The application to be upgraded is an upgradable application program used for providing internet-of-vehicles services such as music, videos, radio stations, news and food in the vehicle.
Specifically, the primary vehicle-mounted device downloads at least one upgrade package of the application to be upgraded, and sends the upgrade package of the application to be upgraded to the secondary vehicle-mounted device.
Illustratively, the primary on-board device may download an upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded from an upgrade server in the upgrade system shown in fig. 1A.
Optionally, at least one of the downloaded upgrade packages of the applications to be upgraded is transmitted to the secondary vehicle-mounted device through a data transmission channel between the primary vehicle-mounted device and the secondary vehicle-mounted device; correspondingly, the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment carries out application upgrading on at least one locally-arranged application to be upgraded and associated with the received upgrade package according to the received upgrade package.
Illustratively, the primary on-board device transmits an upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded to a secondary on-board device arranged in the vehicle through a locally arranged multi-system communication application; correspondingly, the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment receives the upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded sent by the main vehicle-mounted equipment through the locally arranged multi-system communication application.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the upgrade package sent by the primary onboard device to the secondary onboard device may be an upgrade package of all downloaded applications to be upgraded, so as to ensure that the secondary onboard device can upgrade the application program as comprehensively as possible. Correspondingly, the secondary on-board device can receive the whole amount of upgrade packages, or download the upgrade packages of the application programs to be upgraded related to the secondary on-board device from the whole amount of upgrade packages sent by the primary on-board device according to the locally installed application programs to be upgraded.
In order to reduce the waste of resources caused by unnecessary data transmission, in another optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the primary onboard device may further send an upgrade package of the downloaded part of the application to be upgraded to the secondary onboard device. Correspondingly, the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment receives all the upgrade packages sent by the main vehicle-mounted equipment so as to upgrade the corresponding applications to be upgraded.
For example, the primary on-board device may further determine at least one application to be upgraded in the secondary on-board device before transmitting an upgrade package of the at least one application to be upgraded to the secondary on-board device provided in the vehicle; transmitting at least one upgrade package of applications to be upgraded in the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment to the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment; correspondingly, the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment receives the upgrade package.
Optionally, the application program installed in the secondary on-board device and the current version of each application in the ascending order are stored in the primary on-board device locally or in other devices associated with the primary on-board device; the main vehicle-mounted equipment can search and match the application programs in the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment according to the downloaded version information of each application program, so that at least one application to be upgraded in the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment is determined; transmitting at least one upgrade package of applications to be upgraded in the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment to the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment; correspondingly, the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment receives the upgrade package.

Specifically, according to the received upgrade package, application upgrade is performed on at least one application to be upgraded in the secondary vehicle-mounted device, wherein the application to be upgraded is associated with the upgrade package.
It should be noted that the application to be upgraded, which is locally upgraded by the secondary vehicle-mounted device, may be all applications associated with the received upgrade package, or may be part of applications, and this is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
The method comprises the steps that the secondary vehicle-mounted equipment arranged in the vehicle receives at least one upgrade package of the application to be upgraded, which is sent by the primary vehicle-mounted equipment and arranged in the vehicle; and upgrading at least one locally set application to be upgraded according to the received upgrade package. According to the technical scheme, the upgrading package is downloaded through the main vehicle-mounted equipment, the main vehicle-mounted equipment and the auxiliary setting equipment are used for data transmission, the upgrading package and the upgrading package are shared, the local application to be upgraded is independently upgraded through the main vehicle-mounted equipment and the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment, synchronous upgrading of the application to be upgraded in different equipment in the vehicle is achieved, and upgrading efficiency of application programs in the vehicle with the multiple vehicle-mounted equipment is improved.
On the basis of the technical schemes, in order to realize management and monitoring of the application upgrading condition in the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment, the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment upgrades at least one locally-arranged application to be upgraded according to the received upgrading packet and then sends an upgrading receipt to the main vehicle-mounted equipment; and the upgrade receipt comprises the software version and/or the upgrade result of each application to be upgraded related to the received upgrade package. And the upgrading result comprises upgrading success and upgrading failure. Correspondingly, the main vehicle-mounted device receives the upgrade receipt sent by the auxiliary vehicle-mounted device, and the upgrade receipt is used for local storage or reporting to other devices associated with the main vehicle-mounted device, so that the upgrade receipt is stored in the other devices.
Optionally, when the upgrade result of the secondary on-board device is that the upgrade fails, the secondary on-board device may rollback the application to be upgraded that fails to be upgraded within a set time period, and feed back an upgrade receipt of the rollback upgrade process to the primary on-board device. Optionally, in order to ensure successful upgrade of the application to be upgraded, if the rollback of the application to be upgraded still fails within a set time period or the rollback frequency is greater than a set frequency threshold, an upgrade receipt indicating that the upgrade fails is fed back to the main onboard equipment, and the main onboard equipment is requested to re-download and/or re-send the upgrade package of the application to be upgraded. Wherein the set number threshold is set by a technician as needed or an empirical value.
When the vehicle is provided with at least two auxiliary vehicle-mounted devices, in order to conveniently and effectively control each auxiliary vehicle-mounted device and ensure the successful upgrade of the failed upgrade application to be upgraded in other auxiliary vehicle-mounted devices, the main vehicle-mounted device can also send a rollback instruction to at least one auxiliary vehicle-mounted device arranged in the vehicle; correspondingly, the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment receives a rollback instruction sent by the main vehicle-mounted equipment based on the upgrading result of the upgrading identification; and rolling back the application to be upgraded with the upgrading result of failed upgrading according to the rolling back instruction.
It should be noted that the upgrade result may also be an upgrade result generated by the main onboard device for the upgrade behavior after the main onboard device downloads the upgrade package of the application to be upgraded and upgrades at least one locally-set application to be upgraded.
On the basis of the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments, in order to ensure the stability of the application program after being upgraded in the secondary on-board device, the upgrade package received by the secondary on-board device is an upgrade package that is not recalled in the upgrade server.
In the application program upgrading process, after downloading at least one upgrade package of an application to be upgraded, before transmitting the upgrade package of the at least one application to be upgraded to a secondary on-board device arranged in the vehicle, the primary on-board device may further: sending a version check request to an upgrade server aiming at each application to be upgraded to obtain an upgrade package recall result of each application to be upgraded; if the upgrade package of the application to be upgraded is not recalled, continuing to execute the operation of sending the upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded to the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment; correspondingly, the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment receives at least one upgrade package of the application to be upgraded sent by the main vehicle-mounted equipment.
Specifically, the main airborne equipment sends a version check request to the upgrade server; after receiving the version verification request, the upgrade server determines whether an upgrade package of the application to be upgraded in the upgrade server is recalled based on each current version in the version verification request; if the application to be upgraded is recalled, the upgrade package of the application to be upgraded is recalled, and the application to be upgraded is not required to be upgraded due to stability or other reasons, that is, the transmission operation of the upgrade package of the application to be upgraded to the secondary vehicle-mounted device is not executed any more, so that the application upgrade of the application to be upgraded in the secondary vehicle-mounted device is terminated. If the application to be upgraded is not recalled, the upgrading package of the application to be upgraded is good in performance, and the transmission operation of the upgrading package of the application to be upgraded to the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment can be executed, so that the application upgrading of the application to be upgraded, which is installed on the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment, is realized.
It is understood that, in order to ensure the stability of the locally set upgraded application program by the main onboard device, after downloading the upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded, the main onboard device performs an operation of sending a version check request to the upgrade server for each application to be upgraded before upgrading at least one locally set application to be upgraded.
On the basis of the technical solutions of the above embodiments, the application to be upgraded may be each independent application set in the vehicle, or may be each sub-application to be upgraded included in the fusion application set in the vehicle.
The converged application may be understood as an application program including at least one sub-application.
Optionally, if each application to be upgraded is a sub-application to be upgraded included in the fusion application, the downloading of the upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded may be: receiving release information of at least one sub-application to be upgraded contained in the fusion application; and downloading the upgrade package of at least one sub-application to be upgraded according to the release information. The upgrading package of the sub-application to be upgraded is contained in the upgrading package of the fusion application; that is, the upgrade package of the fusion application is generated by uniformly packaging the upgrade packages of the respective sub-applications.
When at least one sub-application to be upgraded in the fusion application needs to be upgraded, the upgrade package of the fusion application contains the upgrade package of each sub-application to be upgraded.
In order to facilitate upgrade management of the converged application and applications in various regions, an upgrade package of the converged application also includes an upgrade package of a sub-application that is not to be upgraded in each sub-application. The upgrade package for the sub-application to be upgraded may be all or part of the upgrade package for the sub-application not to be upgraded. In order to reduce data redundancy, the upgrade package of the sub-application not to be upgraded may be an empty package to which a set transmission field is added.
Optionally, a developer or manager of the fusion application packages the upgrade package of each sub-application to be upgraded and the upgrade package of each non-sub-application to be upgraded in the fusion application to obtain an upgrade package of the fusion application; and sending the upgrade package of the fusion application to an upgrade server for storage. Correspondingly, the upgrading server receives the upgrading packet of the fusion application; determining and issuing an upgrade package of at least one sub-application to be upgraded in the upgrade package of the fusion application; pushing the determined release information of the upgrade package of at least one sub-application to be upgraded to the main airborne equipment; the main airborne equipment receives the release information of the sub-application to be upgraded and downloads at least one upgrade package of the sub-application to be upgraded according to the release information; and sending the downloaded upgrade package of the at least one sub application to be upgraded to the auxiliary vehicle-mounted device. Correspondingly, the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment receives the upgrade package of the sub-application to be upgraded, and upgrades at least one locally-arranged sub-application to be upgraded according to the received upgrade package.

Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an application program upgrading method provided in the third embodiment of the present application, and the third embodiment provides a preferred implementation manner based on the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments.
An application program upgrading method as shown in fig. 3 includes:
s301, a developer or manager of the fusion application adds an upgrade requirement to a sub-application upgrade package of each sub-application to be upgraded and an application package of each non-sub-application to be upgraded in the fusion application and packages the sub-application upgrade package and the application package to generate a fusion upgrade package.

This embodiment is applicable to the case where at least one application for providing a vehicle network service provided in a vehicle is upgraded by the upgrade system shown in fig. 1A, which is implemented by software and/or hardware and is specifically configured in the sub-on-vehicle device 22 provided in the vehicle.
An application upgrading apparatus shown in fig. 5, executed by a secondary on-board device provided in a vehicle, includes: an upgrade package receiving module 510 and a local upgrade module 520. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,

Fig. 6 is a structural diagram of a main onboard apparatus in the sixth embodiment of the present invention. The main onboard apparatus as shown in fig. 6 includes: an input device 610, an output device 620, a processor 630, and a storage device 640.
The input device 610 is used for downloading an upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded;
the output device 620 is configured to transmit the upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded to a secondary vehicle-mounted device arranged in the vehicle;
one or more processors 630;
a storage device 640 for storing one or more programs.
In fig. 6, a processor 630 is taken as an example, the input device 610 in the main onboard apparatus may be connected with the output device 620, the processor 630 and the storage device 640 through a bus or other means, and the processor 630 and the storage device 640 are also connected through a bus or other means, which is taken as an example in fig. 6.
In this embodiment, the processor 630 in the main onboard apparatus may control the input device 610 to download the upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded; the processor 630 may also be controlled to upgrade at least one locally set application to be upgraded; the output device 620 may be further controlled to transmit the upgrade package of the at least one application to be upgraded to the secondary on-board device arranged in the vehicle, so that the secondary on-board device upgrades the locally arranged at least one application to be upgraded according to the received upgrade package.
The storage device 640 in the main onboard apparatus serves as a computer-readable storage medium for storing one or more programs, which may be software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the application program upgrading method in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the upgrade package downloading module 410, the local upgrade module 420, and the upgrade package transmission module 430 shown in fig. 4). The processor 630 executes various functional applications and data processing of the main onboard apparatus by running software programs, instructions and modules stored in the storage device 640, that is, the application program upgrading method in the above-described method embodiment.
The storage device 640 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data or the like (an upgrade package or the like of an application to be upgraded as in the above-described embodiment). Further, the storage 640 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the storage device 640 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 630, which may be connected to a server over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
EXAMPLE seven
Fig. 7 is a structural diagram of a sub vehicle-mounted device in the seventh embodiment of the present invention. The sub vehicle-mounted device shown in fig. 7 includes: an input device 710, an output device 720, a processor 730, and a storage device 740.
The input device 710 is used for receiving an upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded sent by main airborne equipment arranged in the vehicle;
an output device 720 for showing the locally set application program;
one or more processors 730;
a storage device 740 for storing one or more programs.
In fig. 7, a processor 730 is taken as an example, the input device 710 in the secondary vehicle device may be connected to the output device 720, the processor 730 and the storage device 740 through a bus or other means, and the processor 730 and the storage device 740 are also connected through a bus or other means, which is taken as an example in fig. 7.
In this embodiment, the processor 730 in the secondary on-board device may control the input device 710 to receive the upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded transmitted by the primary on-board device provided in the vehicle; the processor 730 may be further controlled to upgrade at least one locally-set application to be upgraded according to the received upgrade package; the output device 720 may also be controlled to expose locally set applications.
The storage device 740 in the secondary on-board device serves as a computer-readable storage medium and may be used to store one or more programs, which may be software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the application program upgrading method in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the upgrade package receiving module 510 and the local upgrade module 520 shown in fig. 5). The processor 730 executes various functional applications and data processing of the sub vehicle-mounted device by executing the software programs, instructions and modules stored in the storage device 740, that is, the application program upgrading method in the above-described method embodiment is implemented.
The storage 740 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data or the like (an upgrade package or the like of an application to be upgraded as in the above-described embodiment). Additionally, storage 740 may include high speed random access memory and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, storage 740 may further include memory located remotely from processor 730, which may be connected to a server over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
Example eight
Embodiments of the present application also provide a vehicle that includes one primary onboard apparatus as shown in fig. 6 and at least one secondary onboard apparatus as shown in fig. 7.
The primary vehicle-mounted equipment downloads at least one upgrade package of the application to be upgraded and sends the upgrade package of the application to be upgraded to at least one secondary vehicle-mounted equipment;
the main vehicle-mounted equipment carries out application upgrading on at least one locally set application to be upgraded according to the downloaded upgrading packet;
and the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment performs application upgrading on at least one locally-arranged application to be upgraded according to the received upgrading packet.
Further, the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment sends an upgrade receipt to the main vehicle-mounted equipment; and the upgrade receipt comprises the software version and/or the upgrade result of each application to be upgraded related to the received upgrade package.
Further, if the upgrading result in the upgrading rollback mode is upgrading failure, the primary vehicle-mounted device sends a rollback instruction to at least one secondary vehicle-mounted device arranged in the vehicle;
and after the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment receives the rollback instruction, rolling back the application to be upgraded which fails in upgrading.

The embodiment of the application further provides an upgrading system, which comprises the eighth vehicle and an upgrading server.
Example ten
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by an application program upgrading apparatus, implements an application program upgrading method provided by an implementation of the present invention, the method being performed by a main onboard apparatus provided in a vehicle, including: downloading an upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded; upgrading at least one locally set application to be upgraded; and transmitting the upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded to an auxiliary vehicle-mounted device arranged in the vehicle, so that the auxiliary vehicle-mounted device upgrades at least one locally arranged application to be upgraded according to the received upgrade package.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides another computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by an application program upgrading apparatus, implements an application program upgrading method provided in the present invention, where the method is executed by a secondary on-vehicle device provided in a vehicle, and the method includes: receiving an upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded sent by main airborne equipment arranged in the vehicle; and upgrading at least one locally set application to be upgraded according to the received upgrade package.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present application and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the application. Therefore, although the present application has been described in more detail with reference to the above embodiments, the present application is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present application, and the scope of the present application is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. An application program upgrading method, which is executed by a main onboard device provided in a vehicle, includes:
downloading an upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded;
upgrading at least one locally set application to be upgraded; and the number of the first and second groups,
and transmitting the at least one upgrading package of the application to be upgraded to auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment arranged in the vehicle, so that the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment upgrades the at least one application to be upgraded locally arranged according to the received upgrading package.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein transmitting an upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded to a secondary on-board device disposed in the vehicle comprises:
and transmitting at least one upgrade package of the application to be upgraded to a secondary vehicle-mounted device arranged in the vehicle through locally arranged multi-system communication application.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before transmitting an upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded to a secondary on-board device provided in the vehicle, the method further comprises:
determining at least one application to be upgraded in the secondary vehicle-mounted device;
correspondingly, at least one upgrade package of the application to be upgraded is transmitted to the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment arranged in the vehicle, and the upgrade package comprises:
and transmitting the upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded in the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment to the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an upgrade receipt sent by the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment for storage; and/or generating an upgrade receipt for storage according to the upgrade condition of the application to be upgraded;
and the upgrade receipt comprises the software version and/or the upgrade result of each application to be upgraded related to the received upgrade package.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein each application to be upgraded is a sub-application to be upgraded included in the converged application;
correspondingly, downloading the upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded comprises:
receiving release information of at least one sub-application to be upgraded contained in the fusion application; the upgrading package of the sub-application to be upgraded is contained in the upgrading package of the fusion application;
and downloading the upgrade package of at least one sub-application to be upgraded according to the release information.
6. An application program upgrading method is executed by a secondary vehicle-mounted device arranged in a vehicle, and comprises the following steps:
receiving an upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded sent by main airborne equipment arranged in the vehicle;
and upgrading at least one locally set application to be upgraded according to the received upgrade package.
7. An application program upgrading apparatus, which is executed by a main onboard device provided in a vehicle, comprising:
the upgrade package downloading module is used for downloading at least one upgrade package of the application to be upgraded;
the local upgrading module is used for upgrading at least one locally set application to be upgraded; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the upgrade package transmission module is used for transmitting the upgrade package of at least one application to be upgraded to the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment arranged in the vehicle, so that the auxiliary vehicle-mounted equipment can upgrade at least one locally-arranged application to be upgraded according to the received upgrade package.
8. An application upgrading apparatus, which is executed by a sub-in-vehicle device provided in a vehicle, comprising:
the upgrade package receiving module is used for receiving at least one upgrade package of the application to be upgraded, which is sent by main airborne equipment arranged in the vehicle;
and the local upgrading module is used for upgrading at least one locally set application to be upgraded according to the received upgrading packet.
9. An in-vehicle apparatus, characterized by comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement an application upgrade method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out a method of application upgrade as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 6.
