Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention.
It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the relevant aspects of the present invention are shown in the drawings. Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the operations (or steps) as a sequential process, many of the operations can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the operations may be re-arranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an interface operation method of a process flow according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to a case where the process flow is created by a visual manner, and the method may be executed by a process flow creation apparatus, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be generally integrated in a computer device. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following operations:
s110, determining at least two process templates matched with the product object in a process template display area of the process operation interface, and dragging the process templates to a process drawing area of the process operation interface.
The process flow operation interface may be an operation interface in a software form, and is used for creating the process flow in a visual manner. The visualization means that both the arrangement flow of each process node in the process flow and the determination flow of the process sequence between each process can be displayed on the screen in real time. The product object may be a product for which a process flow needs to be established. The process template display area may be a portion of the process flow operation interface for displaying process template icons of a plurality of process templates. A process template may be a template used to create a process node and assign a specific process instance to the process node. Optionally, the process template may include a process template icon and an editable process instance list. The process template icon can be used for displaying a process to be instantiated and can be stored in a process template library; the process instance list may then be used to instantiate the process to be instantiated. The process flow drawing area may be a part of the area in the process flow operation interface, and is used for creating a process flow, such as instantiating a process template, determining a process sequence between process instances, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, a process flow can be created for a product object by using a process flow creation system in a software defined mode. The process flow creation system may be a system for creating and managing a maintenance process flow, and may be in the form of software. The process flow creation system may provide a process flow operational interface in which a plurality of different functional zones may be included. Fig. 2 is a schematic effect diagram of a process flow operation interface according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating an effect of a process flow operation interface according to an embodiment of the present invention. In a specific example, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the process flow operation interfaces may be of various types, and different process flow operation interfaces correspond to different software defined functions. A process flow operational interface, such as that shown in fig. 2, may include a product object display area and a process flow drawing area. Wherein, the area of the "product technology library" on the left side of fig. 2 for displaying the product object is the product object display area; the right process flow configuration area of fig. 2 is the process flow drawing area. A process flow operation interface, such as that shown in fig. 3, may include a process template display area and a process flow drawing area. Wherein, the area of the 'process template library' on the left side of fig. 3 is a process template display area; the right process flow configuration area of fig. 3 is a process flow drawing area. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the process flow drawing area may be further divided into sub-areas.
Icons in the product object display area may be used to display various types of product objects. Correspondingly, before the process template display area of the process flow operation interface determines at least two process templates matched with the product object, the corresponding icon of the product object may be selected in the product object display area of the process flow operation interface to determine the product object.
Accordingly, a process flow may be created for a product object using the process flow operating interface shown in FIG. 3. Specifically, at least two process template icons matched with the product object may be determined in a process template display area of the process operation interface according to the process requirements of the process, and the determined process template icons are dragged to a process drawing area of the process operation interface, for example, dragged to a process configuration sub-area on the upper half of the process drawing area. It should be noted that, when the process template icons are dragged, all the required process template icons can be dragged to the process flow drawing area at one time, and then the process templates corresponding to the process template icons are instantiated. Or, only one process template icon may be dragged at a time, and after instantiation of the process template corresponding to the process template icon is completed, other process template icons may be dragged and instantiated. The embodiment of the invention does not limit the dragging mode and the specific instantiation mode of the process template icon.
S120, instantiating each process template in the process flow drawing area to obtain a process instance matched with each process template; wherein the process examples comprise process example icons and process example lists.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when each process template is instantiated in the process flow drawing area, the process instance list of the process template may be instantiated by using the process instance data, so as to complete the instantiation process of each process template. The process instance can include a process instance icon and a process instance list. As shown in fig. 3, a process instance icon corresponding to the process template may be generated above the "process list" in the process flow drawing area. The process flow configuration sub-area in which the "process list" is located can embody the process instance data of each process template.
The process example data is related to a process, such as a process number, a process name, a station, a process description, or process-related equipment. For example, after one process template is instantiated, a process instance icon corresponding to the process template may be generated in the process flow configuration sub-area on the upper half of the process flow drawing area. The process instance icon may be an icon representing a process node. That is, the process instance may include a process instance icon and a process instance list. Wherein the process instance list in the process instance includes complete editable process instance data. Alternatively, the process instances are editable rather than permanent.
And S130, establishing a connection relation among the process examples in the process flow drawing area so as to determine a process association relation among the process examples.
The process association relationship may be a sequential relationship between the processes, for example, if a first process and a second process have a sequential relationship, the sequential relationship may be a process association relationship.
It is understood that a complete process flow may include multiple processes, with corresponding process relationships between the processes. Therefore, a complete process flow is composed of the working procedures and the association relationship among the working procedures. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, when creating the process flow, in addition to determining each process, a process association relationship between each process needs to be determined.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, in the process flow configuration sub-area on the upper half of the process flow drawing area, virtual tools such as "straight line connection line", "curved line connection line", or "clear" may be used to draw and establish a connection line relationship between the process instances, so as to determine a process association relationship between the process instances.
And S140, creating the process flow of the product object in the process flow drawing area according to the process examples and the process incidence relation.
Accordingly, after the process instance of a product object and the process association relationship between the process instances are determined, the process flow of the product object can be created in the process flow drawing area according to the process instances and the process association relationship.
Illustratively, assume that a process instance of a product object includes: the method comprises a process A, a process B and a process C, wherein the process relation among the process examples is as follows: the step a is the first step, and the subsequent step is the step C, that is, the step preceding the step C is the step a. The subsequent step of the step C is a step B, that is, the preceding step of the step B is a step C. Correspondingly, the process flow of the product object created according to each process example and the process association relationship is as follows: step A, step C, and step B.
In the prior art, a production process management system uses a form similar to a database form to create a process flow, the creation process of the whole process flow only involves data interaction, is abstract and difficult to understand, and does not support direct editing of procedures on the system, so that the creation process of the process flow is complex and the efficiency is low.
In order to solve the above problem, in the embodiment of the present invention, the creation process of the whole process flow is shown in a visual form. Specifically, the process flow creation system may determine at least two process templates matching the product object according to the instruction of the user in the process flow operation interface. For example, when a user drags a process template to a process drawing area and instantiates the process template by using process instance data, a process node of which the process is a product object can be determined in the process drawing area. A product object may be configured with a plurality of process templates, each process template represents a specific process type after being instantiated, and the process templates of a process flow may be set according to the process requirements of the product object.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the process template includes both the process instance icon and the editable process instance. The process instance icons are used for visually displaying each process node, so that a user can clearly and visually know information of each process node in the process flow, and the process flow creation and management maintenance efficiency can be improved. The editable process example can be used for specifically realizing the process nodes, the process example can be edited at any time in the process of creating the process flow, and the process example can be edited and updated according to the updating requirement of the process flow after the process flow is created, so that the convenience of creating and managing the process flow is improved, and the efficiency of creating, managing and maintaining the process flow is further improved. Therefore, the process template in the embodiment of the invention not only has a visualization effect, but also realizes an editable function of the process instance, thereby improving the convenience and the high efficiency of process flow creation, management and maintenance.
The method and the device for processing the process template determine at least two process templates matched with the product object in the process template display area of the process operation interface, drag the process templates to the process drawing area of the process operation interface, and instantiate each process template in the process drawing area to obtain the process instance matched with each process template. After the process examples are obtained, a connection relation between the process examples can be established in the process flow drawing area to determine a process association relation between the process examples. After the procedure association relationship is determined, the process flow of the product object can be created in the process flow drawing area according to the procedure examples and the procedure association relationship. The whole process flow creation process is carried out in a visual mode, and each process node is provided with an editable process instance for later process flow management and maintenance, so that the problems of low efficiency, low maintainability and the like of the existing process flow creation, management and maintenance are solved, and the convenience and the high efficiency of the process flow management creation and maintenance are improved.
Example two
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for creating a process flow according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is embodied based on the second embodiment, and in this embodiment, a specific implementation manner of determining at least two process templates matching with a product object, instantiating the process templates, determining a process association relationship, and creating a process flow is provided.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before determining at least two process templates matching with the product object in the process template display area of the process flow operation interface, if there is no matching product object, the product object may be created in the process flow operation interface of the process flow creation system first. Optionally, the process of creating the product object may include: triggering a product definition icon of a product object display area of the process flow operation interface so as to trigger a product instance entry table corresponding to the product definition icon; receiving product instance data input for each data item of the product instance entry table; creating a product instance of the product object in the product object display area according to the product instance entry table and the product instance data; after the process instance entry table for triggering the process template icon matching of each process template in the process flow drawing area, the method further comprises the following steps: and automatically associating and updating the associated process example data of the process example entry table according to the product example data.
The product definition icon may be used to define a new product object, and may be an icon pre-configured by the process flow creation system, and used as an icon identifier for defining a product. The product instance entry table may be a list for inputting product information for a product object to be created when the product object is created, and may be used to instantiate the product object. Product instance data is also data related to a product. Optionally, the data content of each data item in the product instance entry table is null, and the user may add corresponding product instance data to the data item of the product instance entry table according to the product requirement. It should be noted that, in addition to editing each data item of the product instance entry table when creating the product object, the product instance entry table of the product object may also be edited again in the process of creating the process flow for the product object, so as to perfect the product instance of the product object, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The product instance can be generated according to the product instance data of the data items in the product entry table when the product object is created, can be further edited according to the process flow requirements, is an instantiation of the product object, and can comprise a product template icon and product instance data. After the creation of the product instance is completed, when the product template icon is triggered to establish the process flow of the product object, further instantiation of the product instance of the product object can be continued.
Optionally, the data items of the product instance in the product instance entry table may include, but are not limited to, a product main data item and a product sub data item. Wherein the product master data item may include, but is not limited to, product basic information; the product sub-data items may include, but are not limited to, at least one of product-associated equipment, product-associated materials, or product macro-processes. Further, the product basic information may include, but is not limited to, a product number, a product name, a product type or a product version, and the like. The product-related device, the product-related material, and the product large process may be configured according to the product type and the function, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. The associated process instance data can be instance data related to the product object in the process.
In the embodiment of the invention, a new product can be created on the process flow operation interface of the process flow creation system. For example, when a user triggers a product definition icon on a process flow operation interface of the process flow creation system, the user enters a product definition flow and triggers a product instance entry table corresponding to the product definition icon. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating an effect of a product main data item in a product instance entry table according to a second embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating an effect of a product sub data item in a product instance entry table according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating an effect of a product sub data item in a product instance entry table according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, 6, and 7, when the user triggers the product definition icon, the process flow creation system may pop up a product instance entry form on the process flow operation interface. The user can input product instance data of the product, such as a product number, a product name, a product type, equipment needed by the product, materials, a large procedure of the product and the like, aiming at the product instance entry table. And after receiving the product instance data input by the user aiming at each data item of the product instance entry table, the process flow creation system can create the product instance according to the product instance entry table and the product instance data. It should be noted that, when inputting product instance data into the product instance entry table, the user may select one or more data items to be filled, and all the data items are not required to be filled. Meanwhile, each data item in the product example entry table can be filled or modified in the process of creating the process flow. After the product instance is created, a corresponding product template icon may be generated in a product technology library (i.e., a product object display area).
Meanwhile, when the process template is instantiated, the associated process instance data of the process instance entry table can be automatically associated and updated according to the product instance data. For example, the product name, the product type, the product number and other associated process instance data of the process instance entry table are automatically associated and updated according to the product instance data such as the product name, the product type, the product number and the like.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating an effect of a process flow configuration page of a product object according to a second embodiment of the present invention. When a user selects a certain product object in the product process library, the process creation system may trigger a process configuration page, i.e., a process drawing area, of the product object in response to a triggering operation of the user on a product template icon corresponding to the product object, so as to create a process corresponding to the product object. The process flow configuration page may be a visual page for creating, managing and maintaining the process flow.
It should be noted that, if the product object does not create a process flow in advance, after the process flow creation system triggers the process flow configuration page of the product object, the process flow of the large process preconfigured for the product object may be displayed in the process flow configuration page. As shown in fig. 8, assuming that the user selects the product series 3-1 as the product object, the process flow creation system triggers the process flow configuration page of the product series 3-1 in response to the triggering operation of the product template icon corresponding to the product series 3-1, and displays the large process flow of the product series 3-1: step 1, step 2, step 3, step 4, step 5, step 6.
It should be noted that each product in the product process library may be configured with a large process flow in advance. Wherein, the large process flow can be a complete process flow corresponding to the product. After a user selects one of the product objects, each process node in the large process flow can be configured, and a small process flow corresponding to the process node of each large process can be created. The small procedure process flow comprises at least one small procedure, and the small procedure is a procedure needing instantiation. That is, the process flow involved in the embodiment of the present invention may be a process flow composed of corresponding small processes in the process node in the large process of the product.
In a specific example, taking the shoe making process flow as an example, the large processes of the shoe making process flow can include material purchasing, cutting, upper sewing and the like, and the three large processes can complete the whole shoe making process flow. When a user selects one of the shoe series in the product process library as a product object, the process creation system can trigger a process configuration page corresponding to the shoe series, and display a large process corresponding to the shoe series in the process configuration page: material purchasing, cutting and sewing upper surfaces. For each large procedure, the corresponding small procedure process flow can be determined by determining at least two procedure templates, instantiating the procedure templates, determining procedure association relations among the procedure instances and the like. For example, for a large sewing upper process, a small process flow of configuration-material receiving-upper product detection-lining placing-shoelace threading-upper cleaning-labeling-hang tag hanging-inner box matching-packaging can be adopted.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 4, the method of this embodiment may include:
s210, determining the product object in a product object display area of the process flow operation interface, and displaying a process template display area of the product object.
And S220, determining at least two process template icons matched with the product object in the process template display area.
As shown in fig. 8, the process template display area may be presented in the form of a process template library, which may be used to store various types of process templates for product objects.
In the embodiment of the invention, the process flow creation system can display the product template icons of various product objects through the product process library. Alternatively, the product technology library may present the product template icons in a list. Alternatively, the list may take the form of a product tree. The product tree can display each product in a classified mode according to the type and series of the product, so that a user can browse and select the products quickly, and a product object corresponding to the process flow to be built is determined. After the product object is determined, the process creation system may provide a library of process templates for product object matching to the user at the process operation interface for the user to select a plurality of process templates from the library of process templates.
And S230, instantiating each process template in the process flow drawing area to obtain a process instance matched with each process template.
Accordingly, S230 may specifically include the following operations:
and S231, triggering a procedure instance entry table matched with the procedure template icons of the procedure templates in the process flow drawing area.
And S232, receiving the process example data input aiming at each data item of the process example entry table.
And S233, creating the process example icon and the process example list in the process flow drawing area according to the process example entry table and the process example data.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating an effect of determining a process template according to a second embodiment of the present invention, in a specific example, specifically, as shown in fig. 8, after the process creation system pops up a corresponding process configuration page according to a product object, a user may click a function key of "add a small process" to enter a process definition display page of the product object shown in fig. 9, where the process definition display page belongs to a type of process operation interface. In the process definition display page, when a process is created, a user can select a corresponding process template icon from the process template library and drag the process template icon to the process flow configuration page. When the process template icon is dragged to the process flow configuration page, the process flow creating system correspondingly pops up the process instance entry table of the process template icon. The user can input corresponding data, for example, data of other data items except basic data items such as a process name, a process description and a process number, in each data item in the process instance entry table. After the user fills and stores the process instance data in the process related data item, the process flow creation system may create a process instance matched with the process template by using the process instance entry table and the process instance data, specifically, a process instance icon corresponding to the process template icon may be generated on a process flow configuration page, for example, an icon of "process 1" in the process flow configuration page shown in fig. 9. Meanwhile, a process example of 'process 1' can be generated at a process list below the process flow configuration page, and process example data of the process example can be displayed. Meanwhile, the process example can automatically lead product information such as the product name, the product type, the product number and the like of the product object and large process information and the like from the product process library, so that automatic association updating of product example data is realized. After the creation of "process 1" is completed, the creation of the next process instance "process 2" can continue, in the same manner as the creation of "process 1". When the process example is created, the process example data input in the data item associated with the large process in the process example entry table can be used for creating the association relationship between the process flow and the large process.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, before determining at least two process templates matching the product object in the process template display area of the process flow operation interface, the method may further include: if the process template display area does not comprise the process template, triggering a process definition icon of the process template display area to trigger a process entry table corresponding to the process definition icon; receiving process template data input for each data item of the process entry table; and creating the process template in the process template display area according to the process entry table and the process template data.
The process definition icon may be used to define a process template, may be an icon pre-configured by the process flow creation system, and is used as an icon identifier of a process in the process template library. The process entry table may be a list used to enter process information for a new process type when the new process type is created. That is, the data content of each data item of the process entry table is empty. When the process type is created, the basic information of the process type can be input by using the process entry table, and after partial data items of the process entry table are filled and stored, the process instance entry table corresponding to the process type is generated. That is, the process instance entry table triggered by instantiating the process template subsequently is an input result to the process entry table when the process type corresponding to the process template is created. It will be understood that the data entered by the data items of the process entry table may be essential data for distinguishing from the functions or descriptions of other processes, etc. When the process template icon is triggered, the process instance entry table corresponding to the process template icon can be triggered, so that instantiation is performed according to the process instance entry table, and a corresponding process instance is created. The process template data is the basic data of the process template input when the process template is created.
Optionally, the data items of the process entry table may include, but are not limited to, a process main data item and a process sub data item, wherein the process main data item may include, but is not limited to, process basic information; the process sub-data items may include, but are not limited to, at least one of process-associated equipment, process-associated materials (BOMs), or process-associated personalities. Further, the process basic information may include, but is not limited to, a process number, a process name, a station or process description, and the like. The process-related devices, the process-related materials, and the process-related persons may be configured according to the process types and functions, which are not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
In a specific example, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram illustrating an effect of a process entry table provided in example two of the present application. As shown in FIG. 9, after the user clicks "Add Process", the process flow creation system may pop up the process entry table as shown in FIG. 10. The user may enter the process template data into some or all of the data items in the process entry form. After the user inputs and stores the process template data in the process entry table, the process flow creation system can create the process template according to the process template data input by each data item of the process entry table. For example, a corresponding process template icon is generated in the process template library, and a process instance entry table corresponding to the process template icon is generated. Assuming that a user inputs "01" process template data to the data item of the process number in the process entry table, inputs "material preparation" process template data to the data item of the process name, selects "material preparation" process template data to the data item of the station, and inputs "30" process template data to the data item of the design time, the process instance entry table popped up by the process template icon is shown in fig. 11 when the subsequent user uses the process flow creation system and drags the process template icon to create a corresponding process instance.
It should be noted that the data items in the product entry table and the procedure entry table may also be customized by the user, and meanwhile, a plurality of procedure template icons with the same name may exist, and the procedure instances corresponding to the procedure template icons may be the same or different. The embodiments of the present invention do not limit this. Specifically, the process master data item and the process sub data item of the process instance entry table may be listed below.

And S240, establishing a connection line relationship among the process examples in the process flow drawing area so as to determine a process association relationship among the process examples.
And S250, updating the process example list in the process flow drawing area according to the process association relation.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when determining the process association relationship between the process instances, firstly, the connection relationship between the process instance icons needs to be determined, and then, the process association relationship is determined according to the connection relationship between the process instance icons. After the process association relationship is determined, the process instance list may also be updated according to the determined process association relationship.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, after the process instance icons of each process template are generated, two process instance icons may be connected to determine the process association relationship between the two process instance icons. When the icons of the two process examples are connected, in a process list (namely, a process example list) displayed below the process flow configuration page, the process number or process name of the process example on the right side of the upper connecting line is automatically filled in the data item of the next process in the process example corresponding to the process example on the left side of the connecting line, and the process number or process name of the process example on the left side of the upper connecting line (not shown in fig. 9) is automatically filled in the data item of the previous process in the process example corresponding to the process example on the right side of the connecting line, so that the process example is automatically updated according to the process association relationship.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the generation order of the process example icons is not fixed, and the process example icons may be generated arbitrarily. Meanwhile, the process association relationship may be determined sequentially after the process instance icons are generated, or may be determined uniformly after all the process instance icons are generated. That is, after one process instance icon is generated, the process instance icon can be directly connected with another process instance picture. Or, all the process example icons may be generated first, and then the process example icons are connected in a unified manner, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And S260, creating the process flow of the product object in the process flow drawing area according to the process examples and the process incidence relation.
Specifically, after the process examples are created and the connection lines between the process example icons are stored, the process flow creation system may perform process sequencing according to the connection line sequence between the process example icons, so that the process flow becomes a complete process route to create the process flow of the product object, and the final process flow effect is as shown in fig. 12.
Fig. 13 is a flowchart of a method for creating a process flow according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and to sum up, as shown in fig. 13, before creating the process flow, it may be determined whether a required process template icon exists, and if so, the process template icon is dragged to a process flow configuration page, otherwise, a new process template icon is created. After the process template icons are dragged to the process flow configuration page, corresponding process example icons can be generated, and if the process does not need to be continuously established, the process example icons can be connected; otherwise, continuing to drag the process template icons to the process flow configuration page until all process instance icons are generated. And when the connection among the process example icons is finished and stored, the whole process flow is established.
And S270, determining a process example icon to be updated corresponding to at least one process example to be updated in the process flow.
And S280, updating the process example icon to be updated.
The process example icon to be updated may be a process example icon which is created in the process route and needs to be updated. The update triggering operation for triggering the update process may be, for example, a right click, a selection deletion, a selection addition, or other triggering operations, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit a specific operation type of the update triggering operation. The update process may include, but is not limited to, a modify update process, an add update process, or a delete update process; the modification update process includes a data modification update process and/or a sequential modification update process. The modification update process may be to modify the process instance, including but not limited to modifying the data content of the process instance list in the process instance or the process sequence between the process instance icons. The add update process may be an addition of a new process instance and the delete update process may be a deletion of an existing process instance.
It should be noted that, when other process flows need to be managed, the existing production process management system is complex in process flow replacement operation, and only new process flows can be created again, but established process flows cannot be directly updated, so that the management and maintenance efficiency of the process flows is low.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since the process example of the process flow in the process flow operation interface is editable, even after the process flow is created, the process template of the process flow can be updated in the process flow operation interface, such as modified, added, or deleted. That is, after the process flow of a product is created, a certain process may be modified, a process may be added, or a process may be deleted.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the updating the process instance icon to be updated may include: responding to data modification update triggering operation of the process example icon to be updated, triggering a process example entry table corresponding to the process example icon to be updated, receiving modification data input aiming at a data item to be modified in the process example entry table corresponding to the process example to be updated, and updating a process example list of the process example icon to be updated according to the modification data; or, modifying an update triggering operation in response to the sequence of the process example icons to be updated, deleting the original connection relation among the process example icons to be updated, reestablishing a newly-established connection relation among the process example icons to be updated, and updating the process association relation among the process example icons to be updated and the process example list of the process example icons to be updated according to the newly-established connection relation among the process example icons to be updated; or, in response to an instance addition update triggering operation of the process instance icon to be updated, deleting an original connection relationship between the process instance icons to be updated, determining a new process instance icon and a new process instance list, reestablishing the new connection relationship between the process instance icons to be updated and the new process instance icon, and updating the process association relationship between the process instance icons to be updated and the new process instance icon and the process instance list of the process instance icons to be updated according to the new connection relationship between the process instance icons to be updated and the new process instance icon; or, in response to an instance deletion update triggering operation of the to-be-updated process instance icons, deleting the original connection relation among the to-be-updated process instance icons, the to-be-updated process instance icons and the process instance list of the to-be-updated process instance icons.
The data modification and update triggering operation may be used to modify the process instance of the process instance icon to be updated, the data item to be modified may be a process instance data item that requires data modification in the process instance of the process instance icon to be updated, and the modification data may be used to update and modify data in the data item to be modified. The sequence modification and update triggering operation may be used to modify the sequence of each process instance icon to be updated in the process flow, and the original connection relationship may be the connection relationship existing in each process instance icon to be updated. The newly-established connection relationship can be a newly-established connection relationship between the newly-established process instance icon and each process instance icon to be updated. The adding and updating triggering operation can be used for adding a new process instance icon at the position of the process instance icon to be updated, and the newly-built process instance icon is the process instance icon needing to be added. The deletion update triggering operation may be used to delete the whole process instance corresponding to the process instance icon to be updated, including the process instance icon and the process instance list, and the connection relationship related to the process instance icon to be updated.
Illustratively, when the data item content of the process instance of a certain process template is modified, the process instance icon to be updated corresponding to the process can be found according to the process name, and the "modification" label appears when the process instance icon to be updated is right-clicked. And after the modification label is clicked, popping up a process example entry table of the process example icon to be updated, and directly modifying the original data of the entered data item to be modified by using the modification data in the process example entry table. When the sequence between a certain process template and other process templates is modified, the process can be realized by deleting the connecting line between the process example icons to be updated and connecting two process example icons to be updated. When a process example is added in the middle of a built process flow, if the process L is added between a process example icon a to be updated and a process example icon B to be updated (namely between the process a and the process B), a new process example icon L can be created first, then the original connecting line between the process example icon a to be updated and the process example icon B to be updated is deleted, the right side of the process example icon a to be updated is connected with the left side of the new process example icon L, the right side of the new process example icon L is connected with the left side of the process example icon B to be updated, and after the connecting line, the data of two data items, namely the previous process and the next process, of the process example icon a to be updated, the process example icon B to be updated and the process example of the new process icon L are automatically updated. When a certain process template is deleted, the process example icon to be updated is found according to the process name, a 'delete' label appears when the icon is right-clicked, the process example icon to be updated can be deleted after the delete label is clicked, and meanwhile, the process example list of the process example icon to be updated and the deletion of the connecting line of the process example list are triggered.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, after the process flow of creating the product object, the method may further include: responding to the triggering operation of the process flow entry icon, returning and executing the operation of determining at least two process templates matched with the product object in the process template display area of the process flow operation interface so as to create another process flow of the product object; the additional process flow coexists with the process flow created and completed in the product object; responding to the triggering operation of the process flow editing icon, and editing and modifying the selected created process flow; responding to the triggering operation of the process flow deleting icon, and deleting the selected created process flow; and setting the selected created process flow as a default process flow in response to the triggering operation of the process flow default setting icon.
Wherein, the process flow entry icon can be used for triggering a newly-built process flow. The additional process flow may be an additional established process flow that may coexist with the already created process flow that currently exists in the product object. That is, one product object may include a plurality of process flows at the same time. The selected created process flow may be a process flow that has already been created and requires further modification. The process flow edit icon may be used to edit and modify a selected created process flow, such as by modifying, adding, or deleting process templates. The process flow delete icon may be used to select a created process flow for deletion and the process flow default setting icon may be used to set a default process flow for the selected created process flow. Wherein, the default process flow is also the default process flow of the product object.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, one product object may include a plurality of process flows, each process flow may include information such as a process flow name and a process flow number, and a process flow of one product may include product information (a product name and a number) and process flow information (a process flow name and a process list). If a new process flow needs to be established for the product object, the process flow entry icon can be directly triggered to enter a process flow configuration page so as to establish a new process flow. If the created process flow needs to be edited, the process flow editing icon corresponding to the created process flow can be triggered to be selected, a process flow configuration page corresponding to the selected created process flow is entered, and the process template which is created in the page is edited. If the created process flow needs to be deleted, the process flow deleting icon corresponding to the created process flow can be triggered to be selected, and the created process flow is immediately deleted. If the established process flow needs to be set as the default process flow, the process flow default icon corresponding to the established process flow can be triggered to be selected, and the selected established process flow is directly set as the default process flow.
Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram illustrating an effect of a process definition display page according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 14, "process 2" and "default process" are two mutually independent and established process flows of the product object. The user can select one of the established process flows in the process definition display page to edit, or add a new process flow name, a new process flow number and the like in the process definition display page, and enter the corresponding process flow configuration page to create a new process flow.
Therefore, at least two process templates matched with the product object are determined in modes of dragging and the like, and a connecting line between process instance icons is directly established to create a process flow, so that a complete process route can be created more quickly, conveniently and intuitively. The process template icon display, the process example icon generation, the sequence relation among the processes and the like can be arranged in a visual mode, and the convenience of process flow creation, management and maintenance is greatly improved. In addition, the data items of the process example can be filled in advance while the process template icon is created, so that the filling of the data items of the process example is facilitated, a process flow creator does not need to fill in too many repeated data items, only needs to fill in the contents of the data items with differences, and the convenience and the efficiency of the process flow management creation and maintenance are further improved.
It should be noted that any permutation and combination between the technical features in the above embodiments also belong to the scope of the present invention.
