背景技术
现有的吸油烟机通常采用格栅板、孔眼网罩过滤油烟,由于接触面较大,容易积累大量的油垢,尤其清洗非常困难,用户体验较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种丝线油烟过滤器,它不容易积累油垢,清洗方便,它成本较低,价格便宜,可做成一次性的产品,当沾满油垢后,不再清洗,扔掉即可。
本发明的解决方案是:丝线油烟过滤器,它包括金属丝线、支撑框架,其特征是,金属丝线拉直后,均匀布置在支撑框架上,间距在0.3毫米至3毫米之间,它垂直或倾斜布置,与水平夹角不小于45度,它是单层或多层组合,每层间距为0.3毫米至3毫米之间,装在吸油烟机进烟口处。
当油烟经过丝线油烟过滤器时,油烟颗粒在金属丝线上碰撞和凝结,形成油滴,在重力作用下,随着金属丝线下滑,流入集油槽。由于金属丝线较细,对油滴的粘滞力较小,同时由于金属丝线竖向排列,更有利于油滴的下落。在过滤油烟的初期,金属丝线上粘附的油垢较少,表面积也小,对油烟颗粒的吸附能力也较弱;在过滤油烟的后期,金属丝线上粘附的油垢增多,表面积也增大,对油烟颗粒的吸附能力也增强,过滤效果也提高。
金属丝线采用碳素铁丝、不锈钢丝、铝丝等,直径不宜超过0.5毫米,支撑框架可采用金属、塑料、木材、纸浆等材料制作,宜做成一次性产品。

具体实施方式
图1中,丝线油烟过滤器1为倒V型结构,放在支架6上,装在油烟通道内,位于油烟进风口5上方,它采用三层组合,不限于三层,它可采用三层以上组合,每层间距为0.3毫米至3毫米之间。在排烟风机7的抽吸下,油烟经过丝线油烟过滤器1的过滤,油滴流入集油槽3,最后排入集油盒4。
图2、3中,金属丝线8缠绕在支撑框架9上,形成倒V型结构,金属丝线8与水平线夹角不小于45度,这样可保证油滴顺着金属丝线8滑落入集油槽3中。金属丝线8与支撑框架9的连接方式可根据支撑框架9的材料确定。

图5中,丝线油烟过滤器1装在导流板10上方的油烟进风口5处,金属丝线8为垂直布置,图中为三层环形或方形布置,油滴滑落入导流板10上,再流入集油盒4中。
图6中,两组丝线油烟过滤器1装在油烟挡板11的下方,金属丝线8为垂直布置,形成多层组合。
图7、8中,金属丝线8封装在纸板12中,制作工艺简单,成本低廉,可用作一次性产品。
图9中,金属丝线8封装在纸板12中,做成带状,环绕成型,制成图5中的丝线油烟过滤器1,图中为3层。
图10中,金属丝线8封装在纸板12中,做成片状,叠加成型,制成图6中的丝线油烟过滤器1,图中为10片叠加。
丝线油烟过滤器不仅适用于顶吸式吸油烟机,也适用于侧吸式吸油烟机、集成灶等。
