A method for manufacturing and using a round-handle crawling exercise walking aid comprises a handle, a lever, a sleeve and a base which are connected; the handle is made of plastic materials into a round handle shape, a layer of outer sleeve is packaged on the handle, the bottom of the handle is connected with the lever, the lever is connected with a section of sleeve, and the sleeve is connected with the sleeve into a whole through threads; the bottom end of the sleeve is connected with a bottom plate, the bottom end of the sleeve is connected with a base, and the sleeve is connected with a rubber mold of the base into a whole; when in exercise, the hands of people respectively hold the handles of the walking aid to do crawling exercise, so as to supplement the insufficient length of the upper limbs and lead the upper limbs to be adaptive to the length of the legs, thereby reducing the bending degree of cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebra during exercise.
