The invention discloses a novel vortex spun wool yarn, which comprises a yarn body; the yarn body comprises an elastic core yarn, a moisture-conducting core yarn, a wrapping layer and a plush layer; the elastic core yarn is PTT filament yarn; the moisture-conducting core filaments are bamboo fibril filaments; the moisture-conducting core wires are in a non-twisted and doubled state and are spirally wound outside the elastic core wires; the wrapping layer comprises aramid short fibers; the aramid short fiber is spirally wrapped outside the moisture-conducting core wire; the plush layer is formed by wool fibers; the tail end of the wool fiber is rooted in the wrapping layer, and the front end of the wool fiber is positioned outside the wrapping layer to form a wool layer. The invention has fluffy and comfortable touch, good heat preservation performance, difficult depilation, good moisture-conducting and air-permeable performance and antibacterial performance and good yarn structural strength.

Vortex spinning is a new technology in the existing spinning system, compared with the traditional ring spinning: the method has the characteristics of short spinning flow, high production efficiency, online quality monitoring, high automation intelligent degree and the like, and also has the advantages of greatly reducing labor, reducing yarn hairiness and the like. Therefore, the vortex spun yarn is processed into needle and cotton fabrics, and has the advantages of smooth cloth cover, less hairiness, good wear resistance, good fuzz and pilling resistance, bright color, moisture absorption, quick drying and the like. At present, the vortex spinning technology is researched a lot at home and abroad, but the research on the linear performance of the vortex spinning is less.
Wool yarn is common knitted yarn, is usually spun by a rotor spinning process, and has the advantages of good elasticity and good heat retention. However, the existing wool spinning yarn generally has the problems of easy depilation and poor moisture conductivity.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a novel vortex spinning wool yarn, which adopts a vortex spinning process, is matched with a novel yarn structure, and solves the problems of easy depilation and poor moisture conductivity of the existing wool yarn through multi-fiber blending.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a novel vortex spun wool yarn comprises a yarn body; the yarn body comprises an elastic core yarn, a moisture-conducting core yarn, a wrapping layer and a plush layer; the elastic core yarn is a PTT filament yarn; the moisture-conducting core filaments are natural bamboo fiber filaments; the moisture-conducting core wires are in a non-twisted and doubled state and are spirally wound outside the elastic core wires; the wrapping layer comprises aramid short fibers; the aramid short fiber is spirally wrapped outside the moisture-conducting core wire; the plush layer is formed by wool fibers; the tail end of the wool fiber is rooted in the wrapping layer, and the front end of the wool fiber is positioned outside the wrapping layer to form the wool layer.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stretch core yarn is 75D/72F.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bamboo fibril filaments are 1.56 dtex.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wool fibers are one of wool, camel hair, and carbonized hair.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wool fibers have a length of 40 to 55 mm.
In a preferable embodiment of the present invention, a low-melting-point heat-bonding polyester filament is spirally wound around the yarn body; the low-melting-point thermal bonding polyester filament is 100D; the low-melting-point heat-bonding polyester filament is compounded on the surface of the wrapping layer in a hot melting way.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the low-melting-point heat-bondable polyester filaments are spirally wound in a direction opposite to the winding direction of the wrapping layer.
Through the technical scheme, the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the yarn disclosed by the invention is fluffy and comfortable in touch, good in heat preservation performance, not easy to depilate, good in moisture-conducting and air-permeable performance and antibacterial performance, good in structural strength and good in using effect. The invention adopts the PTT filament as the elastic core filament, has high strength, comfortable elasticity and good elongation recovery; the bamboo fibril filament is adopted as the moisture conducting core filament, so that the moisture absorbing and releasing performance is good, the moisture conducting performance is excellent, the air permeability is good, the filament structure is adopted, the wicking effect can be better exerted, the moisture conducting air permeability is improved, meanwhile, the bamboo fibril filament has good antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties, and the defects of poor moisture conducting and air permeability and poor antibacterial effect of wool spinning yarns can be well overcome; the short aramid fiber is used as the wrapping layer, so that the unhairing defect of the wool spinning yarn can be well improved, the short aramid fiber has good spinnability and good anti-creep performance, is not easy to loose and shed, and can well fix the wool fiber; the plush layer is subjected to napping treatment after the wool fiber vortex spinning, so that the plush layer is formed on the surface of the yarn body, the touch feeling is fluffy, soft and comfortable, and the heat retention is good.

With reference to fig. 1, the invention discloses a novel vortex spun wool yarn, which comprises a yarn body. The yarn body comprises an elastic core yarn 1, a moisture-conducting core yarn 2, a wrapping layer 3 and a plush layer 4. The elastic core yarn 1 is PTT filament yarn; the stretch core yarn 1 is preferably 75D/72F. The bamboo fibril filament is 1.56 dtex. The moisture-conducting core filament 2 is a bamboo fibril filament. The moisture-conducting core wires 2 are in a non-twisted and doubled state and are spirally wound outside the elastic core wires 1. The wrapping layer 3 comprises aramid short fibers; the aramid short fiber is spirally wrapped outside the moisture-conducting core filament 2. The pile layer 4 is formed of wool fibers. Preferably, the wool fiber is one of wool, camel hair and carbonized hair. The length of the wool fiber is 40-55 mm. The tail end of the wool fiber is rooted in the wrapping layer 3, and the front end of the wool fiber is positioned outside the wrapping layer 3 to form a wool layer 4.
Specifically, firstly, spinning PTT filaments and bamboo fiber filaments to prepare core yarns; then blending core yarn, aramid short fiber, wool fiber and water-soluble vinylon through a vortex spinning process, feeding the core yarn, the aramid short fiber through a double-fiber-strip inlet, feeding the aramid short fiber from one fiber-strip inlet, feeding the wool fiber and the water-soluble vinylon from the other fiber-strip inlet, improving the spinnability of the wool fiber through the water-soluble vinylon, after the yarn is formed, firstly performing sanding treatment, and then performing hydrolysis to remove the water-soluble vinylon, thereby forming the yarn body.
In order to further avoid the unhairing phenomenon, a low-melting-point heat bonding polyester filament is spirally wound outside the yarn body; the low-melting-point thermal bonding polyester filament is 100D; the low-melting-point heat-bonding polyester filament is compounded on the surface of the wrapping layer 3 in a hot melting way. Preferably, the spiral winding direction of the low-melting heat-bondable polyester filaments is opposite to the winding direction of the wrapping layer 3.
With the above embodiments, the present invention has the following advantages: the yarn disclosed by the invention is fluffy and comfortable in touch, good in heat preservation performance, not easy to depilate, good in moisture-conducting and air-permeable performance and antibacterial performance, good in structural strength and good in using effect. 3. The vortex spun yarn of claim 1, wherein the bamboo fibril filament is 1.56 dtex.
4. The vortex spun yarn of claim 1 wherein the wool fiber is one of wool, camel hair, and carbonized hair.
5. The new vortex spun wool yarn of claim 1 wherein said wool fibers have a length of 40-55 mm.

The vortex spun yarn of claim 1 wherein a low melt thermal bonding polyester filament is helically wound around the yarn body; the low-melting-point thermal bonding polyester filament is 100D; the low-melting-point heat-bonding polyester filament is compounded on the surface of the wrapping layer in a hot melting way.
7. The vortex spun yarn of claim 6, wherein the low melting point thermal bonding polyester filament is helically wound in a direction opposite to the winding direction of the wrapping layer.
