Although only a single computer is shown, for convenience, the functions described herein may be implemented in a distributed fashion across multiple similar platforms to balance processing loads.
For example, the electronic device 200 may include a network port 210 connected to a network, one or more processors 220 for executing program instructions, a communication bus 230, and a different form of storage medium 240, such as a disk, ROM, or RAM, or any combination thereof. Illustratively, the computer platform may also include program instructions stored in ROM, RAM, or other types of non-transitory storage media, or any combination thereof. The method of the present invention can be implemented according to these program instructions. The electronic device 200 also includes an Input/Output (I/O) interface 250 between the computer and other Input/Output devices (e.g., keyboard, display screen).
For ease of illustration, only one processor 220 is depicted in the electronic device 200. However, it should be noted that the electronic device 200 in the present invention may also include a plurality of processors 220, and thus, the steps performed by one processor 220 described in the present invention may also be performed by a plurality of processors 220 in combination or individually. For example, if the processor 220 of the electronic device 200 executes step a and step B, it should be understood that step a and step B may also be executed by two different processors 220 together or executed in one processor 220 separately. For example, the first processor 220 performs step a and the second processor 220 performs step B, or the first processor 220 and the second processor 220 perform steps a and B together.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a method for calculating a service request price according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step 301: receiving a service request sent by a service request end, wherein the service request comprises an origin and an initial destination.
In the specific implementation process, when the service requester takes a car through the network car booking, the car taking type, the origin and the initial destination may be input into the network car booking software, it should be noted that the car taking type may be a one-price type, and the car taking time, the number of passengers and the like may also be set, after the setting is completed, the service requester sends a service request to the computing device, and at this time, the computing device receives the service request, where the service request includes the origin and the initial destination set by the service requester, and may also include other information, for example: the type of the bus, the time of the bus, the number of passengers and the like. It should be noted that the computing device may be a server, that is, in the case of the network car booking service, the computing device is a network car booking server, and in the case of the express service, the computing device is a server corresponding to an express service, and the like.
Step 302: an initial price is calculated from the origin and the initial destination.
In an implementation, after receiving the service request, the computing device calculates a corresponding initial price according to the origin and the initial destination in the service request, and it should be noted that, for a price order, if the actual destination reached by the vehicle is the same as the initial destination, the initial price is the fee to be paid by the service requester.
Step 303: an alternate destination different from the initial destination is obtained.
In a specific implementation process, if the service requester modifies the destination in the journey, wherein the destination can be changed by the service requester on line through the network appointment software in the journey or by negotiation with the service provider offline, if the destination is changed online, a destination change request can be sent to the computing device through the service requester, and if the destination is changed offline, the computing device can acquire specific position information of the destination after the vehicle reaches the destination. It should be noted that the alternate destination is not the same location as the original destination.
Step 304: determining a target price according to the initial destination and the replacement destination, and replacing the initial price with the target price.
In particular implementation, since the service requester changes the destination, the actual distance from the origin to the destination of the vehicle during the actual trip may be greater than or less than the initial distance, and if the actual distance is greater than the initial distance, the service requester may be required to pay more than the initial price, and if the actual distance is less than the initial distance, the service requester may be required to pay less than the initial price. Therefore, it is necessary to determine a target price, replacing the initial price with the target price. It should be noted that in addition to determining the target price based on distance, the target price may be determined by the expected answer time required from the origin to the initial destination, and the actual length of arrival time required from the origin to the alternate destination. In addition, there may be various factors that affect the target price, and this is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Besides taxi taking scenes, the calculation method can also be applied to delivery and take-away scenes, such as: the service requester sends a take-away order to the computing device that includes an initial destination, i.e., a take-away delivery location. Since the delivery fee for the takeaway will be determined based on the distance between the merchant and the original destination, the delivery fee may also need to be redetermined if the service requester needs to modify the destination. Therefore, when determining the delivery time, the calculation may be performed by the calculation method provided by the embodiment of the present invention. Moreover, the method can also be applied to a scene of delivering the express, and the specific application method is similar to the above situation and is not described herein again.
When the destination is changed, the replacement destination is obtained, the target price is determined according to the initial destination and the replacement destination, and the initial price is replaced by the target price, so that the service provider and the service requester pay according to the target price, namely, the standard of asking for price of the service provider and the payment standard of the service requester are given, and the probability of conflict between the service provider and the service requester is reduced.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the determining a target price according to the initial destination and the replacement destination includes:
constructing a first preset area containing the origin and the initial destination;
and if the replacement destination is not in the first preset area, determining the target price according to the replacement destination.
In a specific implementation process, a first preset area including an origin and an initial destination may be constructed on a map, specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a schematic diagram of the first preset area provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a fan shape with a central angle as a preset angle may be constructed with the origin as a center and a first preset distance as a radius, where the first preset distance is equal to a sum of a distance between the origin and the initial destination and a second preset distance, and a straight line passing through the origin and the initial destination is a symmetry axis of the fan shape. The preset angle of the central angle may be 90 degrees, or may also be 80 degrees or 100 degrees, and the preset angle is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 is a schematic view of another first predetermined area provided by the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 5, a circle can be made with a first predetermined distance as a diameter, and an area corresponding to the circle is the first predetermined area, at this time, an origin is on the circumference, and an initial destination is in the circle. It should be noted that the first preset area may also be constructed as follows: and making a square by taking the first preset distance as a side length, wherein a straight line of the starting place and the initial destination is an array axis of the square. Or the isosceles triangle which is formed by taking the starting place as one vertex and taking the sum of the distance between the starting place and the initial destination and the second preset distance as the height from the vertex corresponding to the starting place to the opposite side is the first preset area. It should be noted that the first predetermined area may also be in other shapes, including an origin and an initial destination, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Since the computing device calculates the obtained initial price according to the origin and the initial destination in the service request when the service request is submitted by the service request terminal, if the replacement destination is judged to be not in the first preset area, the replacement destination is far away from the initial destination, the replacement destination is not suitable for charging by using the initial price any more, and the target price needs to be determined again according to the replacement destination. It should be noted that the pricing may be performed in a manner of express-type pricing, that is, the pricing may be performed in a manner of base fee + mileage fee (minutes time period) + long time fee (minutes time period). Other preset pricing manners may also be used, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited in this respect.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the first preset area containing the origin and the initial destination is constructed, and if the replacement destination is not in the first preset area, the replacement destination does not conform to the pricing mode of the initial price, so that the target price needs to be determined again according to the replacement destination to ensure the benefit of the service provider.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, the determining a target price according to the initial destination and the replacement destination includes:
constructing a second preset area by taking the initial destination as a circle center and the second preset distance as a radius, wherein the first preset area comprises the second preset area, and the first preset area is smaller than the second preset area;
and if the replacement destination is in the second preset area, the target price is equal to the initial price.
In a specific implementation process, a second preset region is constructed with the initial destination as a center of a circle and the second preset distance as a radius, as shown in fig. 4, the constructed second preset region should belong to a proper subset of the first preset region, that is, the first preset region is larger than the second preset region, and the first preset region includes the second preset region. As can be seen from fig. 4, if the replacement destination is within the second preset area, it means that the replacement destination is closer to the initial destination, and at this time, the charging can still be performed according to the initial price, that is, the target price is equal to the initial price.
It should be noted that the value of the second preset distance may be determined according to the distance between the origin and the initial destination, and table 1 is a value list of the second preset distance provided in the embodiment of the present invention:

It will be understood that AB in table 1 is the distance from the origin to the initial destination, and x is the second predetermined distance. The value range of AB and the value of x can be set according to actual conditions, and each city can be specified by self.
It should also be noted that in this case, the replacement destination specified by the service requester may be farther from the origin or closer to the origin than the initial destination, but since the replacement destination is closer to the initial destination, the charging is performed at the initial price, which can improve the experience of the service requester, and on the other hand, does not cause a large loss to the service provider, and does not require a complicated calculation by the calculation device, thereby reducing the load pressure of the calculation device.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes:
obtaining an initial distance according to the origin and the initial destination, and obtaining a target distance according to the origin and the replacement destination; accordingly, the method can be used for solving the problems that,

In a specific implementation process, it is also possible to replace the location of the destination, that is, outside the second preset area and within the first preset area, and for this situation, further determination is required to determine the target price, which may specifically be: and planning a driving route according to the starting place and the initial destination, obtaining an initial distance corresponding to the driving route, and obtaining a target distance according to the starting place and the replacement destination. The initial distance and the target distance are both actual driving distances, and can also be both straight-line distances. After obtaining the initial distance and the target distance, the computing device determines a target price based on the initial distance and the target distance.
When the target price is determined according to the initial distance and the target distance, whether the target distance is greater than the initial distance or not can be judged, if the target distance is greater than the initial distance, the vehicle travels a longer distance, in order to maintain the benefit of a service provider, a real-time price needs to be calculated according to an alternate destination, and the calculated real-time price is used as the target price. The real-time price calculating method may be based on the express car pricing method in the above embodiments, which is not described again in the embodiments of the present invention.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when the target distance is greater than the initial distance, the real-time price needs to be calculated according to the replacement destination, so that the benefit of the service provider is ensured not to be lost; if the target distance is not greater than the initial distance, the target price needs to be determined according to the real-time price and the initial price, so that a more reasonable target price can be determined.
If the initial distance is not greater than the target distance, the judgment is needed again to obtain the target price, the real-time price and the initial price can be compared, if the real-time price is less than the initial price, the real-time price is taken as the target price, and if the real-time price is greater than the initial price, the initial price is taken as the target price.
The embodiment of the invention selects the smaller one of the real-time price and the initial price as the target price, thereby ensuring the benefit of the service requester.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the method further includes:
obtaining an estimated arrival time according to the origin and the initial destination, and obtaining an actual arrival time to the replacement destination;
in the implementation process, when the service requester changes the destination, in addition to determining the target price according to the position information of the replacement destination and the initial destination, the expected arrival time required from the origin to the initial destination can be obtained, and it can be understood that the calculation device can plan the driving route according to the origin and the initial destination and give the expected arrival time according to the road condition of the driving route. In addition, the computing device may also calculate the actual arrival time required from the origin to the alternate destination.
It will be appreciated that the time required is also a factor in pricing a ride.
The determining a target price from the initial destination and the alternate destination comprises:
if the difference value between the actual arrival time length and the estimated arrival time length is larger than a preset threshold value, determining a target price according to the replacement destination;
and if the difference value between the actual arrival time length and the estimated arrival time length is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, the target price is equal to the initial price.
In a specific implementation process, after the calculation device obtains the estimated arrival time and the actual arrival time, the estimated arrival time and the actual arrival time are compared, if the actual arrival time is longer than the sum of the estimated arrival time and the preset threshold, it indicates that the travel time in the journey is far longer than the estimated arrival time, and at this time, in order to maintain the benefit of the service provider, the target price needs to be determined according to the replacement destination.
If the actual arrival time length is less than or equal to the sum of the estimated arrival time length and the preset threshold, the fact that the used time length in the driving process is almost the same as the estimated arrival time length is shown, and the initial price can be used as the target price for charging.
It should be noted that the preset threshold may be 10 minutes, 15 minutes, or 20 minutes, and the preset threshold may be set according to actual situations, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention can judge the expected arrival time length and the actual arrival time length to determine the target price after changing the destination, thereby leading the service provider and the service requester to receive and pay according to the target price, namely giving the standard of asking price of the service provider and giving the payment standard of the service requester, and reducing the probability of conflict between the service provider and the service requester.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the method further includes:
receiving a destination change request sent by the service request terminal;
and sending a change prompt message to the service request terminal according to the destination change request, wherein the change prompt message comprises a calculation inquiry entrance of the target price.
In a specific implementation process, if in a process, the computing device receives a destination change request sent by a service request end, where the destination change request includes a change destination and may also include an identifier of the service request end, at this time, the computing device may obtain a corresponding service request according to the identifier of the service request end and learn that the destination of the service request needs to be changed.
The computing device sends a change prompt message to a corresponding service request end, so that the service request end displays the change prompt message after receiving the change prompt message, fig. 6 is a display schematic diagram of the change prompt message provided by the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, a calculation query entry of a target price is included in the change prompt message, as ">" in fig. 6, and if a service requester needs to check how the target price is calculated, the result can be achieved by triggering ">". It should be noted that the target price, the replacement destination, the initial price of the original trip, the confirmation modification, and the cancel button are also included in the change prompting message. If the service requester chooses to confirm the modification, the computing device invoices at the target price.
When the service requester triggers ">", the service requester sends a query request for querying the pricing means to the computing device, the computing device obtains the computing means corresponding to the target price after receiving the query request, then the obtained computing means is returned to the service requester, and the service requester displays the computing means after receiving the computing means so as to be convenient for the service requester to view.
It should be noted that, the change prompting message in the above embodiment does not include the calculation mode corresponding to the target price, but sends the corresponding calculation mode to the service request end when the service request end requests to query the calculation mode.
Another embodiment may be that, after receiving a destination change request sent by a service request end, a computing device sends a change prompt message to the service request end, where the change prompt message includes not only a calculation query entry, such as ">" in fig. 6, but also a calculation manner, and only the calculation manner is not shown, it is understood that the calculation manner may be stored in a cache of the service request end, and when the service request party triggers ">, the calculation manner may be acquired from the cache and displayed, and communication with the computing device is not needed, so that the number of times of communication with the computing device is reduced.
Fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of another method for calculating a service request price according to embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the method takes a passenger submitting an order with a price through the network appointment software, and includes:
step 701: finishing charging; when the driver loads the passenger to the destination, the driver sends a request for ending the charging to the computing device through the driver terminal;
step 702: whether to change the destination online; when the charging is finished, whether the position of the driver terminal is matched with the initial destination in the order or not is judged, if so, the destination is not changed, if not, the destination is changed, at the moment, the computing device judges whether a destination changing request sent by the passenger terminal is received or not, if so, the passenger changes the destination online, and the step 708 is executed; otherwise, go to step 703;
step 703: whether the replacement destination is in a second preset area or not; judging whether the replacement destination is in a second preset area, wherein the second preset area can be constructed by taking the initial end point as the center of a circle and taking a second preset distance as a radius, and if the replacement destination is in the second preset area, executing step 708, and taking the initial price as a target price; otherwise, go to step 704;
step 704: whether the replacement destination is in a first preset area or not is changed; and judging whether the replacement destination is in the first preset area, wherein the construction of the first preset area is consistent with that in the embodiment, and the description is omitted here. If the replacement destination is within the first preset area, performing step 705, otherwise performing step 708;
step 705: the target distance is less than or equal to the initial distance; judging whether the target distance is smaller than or equal to the initial distance, if so, executing the step 706, and if not, executing the step 708; the obtaining mode of the target distance and the initial distance is the same as that of the embodiment;
step 706: the initial price is not less than the real-time price; judging whether the initial price is larger than or equal to the real-time price, if so, executing step 708, otherwise, executing step 707; wherein, the calculation mode of the initial price and the real-time price is consistent with the embodiment;
step 707: the initial price is a target price;
step 708: the real-time price is the target price.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sector with the central angle as the preset angle is constructed by taking the origin as the center of a circle and taking the first preset distance as the radius as the first preset area, and if the replacement destination is not in the first preset area, the replacement destination does not conform to the pricing mode of the initial price, so that the target price needs to be determined again according to the replacement destination to ensure the benefit of a service provider.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a device for calculating a service request price according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the device includes: a first receiving module 801, a first calculating module 802, an obtaining module 803, and a second calculating module 804, wherein:

1. A method for calculating a price of a service request, comprising:
receiving a service request sent by a service request end, wherein the service request comprises an origin and an initial destination;
calculating an initial price from the origin and the initial destination;
obtaining an alternate destination different from the initial destination;
determining a target price according to the initial destination and the replacement destination, and replacing the initial price with the target price.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target price from the initial destination and the alternate destination comprises:
constructing a first preset area containing the origin and the initial destination;
and if the replacement destination is not in the first preset area, determining the target price according to the replacement destination.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said constructing a first predetermined area containing said origin and said initial destination comprises:
and constructing a fan shape with a central angle as a preset angle by taking the origin as a circle center and a first preset distance as a radius as the first preset area, wherein the first preset distance is equal to the sum of the distance between the origin and the initial destination and a second preset distance, and a straight line passing through the origin and the initial destination is a symmetry axis of the fan shape.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining a target price from the initial destination and the alternate destination comprises:
constructing a second preset area by taking the initial destination as a circle center and the second preset distance as a radius, wherein the first preset area comprises the second preset area, and the first preset area is smaller than the second preset area;
and if the replacement destination is in the second preset area, the target price is equal to the initial price.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
obtaining an initial distance according to the origin and the initial destination, and obtaining a target distance according to the origin and the replacement destination; accordingly, the method can be used for solving the problems that,
the determining a target price from the initial destination and the alternate destination comprises:
and if the replacement destination is outside the second preset area and inside the first preset area, determining the target price according to the target distance and the initial distance.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining the target price based on the target distance and the initial distance comprises:
judging whether the target distance is greater than the initial distance;
if so, calculating a real-time price according to the replacement destination, and taking the real-time price as the target price;
and if not, determining the target price according to the real-time price and the initial price.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein determining the target price from the real-time price and the initial price comprises:
selecting a smaller one of the real-time price and the initial price as the target price.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining an estimated arrival time according to the origin and the initial destination, and obtaining an actual arrival time to the replacement destination;
the determining a target price from the initial destination and the alternate destination comprises:
if the difference value between the actual arrival time length and the estimated arrival time length is larger than a preset threshold value, determining a target price according to the replacement destination;
and if the difference value between the actual arrival time length and the estimated arrival time length is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, the target price is equal to the initial price.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a destination change request sent by the service request terminal;
and sending a change prompt message to the service request terminal according to the destination change request, wherein the change prompt message comprises a calculation inquiry entrance of the target price.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
receiving a query request triggering the computation query entry to send;

11. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a destination change request sent by the service request terminal;
and sending a change prompt message to the service request terminal according to the destination change request, wherein the change prompt message comprises a calculation mode of the target price.
12. An apparatus for calculating a service request price, comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a sending module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving a service request sent by a service request end, and the service request comprises an origin and an initial destination;
a first calculation module for calculating an initial price from the origin and the initial destination;
an obtaining module for obtaining an alternate destination different from the initial destination;
and the second calculation module is used for determining a target price according to the initial destination and the replacement destination, and replacing the initial price with the target price.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the second computing module is specifically configured to:
constructing a first preset area containing the origin and the initial destination;
and if the replacement destination is not in the first preset area, determining the target price according to the replacement destination.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the second computing module is specifically configured to:
and constructing a fan shape with a central angle as a preset angle by taking the origin as a circle center and a first preset distance as a radius as the first preset area, wherein the first preset distance is equal to the sum of the distance between the origin and the initial destination and a second preset distance, and a straight line passing through the origin and the initial destination is a symmetry axis of the fan shape.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the second computing module is specifically configured to:
constructing a second preset area by taking the initial destination as a circle center and the second preset distance as a radius, wherein the first preset area comprises the second preset area, and the first preset area is smaller than the second preset area;
and if the replacement destination is in the second preset area, the target price is equal to the initial price.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, further comprising:
the distance calculation module is used for obtaining an initial distance according to the origin and the initial destination and obtaining a target distance according to the origin and the replacement destination; accordingly, the method can be used for solving the problems that,
the second calculation module is specifically configured to:
and if the replacement destination is outside the second preset area and inside the first preset area, determining the target price according to the target distance and the initial distance.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the second computing module is specifically configured to:
judging whether the target distance is greater than the initial distance;
if so, calculating a real-time price according to the replacement destination, and taking the real-time price as the target price;
and if not, determining the target price according to the real-time price and the initial price.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the second computing module is specifically configured to:
selecting a smaller one of the real-time price and the initial price as the target price.
19. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising:
the estimation module is used for obtaining estimated arrival time according to the origin and the initial destination and obtaining actual arrival time reaching the replacement destination;
the second calculation module is specifically configured to:
if the difference value between the actual arrival time length and the estimated arrival time length is larger than a preset threshold value, determining a target price according to the replacement destination;
and if the difference value between the actual arrival time length and the estimated arrival time length is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, the target price is equal to the initial price.
20. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising:
a second receiving module, configured to receive a destination change request sent by the service request end;
and the first sending module is used for sending a change prompt message to the service request terminal according to the destination change request, wherein the change prompt message comprises a calculation inquiry entrance of the target price.
21. The apparatus of claim 20, further comprising:
a third receiving module, configured to receive a query request that triggers the computation query entry to send;
and the second sending module is used for sending the calculation mode of the target price to the service request end according to the query request so as to enable the service request end to display the calculation mode.
22. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising:
a fourth receiving module, configured to receive a destination change request sent by the service request end;
and a third sending module, configured to send a change prompting message to the service request end according to the destination change request, where the change prompting message includes a calculation manner of the target price.

An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a storage medium and a bus, the storage medium storing machine-readable instructions executable by the processor, the processor and the storage medium communicating via the bus when the electronic device is running, the processor executing the machine-readable instructions to perform the steps of the method for calculating a service request price according to any one of claims 1 to 11.

A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of calculating a price for a service request according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
25. A service system comprising a service request side, a service provider side and a calculation means of a service request price according to any one of claims 12-22.
