Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a collapsible exhaust collection system for a painting location, comprising: a main collecting duct 10, the main collecting duct 10 being fixedly provided in a painting place and communicating with a suction source outside the painting place; and at least one branch collecting duct 12, the branch collecting duct 12 being detachably connected to the main collecting duct 10 and extending inside or near the painting operation area of the painting site, the branch collecting duct 12 being provided with a plurality of selectively closable or openable suction openings, the suction amount of which is preferably adjustable.
When large equipment (such as large special vehicles, airplanes, submarines and the like) is used for paint spraying operation, waste gas collection is relatively difficult due to large volume. Although the mode of trench exhaust in the spray painting workshop can be adopted, the trench exhaust is not easy to maintain, the construction cost is higher, and the difficulty is higher particularly for the transformation of an old workshop.
According to the present application, at least one branch collecting duct 12 provided with a plurality of selectively closed or opened suction ports can be disposed at a corresponding position of the main collecting duct 10 according to the distribution of the painting operation area of the painting place. Therefore, local or whole waste gas collection can be performed in the process of spray painting operation in a targeted manner, and a more ideal waste gas collection effect is realized. When the painting operation is performed on different workpieces or equipment, the detachable branch collecting duct 12 can easily change the connection position on the main collecting duct 10 according to different operation areas, thereby providing an exhaust gas collecting scheme with high applicability. In order to further improve the waste gas collecting effect, the air suction volume of the air suction ports can be adjustable, so that the waste gas collecting performance of the exhaust gas collecting system capable of being assembled can be fully utilized by adjusting the air suction volume of each air suction port according to the operation condition of each paint spraying position. The suction amount can be adjusted by arranging an air balance device such as a multi-vane valve, a differential pressure valve and the like at the suction port.
The main collecting duct 10 is installed at a position in the painting place where the painting work is not affected according to the work requirement of the painting place. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the main collecting duct 10 is fixedly installed in a building structure (e.g., a wall, a ceiling, etc.) of a painting place. One end of the main collecting duct 10 may extend in any direction of the building structure of the painting site and the other end is connected to a suction source to provide a negative pressure environment inside the main collecting duct 10 and the branch collecting ducts 12. The main collecting duct 10 of the building structure provided at the painting place is preferably provided above the ground of the painting place. The distance between the lowest part of the main collecting pipeline 10 and the ground is determined according to the actual working condition of a factory building on the premise of not influencing workpieces, production equipment and personnel moving lines, and the optimal distance is 3-6 meters. The surface of the main collecting duct 10 is provided with a plurality of connection points which can communicate with the branch collecting ducts 12 and which are closable when not communicating with the branch collecting ducts 12. The air suction port of each branch collecting duct 12 may also be selectively closed or opened according to the distance relative to the painting operation area, for example, the air suction port near the painting port is opened, and the air suction port far from the painting port is closed, so as to further improve the collecting efficiency of the painting waste air.
The branch collecting ducts 12 are detachably connected to the main collecting duct 10, and the main collecting duct 10 and the branch collecting ducts 12 may be provided with a connecting structure such as a flange and a fastener for fixing, for the convenience of realizing quick assembly. Through the above connection structure, the branch collecting pipes 12 can be connected to the main collecting pipe 10 by fasteners such as screws, or the connection structure of the main collecting pipe 10 and the branch collecting pipes 12 can be locked by fasteners such as ferrules. Preferably, the connection position of the branch collecting ducts 12 and the main collecting duct 10 is preferably provided with a manual knob type screw fastener for manually connecting or disconnecting the branch collecting ducts 12 and the main collecting duct 10, so as to facilitate the rapid assembling operation of the main collecting duct 10 and the branch collecting duct 12 to be performed manually by an operator. The manual knob type screw thread fastener may be a separate fastener which is fixed between the branch collecting duct 12 and the main collecting duct 10 when in use; or preferably, the manual knob type threaded fastener can be a threaded fastener which is hinged to one of the pipeline interfaces and provided with a manual knob, a clamping groove matched with the threaded fastener is arranged at the other pipeline interface corresponding to the pipeline interface, and when the pipeline interfaces are aligned, the manual knob type threaded fastener is swung into the clamping groove and manually screwed, so that the purpose of manual quick connection is achieved.
The length of the branch collecting pipe 12 may be required differently according to different working conditions. Under the preferred condition, prop up collection pipeline 12 multisection and set up, link together the use with the branch collection pipeline 12 of different section numbers according to the length demand of difference, prop up and be provided with the fastener between the two adjacent sections of collection pipeline 12, preferably connect through manual pipeline fixer 11 to can let operating personnel carry out manual adjustment fast, improve work efficiency. The manual pipe fixer 11, as shown preferably in fig. 3 and 4, includes a pair of locking rings 111, 111 'for fitting over the flange structure at the pipe connecting position, the pair of locking rings 111, 111' being hingedly connected to each other at one end and provided with a locking mechanism 112 at the other end to be manually locked or unlocked. When the pipelines are connected, the flange structures at the pipeline interfaces are aligned, the pair of locking rings 111 and 111 'are arranged around the flange structures, the grooves on the inner peripheries of the pair of locking rings 111 and 111' are sleeved on the flange structures, and the rapid manual connection between the pipelines of the collecting pipelines 12 is realized through the manual locking and locking mechanism 112. Further, as shown in fig. 4, a sealing layer made of rubber is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the pair of locking rings 111, 111', and when the pipe is locked by the manual pipe holder 11, the sealing layer is closely adhered to the gap at the pipe connection position, thereby improving the sealing performance at the pipe connection position and further improving the collection efficiency.
As shown in fig. 1, according to the above-described assemblable exhaust gas collecting system, the branch collecting ducts 12 are preferably plural, and the connection positions of the branch collecting ducts 12 to the main collecting duct 10 are selectable according to the positions of the painting work areas in the painting place. Therefore, according to different workpieces needing paint spraying operation or different paint spraying operation areas, different numbers of branch collecting pipelines 12 can be selected to be connected to corresponding positions on the main collecting pipeline 10, so that the branch collecting pipelines 12 extend in or near the paint spraying operation area of a paint spraying place to carry out targeted waste gas collection. The air suction ports of the branch collecting ducts 12 may be distributed in the same horizontal plane, or may be arranged in a three-dimensional space around the lower part, the side part and/or the upper part of the painting operation area. In the preferred aspect, the branch collecting pipes 12 with different distribution modes of the air suction ports can be used in cooperation so as to be suitable for different working conditions and environments, and the applicability of the whole assembled waste gas collecting system is improved. The suction opening is preferably provided with a cover structure which can be opened and closed manually, or a valve structure such as a solenoid valve which can be opened and closed automatically, so as to achieve selective closing or opening of the suction opening.
The suction port may be an opening formed in a wall of the branch collecting duct 12, or preferably, as shown in fig. 2, at least one suction pipe 13 is connected to the branch collecting duct 12, and a port of the suction pipe 13 forms the suction port. Taking one of the branch collecting ducts 12 as an example, as shown by the arrow in fig. 2 as a flow path of the gas in the duct during the collecting process of the exhaust gas, in order to reduce the influence of the gas entering from each gas suction port on the gas flow of the branch collecting duct 12, it is preferable that an included angle α between the gas suction direction of the gas suction pipe 13 and the gas suction direction of the branch collecting duct 12 is an acute angle, so that the exhaust gas sucked through the gas suction pipe 13 is more easily merged into the branch collecting duct 12, and the exhaust gas collecting efficiency is further improved. Wherein the acute angle is preferably 30 to 60 degrees.
The angle or height of the paint during the painting operation may vary depending on the actual conditions, and preferably as shown in fig. 2, the suction port is connected to a flexible tube 131 having a port adjacent to the painting position in the painting operation area. When the painting position is changed, the operator can conveniently adjust the position of the port of the flexible pipe 131 so that the port is always in the optimal exhaust gas collection position. The flexible tube 131 may be a flexible tube or a corrugated tube made of metal or nonmetal.
Further preferably, the collapsible exhaust gas collection system may include a mobile trolley releasably lockable within the painting location for supporting and securing the branch collection conduit 12, the mobile trolley preferably being provided with a manual knob-type threaded fastener as described above for securing the branch collection conduit 12 to the mobile trolley.
