Abstract

本发明公开了一种便于旋动的螺钉,包括螺柱和与之连接的圆头,圆头的外侧还设置六角头,六角头与圆头固定连接或为一体结构,六角头的直径小于圆头的直径,六角头的中心位置设置凹槽。本发明采用双层结构,在长期使用过程中凹槽内部生锈导致旋动困难时,可以采用通用的六角套筒套在螺钉的六角头部,容易将螺钉旋出。头部的设置圆头部分直径较大,直接和所固定的部件接触,增大与部件的接触面积和摩擦力,固定效果更好,六角头部分直径较小,能够节省用料的同时,也可以方便使用现有工具进行拧动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺钉,特别是涉及一种便于旋动的螺钉。
背景技术
当前市场的螺钉主要是十字圆头螺钉和内六角圆头螺钉,使用十字螺丝刀或内六角扳手嵌紧、松出。使用中存在的问题是,普通的铁质十字槽圆头螺钉或内六角圆头螺钉用的时间过长导致十字槽内部或内六角内部生锈,在使用十字螺丝刀或内六角扳手松出时由于十字槽内部的铁锈变得松脆,导致十字螺丝刀在松出十字槽圆头螺钉或使用内六角扳手在松出内六角圆头螺钉的过程中破坏十字圆头螺钉的十字槽内部结构或内六角圆头螺钉的内六角内部结构,使十字螺丝刀尖头部分无法与十字槽密切配合或使内六角扳手无法与内六角密切配合,最终导致扳动扭矩不够,难以将十字槽圆头螺钉或内六角圆头螺钉旋出。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于旋动的螺钉,解决了当前螺钉长期使用过程中凹槽内部生锈或者结构损坏导致拧动时容易滑动,旋动困难等不足。
技术方案:本发明所述的便于旋动的螺钉,包括螺柱和与之连接的圆头,圆头的外侧还设置六角头,六角头与圆头固定连接或为一体结构,六角头的直径小于圆头的直径,六角头的中心位置设置凹槽。
进一步的,凹槽的深度大于六角头的深度,小于六角头与圆头的深度之和。
进一步的,凹槽为十字形凹槽。
进一步的,凹槽为六角形凹槽。
有益效果:本发明采用双层结构,在长期使用过程中凹槽内部生锈导致旋动困难时,可以采用通用的六角套筒套在螺钉的六角头部,容易将螺钉旋出。头部的设置圆头部分直径较大,直接和所固定的部件接触,增大与部件的接触面积和摩擦力,固定效果更好,六角头部分直径较小,能够节省用料的同时,也可以方便使用现有工具进行拧动。

具体实施方式
本实施方式的螺钉如图1至图6所示,包括螺柱1、圆头2和六角头3,螺柱1和六角头3分别连接在圆头2的两侧,它们一般设置为一体结构,也可以设置为固定连接结构。六角头3的尺寸大小与目前通用的六角套筒相适应,六角套筒可以套在六角头3上拧动螺钉。圆头2的直径大于六角头3,能够增大与所固定部件的接触面积,更好的提高固定效果。六角头3的中心位置设置凹槽4,与特定工具相匹配,也用于拧动螺钉。本实施例中,第一种实施方式中的凹槽4为十字形凹槽5,与十字螺丝刀相配合,第二种实施方式的凹槽4为六角形凹槽6,与六角扳手相配合。本专利的保护范围并不局限于以上两种实施方式,还包括能够与现有工具相匹配的其他形状的凹槽4的螺钉。为了更好的拧动和耐用,在结构上还可以进行改进,比如凹槽4的深度大于六角头3的深度,小于六角头3与圆头2的深度之和。
在使用螺钉时,在凹槽4内部没有生锈或损坏时可采用普通的十字螺丝刀或内六角扳手嵌紧、松出;当凹槽4内部生锈或损坏时,将六角套筒套在螺钉的六角头3上,转动套筒即可方便拧紧或拧松螺钉。

1.一种便于旋动的螺钉,包括螺柱(1)和与之连接的圆头(2),其特征在于:圆头(2)的外侧还设置六角头(3),六角头(3)与圆头(2)固定连接或为一体结构,六角头(3)的直径小于圆头(2)的直径,六角头(3)的中心位置设置凹槽(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于旋动的螺钉,其特征在于:凹槽(4)的厚度大于六角头(3)的深度,小于六角头(3)与圆头(2)的深度之和。
3.根据权利要求1和2任一项所述的便于旋动的螺钉,其特征在于:凹槽(4)为十字形凹槽(5)。
4.根据权利要求1和2任一项所述的便于旋动的螺钉,其特征在于:凹槽(4)为六角形凹槽(6)。
