The working principle is as follows:

Meanwhile, the rotation of the driving belt wheel 17 drives the driven belt wheel 41 to rotate through the second conveying belt 19, so that the upper brushing roller 20 rotates, the upper brushing roller 20 drives the lower brushing roller 21 to synchronously rotate through the transmission gears 42 which are meshed with each other, and the upper surface and the lower surface of the textile fabric can be simultaneously subjected to impurity removal.
The rotation of the connecting plate 30 can realize the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the transmission rod 33 through the connecting shaft 31 and the control block 32, the down moving rod 35 connected with the transmission rod 33 drives the piston plate 37 to reciprocate in the air pumping chamber 36, the piston plate 37 moves upwards, negative pressure is formed in the air pumping chamber 36, the dust-containing gas is pumped out of the dust removing bin 2 through the air pumping pipeline 38 under the action of the one-way valve, the piston plate 37 moves downwards to extrude the gas, and the dust-containing gas is discharged out of the rack 1 through the air discharging pipeline 39 under the action of the one-way valve.
Meanwhile, the rotation of the driving belt wheel 17 can drive the winding roller 27 to perform winding operation through the first conveying belt 18, and in the winding process, the tension roller 22 can self-adapt to the tension of the textile fabric through the elastic deformation of the spring 25, so that the textile fabric has proper tension, and further the subsequent winding operation is facilitated.
