The hose fixing frame 5, the filling needle fixing frame 6 and the liquid distributor 4 are parallel to each other in the axial direction, and in the process of cleaning and sterilizing, the pipeline components are orderly arranged and fixed in the pressure-resistant sealed cavity through the cooperation of the hose fixing frame, the filling needle fixing frame 6 and the liquid distributor 4. It is understood that the specific locations of the hose holder 5 and the irrigation needle holder 6 in the cavity 1 are not particularly limited, as long as the fixation of the pipeline assembly can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment, a groove is formed at the top edge of the cover body 2, and a sealing member is disposed in the groove. The top wall thickness of the cavity 1 is matched with the size of the groove. Further, the fixing rods 17 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the cavity 1, so that the pressure-resistant closed chamber is fixedly connected with the filling equipment 8. In this embodiment, utilize dead lever 17 to install withstand voltage airtight cavity on filling equipment 8, have advantages such as the dismouting is nimble, reliable and stable, simultaneously also can be fine satisfy the filling hose assembly and carry out the demand of online washing sterilization. During operation, the pressure-resistant airtight chamber is installed on the filling equipment 8 through the fixing rod 17 and is close to one side of the pipeline assembly, the boss 10 at the bottom of the cavity 1 is detachably and hermetically connected with the liquid distributor 4 through the spring buckle 3, the pipeline interface 41 of the liquid distributor 4 extends into the cavity 1, and the fluid inlet 42 of the liquid distributor 4 is exposed outside the pressure-resistant airtight chamber. The input end hose 14 of the pipeline assembly is connected with the pipeline interface 41 of the liquid separator 4, the input end hose 14 is fixedly guided through the hose fixing groove 51 on the hose fixing frame 5, and other components of the pipeline assembly are led out from the top end of the cavity 1 and fixed on the filling equipment 8. When the fluid metering and conveying are completed and the pipeline assembly needs to be cleaned and sterilized on line, the hose joint 12 is detached from the filling equipment 8, and the pipeline assembly consisting of the input end hose 14, the elastic hose 13, the output end hose 11 and the filling needle 15 can be integrally transferred into a pressure-resistant closed chamber. Wherein, the irrigation needle 15 of the pipeline component is fixed in the irrigation needle fixing hole 61 on the irrigation needle fixing frame 6. The hose fixing frame 5 and the filling needle fixing frame 6 are utilized to realize the ordered arrangement of the plurality of pipeline components in the pressure-resistant sealed cavity, and the plurality of pipelines are prevented from being intertwined. Cover body 2 and cavity 1 lid and close, fasten the sealed back through spring buckle 3 to cavity 1 and cover body 2, can be through the fluid entry 42 on the knockout 4 to input end hose 14 delivery steam, and then carry out the washing sterilization of pipeline subassembly in the withstand voltage closed chamber with high-temperature steam input. Meanwhile, in order to improve the safety of the pressure-resistant sealed chamber, the outer walls of the chamber body 1 and the cover body 2 may be made of heat-resistant materials.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the online sterilization apparatus for a filling line according to the present invention is used for implementing the online sterilization method for a filling line, and has a structure and an operation principle substantially the same as those of the online sterilization apparatus in embodiment 1, and the difference is that: the upper parts of two inner side walls along the length direction of the cavity 1 are respectively provided with a hose fixing frame 5 and a filling needle sealing box 7; the hose fixing frame 5 is provided with at least one hose fixing groove 51, and the top of the filling needle sealing box 7 is provided with at least one filling needle fixing hole 61. The filling needle sealing box 7 is fixed in the cavity 1 through a supporting plate 20; the filling needle 15 of the pipeline component is sealed in the filling needle sealing box 7 through the filling needle fixing hole 61; an air inflation interface 21 is arranged on the outer side wall of the cavity 1.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the hose fixing frame 5 and the filling needle sealing box 7 are parallel and opposite to each other, that is, the hose fixing frame 5 and the filling needle sealing box 7 are respectively fixed on two opposite sides of the upper portion inside the cavity 1. The hose fixing groove 51 and the irrigation needle fixing hole 61 may be at the same level. The hose fixing frame 5, the filling needle sealing box 7 and the liquid distributor 4 are parallel to each other in the axial direction, and in the process of cleaning and sterilizing, the pipeline components are orderly arranged and fixed in the pressure-resistant sealed cavity through the cooperation of the hose fixing frame, the filling needle sealing box 7 and the liquid distributor 4. It will be understood that the specific locations of the hose fixing frame 5 and the filling needle sealing box 7 in the cavity 1 are not particularly limited, as long as the fixing of the pipeline assembly can be achieved. The position of the air charging connector 21 is not particularly limited, as long as the air charging connector 21 can charge air into the pressure-resistant sealed cavity to ensure that the internal pressure and the external pressure of the hose are the same in the cleaning and sterilizing process.
When the pipeline assembly works, the filling needle 15 of the pipeline assembly is sealed in the filling needle sealing box 7, and the outer wall of the joint of the filling needle 15 has certain elasticity, so that the sealing connection between the filling needle 15 and the filling needle sealing box 7 can be realized by utilizing the limiting effect of the filling needle fixing hole 61. Steam is supplied to the inlet hose 14 through the fluid inlet 42 of the dispenser 4, and the high temperature steam is supplied to the pipe assembly for cleaning and sterilizing the hose. Meanwhile, the inflation interface 21 is used for inflating gas into the pressure-resistant sealed cavity, so that the pressure inside and outside the tube wall of the hose is kept consistent in the cleaning and sterilizing process, the elastic hose is prevented from expanding and cracking, and the loss of the elastic hose caused by cleaning and sterilizing is reduced. The pressure is increased in the space of the outer wall of the elastic hose to offset the pressure generated by the inner wall of the elastic hose due to high temperature (the temperature is higher than 120 ℃) and high pressure during cleaning and sterilization, so that the thin-wall elastic hose in the cleaning and sterilization process is comprehensively protected.
It can be understood that, in order to improve the heat preservation and pressure maintaining performance of the pressure-proof closed cavity, the inner walls of the cavity 1 and the cover body 2 of the pressure-proof closed cavity can be made of heat preservation materials with high temperature and high pressure resistance. Meanwhile, in order to improve the safety of the pressure-resistant sealed chamber, the outer walls of the chamber body 1 and the cover body 2 may be made of heat-resistant materials.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the online sterilization apparatus for a filling line according to the present invention is used for performing the online sterilization method for a filling line, and has substantially the same structural arrangement and operation principle as the online sterilization apparatus in embodiment 1, and the difference is that: the top end of the cavity 1 is provided with a through boss 10 extending outwards, and the bottom end of the cavity 1 is provided with a sealing structure; the boss 10 is detachably connected with the liquid distributor 4 in a sealing manner through a fastener.
In this embodiment, through setting up cavity 1 to the structure that one end is sealed, the other end open-ended, can further improve the whole sealing performance of withstand voltage airtight chamber, also can reduce the manufacturing cost of withstand voltage airtight chamber simultaneously.
It should be noted that, in the filling system, the liquid distributor 4 and the chamber 1 may be respectively disposed at different positions of the filling equipment 8 according to actual working requirements. As shown in fig. 6, when the pipeline assembly needs to be cleaned and sterilized on line, the whole pipeline assembly consisting of the input end hose 14, the elastic hose 13, the output end hose 11 and the filling needle 15 and the liquid distributor 4 are detached from the filling equipment 8, and then the pipeline assembly is placed in the cavity 1 for cleaning and sterilizing on line. Specifically, the input end hose 14 may be fixed on a hose fixing frame 5 in the chamber 1, the filling needle 15 may be fixed on a filling needle fixing frame 6 in the chamber 1, one side of the liquid distributor 4 with the pipeline interface 41 extends into the chamber 1 from the boss 10, and the fluid inlets 42 at the two ends of the liquid distributor 4 are exposed outside the pressure-resistant sealed chamber. During the cleaning and sterilization process, high-pressure sterilization medium (such as high-temperature steam) can be simultaneously input into the pressure-resistant closed chamber through the fluid inlets 42 at the two ends of the liquid distributor 4; alternatively, the fluid inlet 42 at one end of the dispenser 4 may be sealed and the autoclave medium may be introduced into the pressure-tight chamber through the fluid inlet 42 at the other end of the dispenser 4.
In this embodiment, the liquid distributor 4 can be fixed on the boss 10 of the chamber 1 by a fastener composed of a fastening belt 18 and a bolt 19. In this embodiment, the dispenser 4 is fixed to the boss 10 by two fastening straps 18 and two sets of bolts 19, as shown in fig. 7. Wherein, the fastening belt 18 has elastic deformation capability, which further improves the connection stability of the liquid separator 4 and the cavity 1. It is understood that all fastening structures that ensure an effective and secure connection of the projection 10 to the liquid distributor 4 and that allow flexible disassembly are within the scope of the present invention.
Further, a sealing member is arranged between the boss 10 and the liquid distributor 4. Specifically, the sealing between the boss 10 and the liquid distributor 4 can be realized by using a sealing strip, or the sealing between the boss 10 and the liquid distributor 4 can be realized by manufacturing a contact sleeve on the surface of the liquid distributor 4 with sealing performance. It is understood that all configurations that ensure an effective seal between the boss 10 and the liquid distributor 4 are within the scope of the present invention.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 8, the in-line sterilization apparatus for a filling line according to the present invention is used for performing the in-line sterilization method for a filling line, and has a configuration and an operation principle substantially the same as those of the in-line sterilization apparatus of embodiment 2, and has the following differences: the top end of the cavity 1 is provided with a through boss 10 extending outwards, and the bottom end of the cavity 1 is provided with a sealing structure; the boss 10 is detachably connected with the liquid distributor 4 in a sealing manner through a fastener.
In this embodiment, through setting up cavity 1 to the structure that one end is sealed, the other end open-ended, can further improve the whole sealing performance of withstand voltage airtight chamber, also can reduce the manufacturing cost of withstand voltage airtight chamber simultaneously.
It should be noted that, in the filling system, the liquid distributor 4 and the chamber 1 may be respectively disposed at different positions of the filling equipment 8 according to actual working requirements. During the cleaning and sterilization process, high-pressure sterilization medium (such as high-temperature steam) can be input into the pressure-resistant closed chamber through the fluid inlets 42 at the two ends of the liquid distributor 4; alternatively, the fluid inlet 42 at one end of the liquid separator 4 may be sealed, and the steam may be introduced into the pressure-tight chamber through the fluid inlet 42 at the other end of the liquid separator 4. Meanwhile, the inflation interface 21 is used for inflating air into the pressure-resistant sealed cavity, so that the pressure inside and outside the tube wall of the flexible tube is kept consistent or close to each other in the cleaning and sterilizing process, the expansion and the breakage of the elastic flexible tube are prevented, and the loss of the elastic flexible tube caused by cleaning and sterilizing is reduced.
In this embodiment, the liquid distributor 4 can be fixed on the boss 10 of the chamber 1 by a fastener composed of a fastening belt 18 and a bolt 19. Specifically, the liquid distributor 4 is fixed on the boss 10 by two fastening belts 18 and two sets of bolts 19. Wherein, the fastening belt 18 has elastic deformation capability, which further improves the connection stability of the liquid separator 4 and the cavity 1. Example 5
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the online sterilization apparatus for a filling line of the present invention is used for implementing the online sterilization method for a filling line, and includes a pressure-tight chamber, and further, the pressure-tight chamber includes: the liquid distributor comprises a cavity 1 and a liquid distributor 4, wherein the top end of the cavity 1 is provided with a through boss 10 extending outwards, the bottom end of the cavity 1 is provided with a sealing structure, the side part of the cavity 1 is provided with a cover door 22, and the cavity 1 and the cover door 22 are detachably and hermetically connected through a fastener; the boss 10 is fixedly connected with the liquid distributor 4 in a sealing way; when online sterilization is carried out, the pipeline assembly of the filling system is placed in the pressure-resistant sealed cavity, and high-pressure sterilization medium is input into the pressure-resistant sealed cavity through the pipeline assembly.
In the embodiment, the liquid distributor 4 is fixedly connected with the cavity 1 in a sealing manner, so that the liquid distributor 4 and the cavity 1 do not need to be moved respectively in the working process, and the overall sealing performance of the pressure-resistant closed chamber is improved. Meanwhile, the side part of the cavity 1 is provided with a cover door 22, so that the pipeline assembly can conveniently enter and exit the pressure-resistant closed chamber from the cover door 22. In the process of filling work, the pipeline assembly stretches out of the pressure-resistant closed chamber from the cover door 22, corresponding metering and conveying work is carried out, when cleaning and sterilization are needed, the pipeline assembly is stored into the pressure-resistant closed chamber from the cover door 22, the cover door 22 is sealed with the cavity 1, the pipeline assembly can be cleaned and sterilized on line, and the pipeline assembly has the advantages of being good in sealing performance, easy and convenient to operate, safe, reliable and the like.
It will be appreciated that in practice, the dispenser 4 may be detachably connected to the chamber 1, for example, by bolts or elastic fastening strips to fix the dispenser 4 to the boss 10 of the chamber 1. Of course, other types of fasteners may be used to removably secure the dispenser 4 to the chamber 1. When the detachable connection mode is adopted between the liquid distributor 4 and the cavity 1, a sealing member needs to be arranged between the boss 10 and the liquid distributor 4 to ensure the integral sealing performance of the pressure-resistant closed chamber.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cover door 22 is rotatably mounted at the side of the chamber 1 by a hinge 16; a filling needle sealing box 7 is arranged on the inner side wall of the cavity 1; the top of the filling needle sealing box 7 is provided with at least one filling needle fixing hole 61, the side wall of the filling needle sealing box 7 is provided with an exhaust interface 24, and the exhaust interface 24 penetrates through the side wall of the cavity 1 and is connected to the outside of the pressure-resistant closed chamber; the cover door 22 and the filling needle sealing box 7 are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the cavity 1.
Further, the cover door 22 is rotatably mounted on the side wall of the chamber 1 by two hinges 16, and the cover door 22 is fixed on the side wall of the chamber 1 by two latches 23. It will be appreciated that the fasteners between the chamber 1 and the cover door 22 may also be snaps, bolts or screws. All fastening structures capable of ensuring the effective fixed covering of the cavity 1 and the cover door 22 and flexible disassembly are within the protection scope of the present invention. Further, a sealing member, such as a sealing strip or an inflatable sealing ring, is arranged at the covering connection position of the cover door 22 and the cavity 1. It is understood that all configurations that ensure an effective seal between the cover 22 and the chamber 1 are within the scope of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the cover door 22 is disposed along the length direction of the chamber 1, and the needle filling sealing box 7 is disposed on the upper portion of the inner side wall along the length direction of the chamber 1. Further, the filling needle sealing box 7 is provided with at least one filling needle fixing hole 61, and the side wall of the filling needle sealing box 7 is communicated with the side wall of the cavity 1 to form an exhaust port 24. Both satisfied the production demand of carrying out the cleaning and sterilizing to many pipeline subassemblies simultaneously, avoided the pipeline subassembly again to twine each other in withstand voltage airtight chamber and exist the sterilization dead angle, lead to cleaning and sterilizing not thorough, realized many pipeline subassemblies at withstand voltage airtight chamber in-order arrangement, improved the effect of pipeline subassembly cleaning and sterilizing. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the filling needle sealing box 7 is fixed in the cavity 1 by the supporting plate 20; the filling needle 15 of the pipeline component is sealed in the filling needle sealing box 7 through the filling needle fixing hole 61; an air inflation interface 21 is arranged on the outer side wall of the cavity 1. In the online cleaning and sterilizing process of the pipeline assembly, high-pressure sterilizing medium is input into the pipeline assembly through the fluid inlet 42 of the liquid distributor 4, gas is filled into the pressure-resistant sealed cavity through the gas filling connector 21, the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the pipe wall of the pipeline assembly is reduced, meanwhile, the sterilizing medium in the pipeline assembly is discharged through the gas discharging connector 24, the pressure change in the pressure-resistant sealed cavity is monitored in real time, and the use safety of the pressure-resistant sealed cavity is improved. It can be understood that, in the practical application process, the specific arrangement position of the inflation connector 21 on the cavity 1 is not required to be limited, as long as the inflation connector 21 can inflate the pressure-resistant sealed cavity to ensure that the internal and external pressures of the hose are the same or close to each other in the cleaning and sterilization process.
During operation, knockout 4 fixed mounting is at cavity 1 top, and pipeline interface 41 stretches into in the cavity 1, and when carrying out the filling measurement, opens the lid door 22, and input hose 14 gets into withstand voltage airtight cavity from the lid door 22 of opening in, is connected with pipeline interface 41, and the corresponding part in all the other parts and the filling equipment 8 of pipeline subassembly are connected, can measure the filling. When the pipeline assembly needs to be cleaned and sterilized, the hose connector 12 is detached from the filling equipment 8, the pipeline assembly consisting of the input end hose 14, the elastic hose 13, the output end hose 11 and the filling needle 15 is integrally contained in a pressure-resistant closed chamber from the cover door 22, and the cavity 1 and the cover door 22 are fastened through the buckle 23. In the pressure-resistant closed cavity, the filling needle 15 of the pipeline assembly is sealed in the filling needle sealing box 7, and because the outer wall of the joint of the filling needle 15 has certain elasticity, the sealing connection between the filling needle 15 and the filling needle sealing box 7 can be realized by utilizing the limiting effect of the filling needle fixing hole 61. Steam is supplied to the inlet hose 14 through the fluid inlet 42 of the dispenser 4, and the high temperature steam is supplied to the pipe assembly for cleaning and sterilizing the hose. The air is filled into the pressure-resistant sealed cavity through the air filling connector 21, so that the pressure inside and outside the tube wall of the flexible tube is kept consistent or close to each other in the cleaning and sterilizing process, the expansion and the breakage of the elastic flexible tube are prevented, and the loss of the elastic flexible tube caused by cleaning and sterilizing is reduced. The pressure is increased in the space of the outer wall of the elastic hose to offset the pressure generated by the inner wall of the elastic hose due to high temperature and high pressure during cleaning and sterilization, so that the thin-wall elastic hose in the cleaning and sterilization process is comprehensively protected. Meanwhile, steam in the pipeline assembly is firstly discharged into the filling needle sealing box 7 through the filling needle 15 and then discharged out of the pressure-resistant sealed cavity through the exhaust interface 24; the pressure change of the steam in the pipeline assembly can be monitored in real time through the exhaust interface 24, so that the steam input quantity in the pipeline assembly is properly adjusted, the cleaning and sterilizing effects of the pipeline assembly and the use safety of the pressure-resistant closed chamber are ensured, and the consumption of the steam is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. An online sterilization method for filling pipelines is characterized in that a pressure-resistant closed cavity is arranged on the filling pipelines, and when online sterilization is carried out, the pipelines, filling needles and joints are integrally placed into the pressure-resistant closed cavity; and introducing an autoclave medium into the pressure-resistant closed cavity, and performing online sterilization operation on the pipeline, the filling needle and the joint by using the autoclave medium.

The method for sterilizing the filling line in an online manner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end of the dispenser of the filling line is connected by a hard tube, and a pressure-resistant airtight chamber which can be opened is provided at the rear end of the dispenser together with the dispenser; the pipeline interface of knockout is in withstand voltage airtight cavity, and the space in withstand voltage airtight cavity is used for placing knockout rear end pipeline and irritates the needle.

The method for sterilizing the filling pipeline on line according to claim 1, wherein the pressure-resistant closed chamber is provided with a quick clamping joint hole for installing a drain valve and a pressure gauge at the sterilization tail end, or the quick clamping joint hole is directly connected with other sterilization pipelines for online sterilization.

An online sterilization device for filling pipelines, which is characterized by comprising a pressure-resistant closed chamber, wherein the pressure-resistant closed chamber comprises: the device comprises a cavity (1), a cover body (2) and a liquid distributor (4); the top end and the bottom end of the cavity (1) are communicated, and the top end of the cavity (1) is detachably and hermetically connected with the cover body (2) through a fastener; the bottom end of the cavity (1) is provided with a boss (10) extending outwards, and the boss (10) is detachably and hermetically connected with the liquid distributor (4) through a fastener; when online sterilization is carried out, the pipeline assembly of the filling system is placed in the pressure-resistant sealed cavity, and high-pressure sterilization medium is input into the pressure-resistant sealed cavity through the pipeline assembly.

An online sterilization device for filling pipelines, which is characterized by comprising a pressure-resistant closed chamber, wherein the pressure-resistant closed chamber comprises: the liquid distributor comprises a cavity (1) and a liquid distributor (4), wherein a through boss (10) extending outwards is arranged at the top end of the cavity (1), the bottom end of the cavity (1) is of a sealing structure, a cover door (22) is arranged on the side part of the cavity (1), and the cavity (1) and the cover door (22) are detachably and hermetically connected through a fastener; the boss (10) is fixedly connected with the liquid distributor (4) in a sealing way; when online sterilization is carried out, the pipeline assembly of the filling system is placed in the pressure-resistant sealed cavity, and high-pressure sterilization medium is input into the pressure-resistant sealed cavity through the pipeline assembly.

The device for the on-line sterilization of filling lines according to claim 4, 5 or 6, wherein the dispenser (4) is provided with at least one line connection (41), and the dispenser (4) is further provided with at least one fluid inlet (42); the pipeline interface (41) and the fluid inlet (42) are respectively positioned on different sides of the liquid distributor (4); when online sterilization is carried out, the pipeline interface (41) extends into the cavity (1).

The online sterilization device for the filling pipeline according to claim 7, wherein a hose fixing frame (5) and a filling needle fixing frame (6) are respectively arranged on two inner side walls of the cavity (1); the hose fixing frame (5) is provided with at least one hose fixing groove (51), and the filling needle fixing frame (6) is provided with at least one filling needle fixing hole (61).

The online sterilization device for the filling pipeline according to claim 7, wherein a hose fixing frame (5) and a filling needle sealing box (7) are respectively arranged on two inner side walls of the cavity (1); the hose fixing frame (5) is provided with at least one hose fixing groove (51), and the top of the filling needle sealing box (7) is provided with at least one filling needle fixing hole (61); a filling needle (15) of the pipeline assembly is sealed in the filling needle sealing box (7) through the filling needle fixing hole (61); and an inflation connector (21) is arranged on the outer side wall of the cavity (1).

The device for the in-line sterilization of the filling line according to claim 7, characterized in that said cover door (22) is rotatably mounted on the side of the chamber (1) by means of a hinge (16); a filling needle sealing box (7) is arranged on the inner side wall of the cavity (1); the top of the filling needle sealing box (7) is provided with at least one filling needle fixing hole (61), and a filling needle (15) of the pipeline assembly is sealed in the filling needle sealing box (7) through the filling needle fixing hole (61); an exhaust interface (24) is arranged on the side wall of the needle filling sealing box (7), and the exhaust interface (24) penetrates through the side wall of the cavity (1) and is connected to the outside of the pressure-resistant closed chamber; and an inflation connector (21) is arranged on the outer side wall of the cavity (1).
