本发明公开了一种叠瓦瓦片光伏组件及其安装结构,其技术方案要点是所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件上设置有电池串,所述电池串的两端部分别设置有头部焊点和尾部焊带,所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件上部开有挂钩安装孔,在底端部安装有T型挂钩,所述T型挂钩固定在叠瓦瓦片光伏组件上,叠瓦瓦片光伏组件上部安装有瓦片遮盖区,在叠瓦瓦片光伏组件正面上部黏贴有契型防逆流条,在底端部还设置有光伏接线盒,叠瓦瓦片光伏组件的侧边还安装有防水胶条,在两叠瓦瓦片光伏组件之间设置有凸台,凸台两侧设置有导水槽,T型挂钩固定在屋顶龙骨上,所述屋顶龙骨固定于屋面上。本发明的技术效果为达到了节能增效,同时又克服了安装上的隐患,起到了安装美观的技术效果。

技术领域
本发明属于光伏发电技术领域,具体涉及一种叠瓦瓦片光伏组件及其安装结构。
背景技术
光伏行业经过多年发展光伏电站,光伏组件得到充分的发展,但对光伏屋顶的安装存在诸多问题:1屋顶安装不方便,支架龙骨的安装比较复杂,还会破坏屋顶原有结构,2常规组件安装到屋顶上不美观;3屋顶安装常规组件,组件和屋顶的间隙受到风载的影响较大,容易脱落存在安全隐患;4常规组件转换效率低,发电量低等因素;严重制约了光伏屋顶的安装;
另外光伏建筑一体化正在逐渐成为光伏行业和建筑行业的热点,节能增效已成为各行业的主旋律,光伏瓦片既可以解决用户光伏的安装美观等一系列问题,也可以达到节能增效的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种叠瓦瓦片光伏组件及其安装结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种叠瓦瓦片光伏组件及其安装结构,包括叠瓦瓦片光伏组件,所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件上设置有叠瓦电池串,所述叠瓦电池串平行排列在叠瓦瓦片光伏组件上,所述电池串的两端部分别设置有头部焊点和尾部焊带,所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件的底端部安装有T型挂钩,所述T型挂钩固定在叠瓦瓦片光伏组件上,所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件上部安装有瓦片遮盖区,在叠瓦瓦片光伏组件正面上部黏贴有契型防逆流条,所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件的底端部还设置有光伏接线盒,所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件的横向拼接位置处还安装有防水胶条,所述两叠瓦瓦片光伏组件之间设置有凸台,所述凸台两侧设置有导水槽,所述防水胶条与叠瓦瓦片光伏组件之间涂有防水密封胶。所述T型挂钩上设置有挂钩固定螺丝,所述T型挂钩通过挂钩固定螺丝将挂钩固定在屋顶龙骨上,所述屋顶龙骨固定于屋面上。
优选的,所述叠瓦电池串使用叠瓦电池片按照瓦片的叠瓦方式堆叠而成。
优选的,所述叠瓦电池串电池片与电池片之间使用导电胶或锡膏粘结。
优选的,所述电池串使用玻璃或高分子材料封装成组件。
优选的,所述契型防逆流条为橡胶或任意柔性材质,使用柔性材质可以防止组件的安装破损,契型防逆流条形状为契型上窄下宽,宽的部位黏贴于组件正表面。
优选的,所述T型挂钩使用组件固定螺丝固定于叠瓦瓦片光伏组件上,所述组件固定螺丝位于叠瓦光伏组件正面和固定螺丝之间垫有组件固定螺丝垫圈。
优选的,所述T型挂钩与叠瓦瓦片光伏组件之间垫有缓冲橡胶垫。
优选的,所述防水胶条安装于两块组件横向拼接位置,其横向拼接位置处设置有凸台,所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件安装于凸台两侧。
优选的,所述防水胶条凸台两侧设置有导水槽,用于防止雨水倒灌,且所述防水胶条与叠瓦光伏组件之间涂有防水密封胶用于密封的作用。
优选的,所述头部焊带焊接或粘接于电池串正面电极上,所述尾部焊带焊接或粘接于电池串的背面电极上。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、高效叠瓦瓦片组件提升瓦片组件的转换效率;
2、T型挂钩结构,采用3点固定原理防止组件左右晃动。
3、契型防逆流条,提供了防止逆流的解决方案;另外契型结构上部比较软,安装不平整的地方适应性更强。
4、凸台形状防水胶条提供防渗漏的功能,防水胶条结构设置倒水槽,对渗漏情况进行防备。
5、防水胶条和组件之间使用防渗漏胶水填充增强了防渗漏功能。
6、结构和组件之间进行采购柔性胶垫处理防止组件的安装破损。

本发明提供了如图1-5所示的一种叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1及其安装结构,该光伏组件不仅造型美观,还能起到节能增效的效果。
参考图1-3,所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1包括叠瓦电池串2,所述叠瓦电池串2平行排列在叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1上,其中叠瓦电池串2使用叠瓦电池片按照瓦片的叠压方式堆叠而成,电池片与电池片之间使用导电胶或锡膏粘结,具体的所述电池串可以横向排布也可以纵向排布,所述电池片之间堆叠排布,在电池片的正面朝上的侧边设置有电池片正面电极,所述电池片的背面朝下的侧边设置有电池片背面电极,所述电池片正面电极与电池片背面电极之间通过导电材料连接。所述电池串使用玻璃或高分子材料封装成组件。
所述电池串的两端部分别设置有头部焊点和尾部焊带4,所述头部焊带3焊接或粘接于电池串正面电极上,所述尾部焊带4焊接或粘接于电池串的背面电极上,所述焊带上设置有头部焊带3局部涂层,尾部焊带4上设置有尾部焊带4局部涂层,所述头部焊带3局部涂层涂在焊带表面,且只涂在非焊接的位置,所述尾部焊带4局部涂层涂在焊带表面,且只涂在非焊接的位置。
所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1上部开有挂钩安装孔5,所述挂钩安装孔5设置在叠瓦电池串2的侧边,在叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1的底端部安装有T型挂钩7,所述T型挂钩7底部为T型,T型挂钩结构,采用3点固定原理防止组件左右晃动,增加了固定牢固度;所述T型挂钩7通过组件固定螺丝11透过挂钩安装孔5固定在叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1上, T型挂钩7与叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1之间垫有缓冲橡胶垫,用于减震的需要。同时叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1的底端部还设置有光伏接线盒8,光伏接线盒8的末端连接有两根引出线。
所述T型挂钩7上还设置有挂钩固定螺丝12,叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1上部安装有瓦片遮盖区16,在叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1正面上部黏贴有契型防逆流条17,所述契型防逆流条17为橡胶或其他柔性材质,作用防止雨水逆流,所述契型防逆流条17形状为契型上窄下宽,宽的部位黏贴于组件正表面,契型结构上部比较软,安装不平整的地方适应性更强,使安装更方便。
在叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1的侧边安装有防水胶条6,所述防水胶条6安装于两块组件横向拼接位置,其结构上设置有凸台,所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1安装与凸台两侧,所述防水胶条6与叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1之间涂有防水密封胶,所述防水胶条6凸台两侧设置有导水槽15。
具体地,参考图4-5,为叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1的安装结构,所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1连接在屋顶龙骨13上,具体的,所述叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1固定连接有T型挂钩7,T型挂钩7用组件固定螺丝11固定在屋顶龙骨13上,所述屋顶龙骨13固定于屋面上。为了防止松动,所述组件固定螺丝11和屋顶龙骨13之间设置有组件固定螺丝垫圈10;所述T型挂钩7通过挂钩固定螺丝12固定在屋顶龙骨13上,为了保护叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1,同时T型挂钩7与叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1之间垫有缓冲橡胶垫。
所述防水胶条6安装于两块叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1横向拼接位置,在拼接位置处设置有凸台结构,凸台形状和防水胶条提供防渗漏的功能,防水胶条结构设置倒水槽,对渗漏情况进行防备;叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1安装与凸台两侧,所述防水胶条6凸台两侧设置有导水槽15,所述防水胶条6与叠瓦瓦片光伏组件1之间涂有防水胶条密封胶14,增强了防渗漏功能提升了密封效果。
