As shown in fig. 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of printing, including: step S402, code spraying information of at least one piece of printing paper is obtained, and the printing paper corresponding to the code spraying information is determined in a database; step S404, determining quality information corresponding to the printing paper; step S406, determining a printing area and a waste area of each printing paper according to the quality information; in step S408, a code printing operation is performed on the printing area.
The quality information corresponding to the code spraying information is determined for each printing paper before code printing, specifically, the printing paper corresponding to the code spraying information can be determined from a database, and each printing paper is recorded into the database before code printing, so that the corresponding printing paper can be determined by analyzing the obtained code spraying information, and the quality information of the printing paper is determined according to the corresponding relation stored in the database, so that the code printing operation can be conveniently and subsequently performed on which areas on the printing paper, and the areas need to be bypassed to provide data support during code printing, and the normal operation of a code printing process is ensured.

As shown in fig. 5, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of printing, including: step S502, code spraying information of at least one piece of printing paper is obtained, and the printing paper corresponding to the code spraying information is determined in a database; step S504, confirm the quality information corresponding to printing the paper; step S506, determining a printing area and a waste area of each printing paper according to the quality information; step S508, determining a printing order of the plurality of printing areas; step S510, printing codes in sequence in the plurality of printing areas according to the printing sequence.
The number of the printing areas is multiple, and according to the printing sequence, the difference value between the number information of the next printing area and the number information of the previous printing area in the two adjacent printing areas is a positive integer or a negative integer.
In this embodiment, when the printing operation is performed on the basis of a plurality of printing areas, specifically, the printing sequence of the plurality of printing areas is determined first, and codes are printed in the plurality of printing areas sequentially, so that the numbers on the small cut sheets formed after final cutting are continuous, and the possibility of occurrence of a broken number or a repeated number is reduced.
It is emphasized that the difference between the number information of the next and the previous number information of the two adjacent printing areas is a positive integer according to the printing order, i.e. positive order printing, or alternatively, the difference between the number information of the next and the previous number information of the two adjacent printing areas is a negative integer according to the printing order, i.e. reverse order printing.
Wherein, two adjacent printing areas are determined according to the printing sequence, in a specific embodiment, the printing sequence can be from top to bottom; in another embodiment, the printing sequence may be left to right; in another embodiment, the printing sequence may also be serpentine.
Furthermore, the rule of the printing information is that the printing is carried out according to the rule at the small opening position needing the printing and the printing is not carried out at the small opening position needing the printing according to the mode of sequentially increasing or sequentially decreasing according to the quality information of the current large sheet.
On the basis of any embodiment, if the coupon paper exists in the paper and the printing error occurs at the same time, all the small opening papers corresponding to the coupon paper need to be reprinted for code supplement.
In a particular embodiment, the coupon sheet is comprised of a plurality of connected tabloid sheets.
In another specific embodiment, the coupon paper is composed of a plurality of small opening papers arranged along a preset rule.

As shown in fig. 6, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a code printing apparatus 600 is proposed, which includes a memory 602 and a processor 604, wherein the memory 602 stores thereon a computer program operable on the processor 604, and the processor 604 executes the computer program to implement: code spraying information of at least one piece of printing paper is obtained, and the printing paper corresponding to the code spraying information is determined in a database; determining quality information corresponding to the printing paper; determining a printing area and a waste area of each printing paper according to the quality information; determining a printing order of the plurality of printing areas; the codes are sequentially printed in the plurality of printing areas according to a printing order.
The processor, when executing the computer program, further implements: drying the printing paper subjected to the code printing operation; determining actual number information printed on the printing paper; determining a comparison result of the actual number information and the theoretical number information; determining a paper collecting bin of each printing paper according to the comparison result; and conveying the printing paper to the corresponding paper collecting bin.
The processor, when executing the computer program, further implements: determining number information of all small opened paper in the paper receiving bin; when the number information of two adjacent small opening papers is discontinuous, determining complement information; executing a complement operation on the printing paper according to the complement information; and cutting the printing paper for executing the complement operation into a plurality of complement papers according to a preset size.
Example 7
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of printing, as shown in fig. 7, defining: step S702, a paper feeding unit feeds large sheets of paper (namely printing paper) into a paper feeding table; step S704, an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) Recognition system installed on the paper conveying table automatically recognizes and reads the code spraying information on the large sheet, and obtains the quality information on the large sheet through a database; step S706, the number control system automatically judges the printing code position (namely the printing area) and generates printing code distribution data according to the quality information on the large sheet; step 708, continuously conveying the large paper to a number roller; step S710, when the paper is printed by a number roller provided with the electric control numbering machines, each electric control numbering machine prints codes according to the obtained number data or non-code printing information from the number control system, so as to realize code printing according to needs; step S712, the paper after the printing is completed is quickly dried by a UV light source of a UV (Ultraviolet) drying unit on the delivery link, and the ink adopted by the printing has a photoinitiator capable of realizing quick drying of the ink under the action of the UV light source; step S714, online detection is carried out, the paper on the paper receiving chain channel passes through an online detection system, printing quality inspection and number interpretation of the front, the back and the transmission are completed comprehensively, the number information interpreted by the online detection system is compared with the current theoretical number information of a number control system, the occurrence of repeated numbers and wrong numbers is effectively prevented, and closed-loop control of number detection is formed; step S716, the large sheet which finishes the quality inspection is put into a paper receiving bin of two and a half bins; step S718, after the large printed code product is cut into small pieces, the small pieces of printed code are automatically removed by small piece sorting equipment, and the process requirements of continuous printed numbers except the product printed code quality defect are met; and S720, when the number is printed according to the complement information, the complement sequence is continuous according to the requirement rule of the number list after the large printed product is cut according to a special arrangement method.
Of course, when entering the paper collection bin, if a certain large piece of paper belonging to the rejected paper is detected, the paper is directly collected into the half bin without printing codes.
When the code is supplemented, large sheets (namely printing paper) need to be formed again according to a certain rule for code supplementation, and specifically, the large sheets can be formed according to the arrangement rule of providing small sheets in the same pile or different piles, so that the cutting is convenient, and meanwhile, the ticket embedding is convenient.
If the total number of small sheets (i.e. the complement paper) of the complement code is Y and the number of small sheets of a large sheet is X, the total number A of large sheets needing to be complemented is:

the intelligent code printing process of automatically identifying paper, automatically printing, printing codes according to needs and automatically detecting can be realized through the code printing method provided by the invention, the automation of the code printing process is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the labor cost and the possibility of errors in the code printing process are reduced.

Claims (11)

1. A method of imprinting, comprising:
code spraying information of at least one piece of printing paper is obtained, and quality information corresponding to the printing paper is determined according to the code spraying information;
determining a printing area and a waste area of each printing paper according to the quality information;
and executing a code printing operation on the printing area.
2. The imprinting method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining actual number information printed on the printing paper and theoretical number information corresponding to the code spraying information;
determining a comparison result of the actual number information and the theoretical number information;
determining a delivery bin of each printing paper according to the comparison result;
and transporting the printing paper to a corresponding paper collecting bin.
3. The imprinting method of claim 2, further comprising, prior to the determining actual number information printed on the printed sheet:
and drying the printing paper subjected to the code printing operation.
4. The code printing method according to claim 2, wherein the delivery bin comprises a finished product pouring bin and a sampling bin, and the code printing method further comprises:
determining the printing paper meeting the preset sampling inspection rule in all the printing paper;
and transporting the printing paper meeting the preset sampling inspection rule to the sampling inspection bin, and transporting the rest printing paper to the corresponding finished product pouring bin.
5. The imprinting method of claim 4, further comprising:
cutting all the printing paper in the finished product dumping bin into a plurality of small pieces of paper according to a preset size;
determining whether number information formed by the code printing operation exists in each small opened paper through a sorter;
and generating a defective product list according to the number information corresponding to at least one piece of small paper without the number information.
6. The imprinting method of claim 5, further comprising:
determining the printing quality information of at least one small opened paper with the number information through a sorter;
generating a defective product list according to the printing quality information;
determining complement information according to the defective product list and the defective product list;
executing a complement operation on the printing paper according to the complement information;
and cutting the printing paper for executing the complement operation into a plurality of complement papers according to the preset size.
7. The imprinting method according to claim 6, wherein the printed paper includes at least one group of coupon paper, the coupon paper includes a plurality of small-size opening paper, and the determining the complement information according to the defective product list and the defective product list specifically includes:
and when any small opening paper in the coupon paper is in the defective product list or the defective product list, determining complement information according to all the small opening paper in the coupon paper.
8. The code printing method according to claim 1, wherein the determining quality information corresponding to the printing paper according to the code printing information specifically comprises:
determining printing paper corresponding to the code spraying information in a database;
determining quality information corresponding to the printed sheet,
and the database stores the corresponding relation between a plurality of printing paper sheets and the code spraying information.
9. The imprinting method according to claim 1, wherein the number of the printing areas is plural, and the performing of the imprinting operation on the printing areas specifically includes:
determining a printing order of a plurality of the printing areas;
sequentially printing codes in a plurality of the printing areas according to the printing sequence,
and according to the printing sequence, the difference value between the number information of the next one and the number information of the previous one in the two adjacent printing areas is a positive integer or a negative integer.
10. An ink-jet printing apparatus, comprising:
memory and processor, wherein the memory has stored thereon a computer program operable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the imprinting method according to any of claims 1 to 9 when executing the computer program.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the imprinting method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
