In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing data of the business processing method. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a business process method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 10 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: a first service platform acquires a service assistance task initiated by a gridder who issues the task; the second service platform acquires the service assistance task through the first service platform and issues the service assistance task to the task claim interface for displaying; the second service platform acquires a claiming request initiated by a gridder of a claiming task to the service assistance task displayed on the task claiming interface; the second service platform transmits the task state to the first service platform according to the claim request; and the first service platform sends the task state to the gridder who issues the task according to the received task state.
In one embodiment, the first service platform comprises a co-ordinate grid platform. The first service platform acquires a service assistance task initiated by a gridder who issues the task, and the service assistance task comprises the following steps: the cooperative grid platform acquires classification information and description information of appeal information filled by a grid member issuing a task according to the acquired appeal information; submitting the appeal information to a department corresponding to the classification information for auditing; and after the cooperative grid platform obtains the result that the department passes the audit, the appeal information is transmitted to the second service platform.
In one embodiment, after the first service platform sends the task state to the grid member issuing the task, the processor executes the computer program to further implement the following steps: the second service platform acquires task completion information submitted by the gridding staff of the claimed service assistance task; transmitting task completion information to a first service platform; and the first service platform modifies the completion state of the corresponding service assistance task according to the task completion information.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: the first service platform acquires target personnel information submitted by a grid member; submitting the target personnel information to a corresponding department for auditing; when the auditing result of the department is passed, transmitting the target personnel information to a second service platform; and the second service platform carries out data entry on the received target personnel information.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: a first service platform acquires a service assistance task initiated by a gridder who issues the task; the second service platform acquires the service assistance task through the first service platform and issues the service assistance task to the task claim interface for displaying; the second service platform acquires a claiming request initiated by a gridder of a claiming task to the service assistance task displayed on the task claiming interface; the second service platform transmits the task state to the first service platform according to the claim request; and the first service platform sends the task state to the gridder who issues the task according to the received task state.
In one embodiment, the first service platform comprises a co-ordinate grid platform. The first service platform acquires a service assistance task initiated by a gridder who issues the task, and the service assistance task comprises the following steps: the cooperative grid platform acquires classification information and description information of appeal information filled by a grid member issuing a task according to the acquired appeal information; submitting the appeal information to a department corresponding to the classification information for auditing; and after the cooperative grid platform obtains the result that the department passes the audit, the appeal information is transmitted to the second service platform.
In one embodiment, after the first service platform sends the task state to the grid employee who issued the task, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: the second service platform acquires task completion information submitted by the gridding staff of the claimed service assistance task; transmitting task completion information to a first service platform; and the first service platform modifies the completion state of the corresponding service assistance task according to the task completion information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: the first service platform acquires target personnel information submitted by a grid member; submitting the target personnel information to a corresponding department for auditing; when the auditing result of the department is passed, transmitting the target personnel information to a second service platform; and the second service platform carries out data entry on the received target personnel information.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: the second service platform acquires a service assistance task initiated by a gridder who issues the task through the first service platform; the second service platform issues the service assistance task to a task claim interface for display; the second service platform acquires a claiming request of a gridder of a claiming task for a service assistance task displayed on a task claiming interface; and the second service platform sends the state of the service assistance task claimed by the gridding personnel of the claimed task to the gridding personnel publishing the task according to the claimed request.
In one embodiment, after the second service platform sends the status of the service assistance task claimed by the gridder for the claimed task to the gridder publishing the task according to the claimed request, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: the second service platform acquires task completion information submitted by a gridder of the claimed task according to the claimed service assistance task; and the second service platform transmits the task completion information to the first service platform, and the task completion information is used for the first service platform to modify the completion state of the corresponding service assistance task.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: the second service platform acquires a service assistance task initiated by a gridder who issues the task through the first service platform; the second service platform issues the service assistance task to a task claim interface for display; the second service platform acquires a claiming request of a gridder of a claiming task for a service assistance task displayed on a task claiming interface; and the second service platform sends the state of the service assistance task claimed by the gridding personnel of the claimed task to the gridding personnel publishing the task according to the claimed request.
In one embodiment, after the second service platform sends the status of the business assistance task claimed by the panelist of the claimed task to the panelist issuing the task according to the claimed request, the computer program when executed by the processor further implements the steps of: the second service platform acquires task completion information submitted by a gridder of the claimed task according to the claimed service assistance task; and the second service platform transmits the task completion information to the first service platform, and the task completion information is used for the first service platform to modify the completion state of the corresponding service assistance task.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method of traffic processing, the method comprising:
a first service platform acquires a service assistance task initiated by a gridder who issues the task, wherein the first service platform refers to a platform corresponding to a gridding information system;
a second service platform acquires the service assistance task through the first service platform, and issues the service assistance task to a task claim interface for displaying, wherein the second service platform refers to a platform corresponding to the service assistance task;
the second service platform acquires a claiming request initiated by a gridder of a claiming task to the service assisting task displayed on the task claiming interface, and after the service assisting task displayed on the task claiming interface is claimed, the second service platform changes the task state of the claimed service assisting task according to the claiming condition;
the second service platform transmits the changed task state to the first service platform according to the claim request;
and the first service platform sends the received task state to the terminal where the grid member issuing the task is located.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first service platform comprises a corporate grid platform; the first service platform acquires a service assistance task initiated by a gridder who issues the task, and the service assistance task comprises the following steps:
the cooperative grid platform acquires classification information and description information of the appeal information, which are filled by the grid personnel of the issued task according to the acquired appeal information;
submitting the appeal information to a department corresponding to the classification information for auditing;
and after the co-treatment grid platform obtains the result that the department passes the audit, transmitting the appeal information to a second service platform.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the first service platform sends the task-publishing girder according to the received task status, the method further comprises:
the second service platform acquires task completion information submitted by the gridding staff of the claimed task to the claimed service assistance task;
transmitting the task completion information to the first service platform;
and the first service platform modifies the completion state of the corresponding service assistance task according to the task completion information.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the first service platform acquires target personnel information submitted by the grid personnel;
submitting the target personnel information to a corresponding department for auditing;
when the auditing result of the department is passed, transmitting the target personnel information to the second service platform;
and the second service platform carries out data entry on the received target personnel information.
5. A method of traffic processing, the method comprising:
a second service platform acquires a service assistance task initiated by a gridder who issues the task through the first service platform, wherein the second service platform refers to a platform corresponding to the service assistance task;
the second service platform issues the service assistance task to a task claim interface for displaying;
the second service platform acquires a claiming request of a gridder of a claiming task for the service assisting task displayed on the task claiming interface, and after the service assisting task displayed on the task claiming interface is claimed, the second service platform changes the task state of the claimed service assisting task according to the claiming condition;
and the second service platform sends the state of the service assisting task claimed by the gridding staff of the claimed task to the terminal of the gridding staff issuing the task according to the claimed request.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the second service platform sends the status of the service assistance task claimed by the gridder for the claimed task to the task publishing gridder according to the claimed request, further comprising:
the second service platform acquires task completion information submitted by a gridder of a claimed task according to the claimed service assistance task;
and the second service platform transmits the task completion information to the first service platform, wherein the task completion information is used for the first service platform to modify the completion state of the corresponding service assistance task.
7. A traffic processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the first service platform task acquisition module is used for acquiring a service assistance task initiated by a gridder who issues the task by a first service platform, wherein the first service platform refers to a platform corresponding to a gridding information system;
the second service platform display module is used for a second service platform to acquire the service assistance task through the first service platform and issue the service assistance task to a task claim interface for display, wherein the second service platform refers to a platform corresponding to the service assistance task;
a second service platform claiming module, configured to obtain, by the second service platform, a claiming request initiated by a grid operator of a claiming task for a service assistance task displayed on the task claiming interface, and after the service assistance task displayed on the task claiming interface is claimed, change, by the second service platform, a task state of the claimed service assistance task according to a claiming condition;
the second service platform state feedback module is used for transmitting the changed task state to the first service platform by the second service platform according to the claim request; and the first service platform sends the received task state to the terminal where the grid member issuing the task is located.
8. A traffic processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the task acquisition module is used for a second service platform to acquire a service assistance task initiated by a gridder who issues the task through the first service platform, wherein the second service platform refers to a platform corresponding to the service assistance task;
the task display module is used for the second service platform to issue the service assistance task to a task claim interface for display;
a task claiming module, configured to obtain, by the second service platform, a claiming request of a girder of a claiming task for a service assistance task displayed on the task claiming interface, and after the service assistance task displayed on the task claiming interface is claimed, change, by the second service platform, a task state of the claimed service assistance task according to a claiming condition;
and the state feedback module is used for sending the state of the service assisting task claimed by the gridding staff of the claimed task to the terminal where the gridding staff issuing the task is located by the second service platform according to the claimed request.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
