The traditional construction method for breaking the pile head can generate a large amount of dust in the construction process, so that the air quality of a construction area is influenced; in addition, a large amount of noise can be caused in the construction process, a large amount of concrete fragments can be generated, and great potential safety hazards exist. The quick and nondestructive honeycomb type pile head breaking method needs to be matched with large-scale equipment for construction after foundation pit excavation, and certain potential safety hazards exist.
From the aspect of pile forming quality, the method provided by the invention can reduce the influence on the reinforcing steel bars, thereby improving the pile forming quality. The traditional construction method for breaking the pile head cannot avoid bending deformation of longitudinal steel bars, and meanwhile, when the concrete pile head is cut, the steel bars are easy to cut, so that the steel bars are damaged, and further the pile forming quality is influenced.
Therefore, the method provided by the invention has obvious advantages in economic benefit, environmental protection, safety and pile forming quality compared with the existing method for breaking the pile head of the cast-in-place pile.
In order to further improve the construction efficiency, in the step of erecting the breaking device, the breaking device is arranged at the top of the over-irrigation part of the cast-in-place pile; in the step of cutting the pile head of the cast-in-place pile, when the concrete is cut, the breaking device extends downwards from the top of the over-cast part of the cast-in-place pile and simultaneously stirs the slurry. In the process of breaking the pile head of the cast-in-place pile, the breaking device extends from top to bottom, and the slurry is stirred to be more favorable for peeling off the concrete, so that the construction efficiency can be improved.
In order to better dilute and cut the concrete, in the method provided by the invention, the cutting material can be selected as slurry, and the high-pressure device is selected as a slurry pump and a high-pressure pipe, so that the slurry pump conveys the slurry into the breaking device through the high-pressure pipe, and high-speed water flow can be formed in the breaking device, thereby facilitating the dilution and cutting of the concrete.
In order to reduce the damage to a foundation pile below a cast-in-place pile in the process of breaking the pile head of the cast-in-place pile, the method provided by the invention also comprises the step of presetting the cutting depth before the step of erecting the breaking device; in the step of cleaning the pile head of the cast-in-place pile, the breaking device is made to reach the preset cutting depth and then the concrete is cut; after the step of cleaning the pile head of the cast-in-place pile, a step of breaking the concrete of the protective layer and a step of repairing the pile head are also arranged; the step of predetermining the ablation depth is: according to the height of the over-poured part of the cast-in-place pile and the reserved safe thickness of the pile body of the foundation pile, the cutting depth of the concrete is preset; the step of breaking the protective layer concrete is as follows: breaking the reserved safe thickness of the pile body of the foundation pile; the pile head repairing method comprises the following steps: completely breaking the concrete with poor pile head quality, and cleaning concrete blocks; the step of pile head repair follows the step of breaking the protective layer concrete.
In the method provided by the invention, the preset concrete cutting depth is designed according to the height of the over-poured part of the cast-in-place pile and the reserved safe thickness of the pile body of the foundation pile, and experiments prove that the cutting depth value of the over-poured part of the cast-in-place pile is 55-65 cm when the height of the over-poured part of the cast-in-place pile is 100cm and the reserved safe thickness of the pile body of the foundation pile is 35cm, so that the better breaking effect is achieved.

In order to reduce the damage to a foundation pile below a cast-in-place pile in the process of breaking the pile head of the cast-in-place pile, a safety thickness is required to be reserved for a pile body of the foundation pile, and the reserved safety thickness is generally selected according to actual conditions; if the reserved safe thickness is too low, the quality of the foundation pile can be influenced, and if the reserved safe thickness is too high, the difficulty of subsequently breaking the concrete protective layer can be increased. In the method provided by the invention, when the super-irrigation pile with the height of 100cm is broken, the safe thickness of 35cm can be reserved for the pile body of the foundation pile. Obviously, after the breaking device completes breaking, the closer the height of the residual pile head is to the reserved safety thickness of the foundation pile, the better the breaking effect on the pile head is. It can be seen from the table that when the cutting depth is 55cm and the cutting depth is 63cm, the required operation time is 20min, and the heights of the residual pile heads of the two are close to the reserved safe thickness. And when the cutting depth is less than 55cm, although the operation time is reduced, the difference between the height of the residual pile head and the reserved safe thickness of the pile body of the foundation pile is larger, so that the difficulty of subsequently breaking the concrete protective layer is increased. And when the cutting depth is more than 65cm, the height of the residual pile head is less than the reserved safe thickness of the pile body of the foundation pile, so that the selection is not suitable. Therefore, when the super-irrigation pile with the height of 100cm is broken and the reserved safe thickness of the pile body of the foundation pile is set to be 35cm, the cutting depth is 55 cm-65 cm, and the breaking effect is good.
