1. An automobile online upgrading method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when an upgrade package of the vehicle internal equipment is issued, the cloud server receives the upgrade package which is uploaded by a manager and passes legitimacy check and integrity check, and generates upgrade information corresponding to the upgrade package; wherein, the upgrade information comprises the storage position of the upgrade package;
when a vehicle needs to upgrade internal equipment, the vehicle carries current version information of the equipment needing to be upgraded and accesses the cloud server through a vehicle terminal TBOX;
the cloud server carries out validity check on the vehicle, and when the vehicle passes the validity check, the cloud server carries out validity check and integrity check on the equipment and the current version information of the equipment;
after the equipment and the current version information of the equipment pass the inspection, if an upgrade patch corresponding to the equipment exists in the cloud server, the cloud server sends the version information of the upgrade patch corresponding to the equipment to the vehicle;
and the vehicle downloads the upgrade package according to the version information and upgrades the equipment by using the upgrade package.

The online automobile upgrading method according to claim 1, wherein when a vehicle needs to upgrade a plurality of devices inside the vehicle and an upgrade package corresponding to the plurality of devices exists inside the cloud server, the cloud server sends version information of the upgrade package corresponding to the devices to the vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the cloud server packages the version information of the upgrade packages corresponding to the plurality of devices and sends the packaged version information to the vehicle.
3. The online automobile upgrading method according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle upgrades the equipment by using the upgrade package, and the method comprises the following steps:
the vehicle judges whether the communication capacity of the equipment is smaller than or equal to the size of the upgrade package;
if yes, sub-packaging the upgrade package to obtain a plurality of sub-upgrade packages, respectively sending the sub-upgrade packages to the equipment, combining the sub-upgrade packages by the equipment to obtain the upgrade package, and upgrading the equipment by using the upgrade package;
if not, sending the upgrade package to the equipment, and upgrading the equipment by using the upgrade package.
4. The online automobile upgrade method according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle accesses the cloud server through a vehicle-side TBOX with information about a current version of a device to be upgraded, and the method includes:
the vehicle sends the current version information of the equipment needing to be upgraded to a central control device, the current version information is sent to the vehicle end TBOX through the central control device, and the vehicle end TBOX carries the current version information of the equipment to access the cloud server.
5. The online automobile upgrading method according to claim 4, wherein the cloud server sends version information of the upgrade package corresponding to the device to the vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps:
